We came to Ergon a little bit late at around 12noon, so there was 45 minutes waiting time, we waited patiently. The food ans coffee were delicious. Their staff were attentive and super nice. And not forget the outdoor seating facing the sea is so therepuetic.

I just have a flat white coffee but my family had a breakfast in the restaurant, the coffee and the restaurant Taza great location with open see they have dining table outside and inside. They have a variety of food and beverage.

We are very happy with a restaurant in Abu Dhabi that serves continental breakfast and tastes delicious But the staff's behavior was not good The first thing I used to call to make a reservation, no one answered the call. When I arrived at a restaurant, the employee told me, “I don’t know about a call, and I don’t know that there is a reservation. ” This indicates that the employees do not know about the information or laws of the restaurant Another employee was summoned and told me that the reservation system had been cancelled. It was previously in place, but it must be announced via social media. This thing has been cancelled. I have a two-month-old baby girl. They told me to wait until it is your turn. Yes, I waited, even though they were informed that I need a table inside, and the reason is that I have a baby girl. After waiting half an hour, I was informed that my table was ready, and I was happy with the news, but I was placed in the outside tables, even though they were informed that I needed a table inside the restaurant. I waited another half hour for them to find me a table inside the restaurant. The strange thing is that we are in a country that respects all human rights. I mean, is it reasonable for the director to see that I have a baby girl and tell me to wait a little longer until your turn comes, and he has a small baby who is two months old?

We had breakfast at Ergon restaurant and the food was exceptional and a special thanks goes to Tom who managed the crowd in a respectful way and made sure everyone got table at the right time. Therefore I would like to emphasize my appreciation for his efforts.

I recently dined at Ergon and was absolutely delighted by the experience. The poached eggs and sesame bagel were a perfect start to the meal - cooked to perfection. But the real stars were the pancakes with hazelnut praline and bitter chocolate. They were simply sublime, balancing sweetness and richness flawlessly. Highly recommend for a delightful culinary experience!

The pancake was good, no scrambled eggs side on the menu, and was tasteless. Service was bad and requires calling the staff more than once to get the order taken or even get the bill.

- unprofessional staff! They’re so rude they let people stand outside under the sun without even telling them its full! People come and sit without even asking for a table. We saw alot of empty tables and they say its full and btw no one was waiting outside i Dnt know the waiting list where exactly

Everything is just perfect! Beautiful atmosphere, best service and the best place for breakfast in Abu Dhabi. I highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best Greek restaurants in AD! From the mouth watering food to the most gorgeous decor you've ever laid eyes on. Truly a wonderful sensory experience. Thank you to the staff who make you feel like royalty! Attentive, friendly and super helpful!

Unprofessional at all, i have seen many videos in tiktok and one of my friends went on Wednesday so I was going on Thursday & while I was only 5 minutes away i called to ask if we need to book a table or we can just walk in. The lady who answered said Ergon is not open & they are not serving anyone and Ergon will be open within the next two weeks! The same day my friends went and they were served. Also yesterday (Sunday) two of my friends went and they were served. I do not appreciate the waitress dis honesty & i can not understand why she lied to me! I know her voice & she should be trained well before working at Ergon as she is waaaaay beyond the level of professionalism compared to London’s branch.
Since yesterday I’m calling the branch with no answer, i have raised my complain to the Hotel & still no one called back
