Very nice clinic for facials, I did oxyfacial today and i feel so fresh afterwards.
Davy was very good and removed a lot of white and black heads.
She was also kind and respectful so much.
Totally recommend the place.

They burnt my skin. I had a package of 1890. And they wanted to charge me for 1000 for that session when i got burnt!

The facial is perfect go with nurse saba and their laser is good also i have done one package and i will purchase again

Had a wonderful experience today interacting with Dr Meera, cleared all my doubts and got clarified on PRP Process. I was convinced and accordingly did my first PRP which took less than an hour. Didn’t feel any discomfort during the process. Medical center is new, neat and hygienic. Supportive staff Nurse Ms. Aswathy was very supportive and professional. Really a good team. Good to take an appointment, clear doubts, be convinced and then proceed…. Thanks

The laser is good, they use candela machine and the technician is nice. However, their appointment schedules are disastrous! The first time i scheduled a laser appointment, when i arrive they tell me there isnt a machine available and they had to reschedule after i already arrive at the clinic. Unfortunately i bought 6 sessions and until this day they mess up all my appointments. I book a slot after each laser session and they reschedule the timings based on the availability later on and im only informed a day in advance! When i try to reschedule again it gets pushed for 2 more weeks because the available times doesnt fit into my schedule! I have complained twice about this issue and the only reply i got, they fixed it but truly nothing has been fixed yet!

Worst center. Make you pay a big amount for their package and due to medical reasons when not able to make for the appointments they say your package has expired and don’t give any consideration.all they do is just take money and don’t provide service. There have been couple of times I have called to book for appointment and then they say all appointments are full. Would never recommend this medical centre to anyone.

Cheska is absolutely wonderful. She’s is very professional and friendly. She takes great care with explaining everything she is doing and makes sure you are comfortable. Excellent experience! I definitely recommend her services!

Worst customer service ever, all they care about is getting paid first and then when you book they put policies and rules that are not clarified at the beginning of package purchasing, very annoying and not transparent would not recommend this to anyone as they don’t even have a proper complaints resolution process.

One treatment I purchased from their website for Coolsculpting was out of stock when i reached the clinic, and the staff refunded my money without hesitation.

I like this clinic. Dr. Muna and Dr. Ebtihal were particularly amazing. They would suggest procedures that were specific to your needs. They won’t force you to take procedures that you’re not comfortable with. They would explain and give unbiased consultation. Dr. Muna was amazing with laser. And Dr. Ebtihal was very gentle doing the mesoeye. My choice of clinic in Abu Dhabi!

Worst clinic dont buy the laser packages the appointments are far away i have been in a package since a year and a half.

I loved my hair laser sessions with Mary Ann. She's so mindful and knowledgeable. She knew what to recommend and explain, so I'll make the best decision for my treatment. The laser is very professional, no pain at all, just a cold sensation. I will go back for sure.

I would give it minus 5 stars if I could. Very very very unprofessional. A clinic should care about their patients more than they care about money.

Their appointments are absolute trash. I’m literally begging for appointments and I have to complain and talk to the manger every time I want an appointment. Then suddenly the machine is under maintenance for several months. Other than appointments and the very unprofessional treatment. I once went for an appointment at 8: 30 AM which was way too early but i agreed anyway because as I said horrible appointments. I went up to the laser room and got ready only to be told the machine is not working. I went back home and received a call from them. They said “ We will reschedule you for this afternoon if we found available appointments if not you’ll do it another day”. How is that my problem? You just wasted my entire morning.

Furthermore, today. I scheduled an appointment yesterday and I had whatsapp messages as proof. I went again today at 8: 30AM Only to be told I do not have an appointment. The lady at reception told me she can do nothing about it unless she rescheduled me for today afternoon. They literally do not care about peoples time, it’s just a game to them. Their goal is just to receive money then they’re done with you.

I filed the refund papers today and was told it would take 2 weeks to be processed, when it only took them a day to take all their money.

I choose ZERO stars! It’s the worst medical center ever starting from their customer service to their treatments and doctors. Not professional at all! Their goals is just MONEY! Worst experience everrrrrr! Especially CHRISTINE! I advice all of u NOT TO GO there.

I had a good experience with fat reduction process with Lorelie, after 4 sessions I have noticed a difference in the area, and now after 6 sessions I’m fully satisfied with the results and can’t wait to see the final results.

Bad customer service. They just care about money. If u called the call center answer and take your number and never call back. They don't care about the customer needs. They keep offering packages to have more money and customers and not to fill their needs. If u miss an appointment wait 3 months to have another. If they call and you missed the call, never dream they will call you back. Also, you don't know how to reach them. There deserve a big 0.
To answer u the mobile is always switched off. And first u hear or receive our complaint so it can reach the quality team. An advice Don't copy and paste ur answer for all comments.

اسواء عياده في ابوظبي اذا ما كانت في العالم ، محد يرد على لما تتصل ، و اعذارهم الالة فالصيانة و جدول المواعيد مسكر مع انه قبل عادي يقدرون يحجزون لك حق 3 شهور جدام و لما تطلب يحولونك للاداره يرفضون مع انك دافع سعر بكج كامل ، الحل الوحيد و الاجراء القادم هو حماية المستهلك لو في تقيم تحت الصفر كان حطيته.

The very worst customer service i have ever seen, its really a shame how they treat their clients, especially the fact that they are in Abu Dhabi seriously.

I have been waiting for my cheque for 2 months for a refund for my laser package. They canceled my appointment and made an appointment for me without me knowing that my machine is in maintenance.

About the refund no one did anything about my situation every time i get in touch with them they come up with a different story, seriously very very bad customer service.

I don't recommend them at all, try other clinics much better and they're very welcoming and won't treat customers as badly as everlast do.

This center is very dirty, makes you wait a lot for appointments & through calls, has zero professionalism and no experience in what they do.also dont get shocked if they do for you a different service than what you ask for. I just checked the previous customer reviews & yes it's true, they charge you for a service and make you suffer to get what you paid for! It was mandatory to select star to be able to rate, however they don't deserve any star!

I’d give no stars if i could.
I speak for my experience, my friend’s and sister. They overbook lazer sessions, we all keep receiving calls a day ahead of the session or the same day asking us to postpone. The last delay was for 3 months. And to cancel my package/get refunded is a hassle. They keep calling/texting for me to sign a form I’ve signed and sent already!
I was burnt in session around my body, Dr. Christen implicated that I haven’t been using a sunblock, to not take responsibility. Luckily, i use it religiously. To win me, they offered a full body peeling session, i got arms and legs only instead (and hardly, they kept changing my appointment).
Facials are a joke, you’ll book and have it cancelled or changed the same day.

Mr Saad and Management Dep should know how to manage, accusing patients and it’s the manager fault is not respectful! Overall staff are amazing and exceptional.

Dr Shereen is awesome. Very professional and to the point. Listens and advices accordingly. I recommend.

I came in for a birth mark removal laser instead they got me burned and scared me with a scar that needs at least two years to fade away! Not only that but when I came back for a treatment they want me to pay for their own mistake, when I talked to them about it they made it seem like they are making me a favor to treat me and it didn’t work and they never actually completed the treatment instead they kept discussing the payment of fixing their own mistake “worst place ever! ”

Worst place to get appointments in. Customer service is bad. They cancelled my appointment because “the machine doesn’t work” an excuse they use many times… maybe they should consider getting more machines since they have a big number of clients depending on them:)

As many pointed out this fact, they offered packages but once you finish your first appointment they hardly answer your calls and delay your appointments, but if your paying for something new they somehow fastly find you a spot.

I am very happy with my result with Dr.christen Yousef. She always suggests what you acutely need and know exactly where to begin and what is your best procedure to do. I really appreciate the hospitality and the professionalism of the place.

The worse clinic ever. Not respecting time and not professional at all in solving their mistake.
Had to wait 50 minutes just for the doctor to show up and when i complained to the manager she replied (we will start now) seriously!

I took both and fellers with Dr Christeen and she is super and she is the one and only one who satisfied me

Bad experience with laser hair removal in this medical center.
After I bought the package it took me 3 months to book an appointment.
I am so disappointed I waisted my money without any benefits.
I do not encourage this center

I went there on December to make botox and filler, nothing changed my face still the same i was really angry and I will never go there again

I went there to see dr timm for a follow up after my tummy tuck surgery with him wich i did in dubai, the clinic is very clean and the staff are perfect i tried the hydra facial which i like as well.and not to mention dr timm whos super talented for a tummy tuck surgery i love my surgery result

I called them and the phone kept ringing for 15 minutes with no one responding. It's a shame, as they used to reply quickly but lately, every time I call, I have to wait on the line for more than 10 minutes.
Their scheduling is also bad, I blame top management for that, they are overworking their people and not enough appointments to be booked, if you cancel one appointment, expect your next one to be after two to three months.
I am in the process of trying to find another center.

They offer great packages.however the REAL experience is after you pay them. They NEVER answer calls for appointments. But what difference that would it make for them, they already took their money.

Such an amazing clinic with amazing stuff specially a girl named yassmin soo polite and helpful I did hair plasma. Hidrafacial. Botox. Laser. And many other procedures I was soo happy with service and the results

I have great experience with Dr.christine and her staff. My whole family getting treatments here. Environment, reception team especially Yasmine and Sana are friendly and welcoming.

Where to start.
I firstly visited Everlast clinic about 10 months ago to treat my under eyes area which by nature lacks volume. I were previously treated by a great injector in my home country a couple time and hats off she took 5 years away from my face. Though I was expecting the same outcome, on the day of my consultation with Dr Mishel I was discouraged to do any filler under my eyes, for reasons I still haven’t acknowledged. Nevertheless I decided to take on Dr Mishel’s suggestion and proceed with other treatments such as PRP, micro needling and later on something called Eye tightening.
This last treatment apart from being extremely painful did nothing but worsen my under eye look, which after a week appeared of a blueish color and dried my skin visibly. I complained and asked for the product to be removed but once they did that they also inevitably removed the previous layer of filler leaving me with 10 years more on my face. Long story short, quite few thousands Dirhams and various sittings of fillers with Doctor Christine later I look horrendous and my under eyes is left ruined. Filler have been poorly injected and migrated to unwanted areas, the overall look is unacceptable and I have been told off for being 20 minutes late to my appointment. I drove from Dubai to visit the clinic and that day I had a problem with my car. It is the first time I spend this much money to actually look worse. I had trusted the medical staff to do a good job but thoroughly regretted it. So far this is the worst clinic I have visited in the UAE. Lack of customer service on follow ups is rather unreal. I was never contacted by the clinic to rectify the issue. Disappointing.

The appointments are never accurate i book an appointment one month before and nobody confirms it, this happens all the time for laser, I don't recommended this clinic at all they are not Professional.
