Worst service agents are telling to visit Abu Dhabi city for name transfer. Then why you guys having store in Madinah Zayed Al dhafra mall. Is customers stupid to travel 200 kilometers for getting Etisalat service.

Bad service.

Very bad service, and there are not enough employees to serve customers (long queue), and there is not even a place to wait at the branch. You must always stand until you be served.

Bad service. They only have 2 customers and there are 4 of them. We’ve been standing for 5 mins and one lady saw us already but it seems they don’t want to assist. They are just assisting customers selectively

Very bad company. They can easily disconnect your line without any reson nor prior notice.
You just wake up and find yourself offline

شركه نصب او ما يعرف محليا بشركه اتصالات. يتلاعبون بالفواتير. المعلومه صعب الحصول عليها وان استفسرت معلوماتهم مبهمه وغير واضحه. ويستقطبون موظفين من جنسيه معينه غير محترفه وغير مهنيه.

The over the phone system is awful. Cannot get the help I need. No complaint option available. Automated support is not helpful at all.
