I need to inform you about your staff attitude and behaviour is very rude, if any customers ask any thing they have to provide, if not available he have to say nicely we don't have sir, but he have what customer they ask he want to provide etire he need menstion free or pay.

Yesterday
When I was in my room I ordered fry fish and watermelon juice And they provide me home delivery, I pay after then once we start to eating fish wash not clean it's Like really i think you have to take care about food because it's health safety if some complain to food health and safety department your restaurant will close right, juice was ok (1), after 2 hr came to your restaurant I buy 1 big coffee,2 samosa, 1cake all it's take way that's why, when I ask small your staff locking my face like I ask holl restaurant,and I ask small cup only one cup they told me no he will not provide because your asking single piece of cup he of calculated, it's really like that?, Really it's break my , so I decided I will never ever eat or order food from your restaurant, I was regular customer in your restaurant, I now you have so many customers but you loss 1 best customer, I recommended other customers also don't visit your restaurant because of your service is not good.

I want to tell you one very interesting story one day restaurant owner was close he is restaurant he sale all food but 0ne cake some one return the reason is the owner was not provide what they customer ask just thinking they not provide?, after next permanently close he is restaurant because of cake.

First of all, it's not a Mangalorian restaurant it just named as Empire Mangalore its keralite restaurant people might be from Kasargod.

Food was average kerala style but don't go as per pictures in the menu, we ordered veg tali looking at picture but it'd served differently

Over all if you think you will get Udupi or Mangalore style food I'm sorry its not the place for that.

Taste of kasaragod, I'm a big fan of neer dosa also it was nice the dosa but I'm not happy with the beef masala because it has over masala I feel also I ordered broasted chicken that was amazing taste. Overall you can visit one time also a pocket friendly area.

Small restaurant with great food. The food was very tasty and affordable too. We had Neeru dosa, fish fry, chicken sukka, Parota and chicken masala.

A typical Mangalorean and Karnataka food, good or great taste in Biryani, Dal Rice, semi gravy recipes but idlis were quite bitter and chutney as well and make sure you are getting fresh and covered food I have noticed serving chutney kept open and served as it is, main problem is shortage of staffs and and those who are there they are good in terms of their respective services,

I have been visiting empire mangalore restaurant for many times. Had a great day and craving food like biryani, indian breads, panipuri, juices etc. It was very good foods. Do visit this restaurant in abudhabi thank you for your good food and services.

Food and service is good.
! Please note there is no peace inside supplier is always screaming for orders. Its not a good sign for business. We feel like we are sitting in marriage hall.

Firstly, they served the worst biryani I ever had. It was nothing more than masala rice with mutton. No taste at all. Had literally had few bites and had to throw it away. Not sure what these ppl added, I even got food poisoning.

This is not Empire International.just Another Empire and they are not ready to deliver around 500 mtrs.

Worst worst worst people ever.just idli and tea comes in 1 hour and tea and coffee cold and all spilled out, and as a customers we ending up paying. Person who takes order has a big mouth to say my restaurant and send cold tea and coffee.it's not worth to rate 1 star. Very bad people and service.

You dont even know to apologise but finds way to get rid of what i posted which is actually good for other customer's who review, to know how good service youll provide. All the best.

Worst people, food and service ever and the owner is super duper bad person ever I met. Don't know how to behave with the guests but attitude saying I am the owner. Not worth dinning or ordering food from them.watse of money

Nice quick bites and South Indian food, recommended for cheap meals, quick service, delicious food and drinks.

I have very bad experience in Thi’s restaurant no customer service. No food test and all very expensive as well.

Food was average but not well cooked. I ordered kori roti and PRAWNS rawa fry quantity eas very less. And I found fish bone in chicken curry. They ate ruining the standard of mangalorean food

Tasteless & very low quality rice
Even the casher was bluffing as it was mentioned on menu that its for 15 he asked me to pay 16 & said new menu cards are in printing process WEIRD don’t go here if u don’t wanana waste your money

Very Good food n ambiance. Very polite staff n absolutely reasonable prices. They help even with car parking too.

The taste of their samosas reminds me of Indian samosas. It tasted very good. Also they made Biriyani very tasty.

Frank review in hindi " ucchi dukaan and peeka pakwan". I ordered one paneer combo they delivered plenty amount of rice, half baked roti, literally 2 spoon full of Dal Makhani in desert cup (packaging) and Paneer oh my goodness I havent tasted such worse food in decades. If someone to compare their quality of food or some street side food, street cooked food by amateur's food would still be good. Zomato on top of it failed to even call the restaurant to talk the issue.

Ordered Chicken Kebab Platter, Really good and tasty. Easily 2 to 3 people can have. Only minus is; they don’t give Bread and sides like hummos, Garlic. They give just the platter. You may have to buy sides separately

Worst service and worst food
I too work in hospitality industry, first time am putting my review for any restaurant. Prakash your management over here was far better

Ordered Chicken Tandoori, Malai Chicken kabab, Home made chicken curry. The taste awful, burnt or rather say roasted black Chicken and the staff more worst thn ever. No manners at ll. Will not order its 1st impression last impression.

We ordered chicken kadai through zomato for lunch today. The order came in quicker than expected time. It was more like homemade chicken curry. We asked for a spicier chicken curry which was done properly. Chicken kadai was more or less the way we wanted so we are satisfied with the order. Perfect to order in when you are too lazy to cook at home.

This resturant sent incomplete ordered items, when i called there was no remorse or need felt to deliver the missed order item.
The person on the phone and his and owner's attitude was pathetic, in these pandemic times combined with ramadaan.it was difficult.and the lack.of remorse or attitude to help was bad. Looks like they donot need business or customers are not importantbto them
No more orders to them

What a great experience I must say. Super yum food, excellent healthy environment, neat and clean and helpful and friendly staff. A must try. Thank you guys for the wonderful service, will be back soon.

I had very bad experience in here just try to keep polite and friendly staff to serve tge customers food was good but service was very bad you have soo many staff but no use only to walk arround.i felt like i should not have have visited here. Thanks. Train your staff and tell them to work without attitude

Cheap and best food with good quality and mostly Biryani Yummmyyyy, I suggest u all guys try once.

I visit here after looking at its signage mangalore but I had a very bad experience in this restaurant and staff doesn't have sense that how to behave with the customer.they took 30 minutes to prepare.they didn't even inform me that it will take time.at last i paid for it and i left the restaurant without my order because of a guy with french beard's bad behaviour.i wish i never visit this restaurant

Amazing food and very good service, i think it deserves more than 10 stars. The staff is very humble and welcoming, high-quality service. The food was really superb, we will come back highly recommend to visit this restaurant.
