If i can rate 0 i would, sent a hard disk for data recovery and they were not responsive at all, i would send emails with queries to understand all details but they took so long to reply then just sent me the hard disk back without discussing with me first, they literally just refused to do my service for no reason. Rudest technician i’ve ever dealt with. Very pricey for a bad service. Don’t recommend at all.

Its been a month now since my gadget was diagnosed to part change, until now theres no update since im expecting it to come by august 13. Now i know how their customer service is below poor. And there is no reply on my emails.

This is not reliable service, They took my laptop to repair and sechdualed it to be ready within 10 working days at mist.
Now, 20 days had already passed and still my laptop not ready. I am so frustrated.

Called to check about quotation to repair a still-in-warranty monitor. Mentioned I am willing to pay for the repair cost even if it was physical damage, but they won’t take it for repair no matter what. This is supposed to be the official place for repairs yet they will refuse to repair any physical damage even if you are willing to pay for it.

Worst customer service EVER. They say they will get back to you, THEY WONT. I talked to 2 of their customer service employee to get an update on my phone repair. Both could not give me an answer and said they will get back to me. It's the next day, no-one has gotten back to me.
I'm calling today and their customer service line keeps hanging up on me. One star is way too generous. Just bad and disappointing

Ridiculously bad service. Over two months and counting to repair a new Lenovo laptop that needs a simple keyboard replacement. It's a joke that Lenovo uses this as an authorised repair centre. Team ignores messages, promises to phone back and doesn't. Stay far, FAR away if you value your electronics.

The worst experience ever, useless service center.

I have no clue why Major brands are still trusting these guys to be an Authorized service provider despite all negative reviews and bad experiences by custiomers.

It is easier and less expensive to buy a new item instead of availing ENSURE services

I have a samsung monitor for about 6 months and it was an odyssey g7 27' with a 1000r curve in flawless condition, and I was mortified to one day seeing my monitor screen start popping out as you can see in one of the photos with the backlight showing.

I decided to go to this place as recommended by samsung, but before that I was kind of skeptical because of the other reviews about having more scratches or having the same problem when returned or what not, but I decided to give the place a try. Gave them everything they needed like proof of purchase which confirmed the monitor to still be under manufacturer's warranty, and pointed out the problem and on the third day my monitor was ready for pickup the days in between they called and messaged me to inform me about my monitor's repair it was all hassle free and music to my ears. When I came to pick it up they showed it working connected to a computer and I was pretty happy bringing it back home.

The only thing I wish they've done though is to clean up the monitor screen, because it did come with fingerprints and some dust but it was no problem with a little water and a microfiber cloth it went right out.and I am writing this on my fixed monitor, it's just like brand new!

Don't buy any brand contracted with such service agencies

I have a samsung monitor for my PC and after 1.5 year suddenly found a crack on the from frame with obviously manufacturing issue due to high stress on this plastic part.there is no single hit or scratch on the monitor.
I will fomplain to customer protection authority to take an action.

They promise to send a Quotation maximum after 3 days and its been 8 days and they did not even inspected.

I have no idea how they become a Samsung official repair center.

Worst to worst service I have seen in my life. My laptop is with them since one month and still not fixed.first they said 500 AED than 1250 AED and now they are saying it will cost you 1550 AED. So I told them that I don't want to fix it, please return my laptop than the said you will be charged 50 AED for service charge, which is of what I don't know but I agreed to give 50 AED and waiting since 2 weeks for their reply. I don't know why they are not giving it fast, 2 weeks are more than sufficient time. So everyone please think before giving your stuff.

Worst service I had ever faced with laptops.
These guys literally loot with the charges, with wrong information. I went to service my laptop, which was not powering on. They replaced a capacitor and said it’s ready. The day I received it back, the screen is on, but automatically opens unknown files. After returning they said it’s software malfunction and they did test and said the hard drive is weak and needs replacement. I checked with SSD manufacturer for this issue and they said if the screen is on with windows then the drive is working fine. So gave it to a local shop, who just replaced the keypad, which fixed the problem.

They charged me 700 dhs for just repairing my laptop, and for saying this much, they took more then a week

BY FAR the worst customer service i have experienced on this planet. My printer got picked up 4 times, came always back with the note "Printer prints fine". THAT WAS NEVER THE ISSUE. I wrote on a paper several times that the ink does not dry, attached emails from HP which confirmed its a hardware issue. They NEVER fixed it. They blamed me its my setting. So HP did remotely control my computer to check if i did something wrong. HP confirmed, its a Hardware issue. I told ENSURE services again exactly what HP told me including the email from HP. Ensure refused to pick it up again and doesn't answer email, phone calls nothing. I have a printer now for 6 months and is still not fixed. When you need them to pick up the printer, expect it to not happen withing 2 weeks. When they finally pick it up, they wont fix it for another at least 3 weeks. So if you need them, you wont have it back for over a months. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT USE THEM! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! And no, I don`t wanna talk to you also don`t bother to answer with a standard text like "We are so sorry to hear that. ", cause you don`t care.

Very bad experience. Brought them a laptop, under warranty, working very well, except the camera. And got back the laptop (after almost one month) with a different Windows version. I was told to buy a new Windows version or pay service charge for a Windows reinstallation (? !). Moreover the technician was very rude.

When it comes to repairing Laptop such as Asus Zen book the laptop is a fail and the warranty repair is worst. The laptop entered workshop more than using it.

Very very unprofessional. I gave an HP laptop for repair and they took it for testing and replied after 1 week.the cost was very high compared to what they said before I gave it to them. I went to take that back and they charged me 50AED. They should have informed me that the checking is chargeable when they receive my laptop the first time.just to take the laptop from the other room, they took more than half an hour. I don´t know why Brands like HP and Asus gave the certified service center Tag.

* The worst vendor support experience.
* They dont have a service center in Abu Dhabi, everything has to be ship to dubai back and forth to be fixed.
* They dont answer their service center number, even if you wait for half an hour on the answer machine.
* its hard to find parking where they reside in Abu Dhabi, you'll keep roaming to find one for 15 to 30 minutes and you'll end up with parking your car far away.
* They told me my printer is ready and can be collected next business day, i went on time and it was not ready!
* They send you email and SMS that you collected your fixed machine and asking for review while you did not.
* They ask you to bring the printer to their service center regardless how big you printer is.
* I dont recommend dealing with them at all.

The poorest customer support due to:

1. Took almost 4 months to fix a laptop which had to be given multiple times to them to repair.
2. After receiving the laptop, I came to know a low end camera component is installed. (480p camera installed instead of default 720p)
3. Received my laptop with number of scratches, and when notified to the service centre they claimed the scratches were already there.
4. Customer support team have only one thing to say everytime you call them: "Concerned team / technicians will call you to assist further, but no response from anyone.

My hp laptop had wifi problem. Even after 1 week, no feedback from them. Not even workorder was raised. Useless guys. 1 week just to figure out wifi problem? I took my laptop back. Abudhabi.

Customer service is dreadful. You'd have to pester the agents (A LOT) for an update rather than them keeping you informed. They take an awfully long time to just 'analyze'. In my personal experience, it took them a month and a half to tell me they didn't know what the problem was. They don't have the capacity to test out the changes as well. During this period, they suggested a random change and asked me to pay the sky for it. Wanting assurance, I asked if I could test it out before I pay up. Then started a process where they changed the same component 3 times and I had to pick it up and give it back thrice without the issue being rectified. Completely appalled that this place is the only 'official' DELL service provider in Abudhabi.

Unfortunately poor services and not customer oriented company very slow process and they rely on insufficient tracking system which result in two weeks to just diagnosed the problem with my laptop. Furthermore when I send an emails to track my order no reply and when I call the call center it was a disaster experience poor voice system down and they filed to answer my question

Terrible customer service
Terrible communication

When laptop was dropped off for repair was advised two weeks. Nearly six weeks later I finally got the unit back.

Despite numerous calls, I was unable to get any idea on when the repair would be done. I was promised calls to escalate but nobody ever returned a call until the day the unit was ready.

My recommendation would be don't use them for any repairs. The work seems fine but the ability to provide that service in a reasonable time or provide any updates was terrible.

About HP Omen from jumbo abudabi. The laptop has problem with it's network adaptor. I have to submit the laptop for service 5 time. Engineer who is looking is not responsible. And he made so many damages to the laptop. So please do not buy this HP laptops, if you are buying also take extended warranty!

Do not opt for ensure if you have other options. They have a case status page on their website to track the update of your work order, which is never updated. And you have a waiting time of about 5 weeks minimum, don't fall for their promise of 2 weeks.

I have taken my laptop for repairs and they told me that it will be ready in two weeks, five weeks later and after lots of calls and yelling they sent me a message that it was ready, when I went to the office in Abu Dhabi, they told me they meant that the repairs finished but it was still in Dubai, it took them three days to get it. I understand that this happened in time of lock down due to COVID-19, but there is lack of communication with customers, and a level of unprofessionalism that I have never seen elsewhere.

If you think Etisalat's customer service is bad, wait till you have to deal with these guys. Absolutely the worst customer service, would give them 0 stars if I could.
In spite of calling consistently, the technical person kept avoiding my calls and never provided any updates. It's been a month and I'm yet to receive the TV. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I've spent so much time calling them that they should probably pay me for using their service.

Very poor service, untrustworthy and no respect to commitment.
They promised to send me the estimation in one day and I got in 2 weeks after a lot of follow up calls, my laptop is still stuck there for a week with no action.

Printer returned after 'repair' - same issue as before! HP helpline told us Ensure Services would arrange to collect (we live 1 hour away) and leave us a replacement printer, neither of which happened. Disappointing but not surprising as the level of service for anything here is generally poor.
