I had my experience with doctor Mohammed and nurse Cora today. They are both so gentle in their procedures yet very accurate and professional in their work. They fixed problems that I had from previous doctors, and the process was totally painless. The doctor was recommended by my colleagues who told me he was best at what he does and I witnessed it first-hand.

Horribly slow service & pathetic communication between the staff. They feel as if they’re doing you a favor! Once you come here, forget about any other commitments you might have as they don’t care about your time!

If I could give no stars I would certainly do so!
This place has no humility.

This country is supposed to be an Islamic country- of which is a religion about being merciful to all souls.

Medicine also used to be about saving souls- these people refused to help a kitten found in THEIR parking lot in front of their MAIN DOOR of which it's back/spinal cord has been crushed by someone/something. Instead they rather pretend they don't see the poor creature, and leave it to die in the heat of Abu Dhabi, unable to hunt or search for water. And when this was brought to attention of the security, front desk attendants by my husband and I, they all hoped to help us find some relief or help for the animal in the PUBLIC CLINIC. Instead we were greeted by a doctor in which told us we are not permitted to bring an animal into the clinic, and did not even offer any alternatives, guidance, or water for the poor thing.

If my husband and I were not tourists from the USA, and had the ability to take the kitten elsewhere or even home him, believe me we would.

After searching for a while and offering to pay people to send her to a vet clinic, and a man (not from the area) helping us search the nearest vet, another couple, again also not from the area, stopped and helped us take the animal to the vet clinic of which was about 10.5 km away.

All I can say is I hope this comes as a lesson, to all people of the area, especially those who claim to be of any religion (and especially those who claim to be muslims) - we are to be merciful to all souls.
In Islam teachings a woman who did wrong her whole life was forgiven for giving a dog water in the desert from her shoe- while a woman who has been doing good in her life did not show mercy to the dog and this costed her greatly in her beliefs.

What a great example you set as an Islamic nation.
