Female Section - Service was excelled & quick. I had recently visited the center for my daughter who turned 18 and needed to submit her bio metrics. She has a medical condition of excess palm sweating. The staff was very patient while taking her finger prints. They even got some ice to reduce the palm sweat. Thank you for the support.

Be careful! Here civil dress code is strictly applicable (nothing less than trousers are allowed). You may be denied permission to enter. This is due to the fact that this centre is catering for VIP's and common people applications.

The employee is unprofessional my sister give her the papers for the Biometric but the she throw the papers on my sister face and told her to leave just because my sister didn’t know which paper was exactly need from the file so she asked her for help instead of helping her she throw the paper on her face which is unprofessional but then one of the employee there helped us and she understood our situation we need more professional workers not people who is working forcefully

إتصلت قبل الحضور للمركز بسبب بعد مكاني من المركز، حيث انني جئت من السلع ، لإجراء (تعليم) في توجيه وعند وصولي ظل موظف الاستقبال (اسمه ناصر) يماطل ويماطل واخيرا ترك مكانه وذهب، وظلت الموظفة الأخرى تتحدث على هاتفها النقال، اما الموظفة الثالثة فقد قالت بأن دوامها خلص، ثم حضر الموظف الأول وقال بأن النظام قد أغلق.
علما بانني جئت المركز الساعة 3: 20عصر الجمعة.
هذة المعاملة لا تليق بموافقة يخدم في مؤسسة بهذة العراقة والتطور والرقي، والحقيقة لم يصادفني مثل هذا التعامل غير الاحترافي في اي مركز اتحادي منذ اول يوم دخلت إلى الدولة وحتى الان

اكتب هذا التعليق وانا في مواقف الهيئة الاتحادية للهوية والجنسية وبكل امانه ومصداقية احب اقدم كل الشكر والتقدير للموظف عوض العامري قسم اسعاد المتعاملين، حيث استقبلني بكل حفاوه وترحيب ووضح لي المعاملة بالكامل، ثم انهاها بوجه بشوش وبدون اي تأخير، لمثلهم نفتخر

The reception staff is very rude, they can't explain anything properly, and when you ask them to properly explain, they will start shouting

An extremely poor place with no helpful staff. Spent 2 hours time just to get the Biometrics done. Better the centre must be closed instead given hard trouble to the people.

I went to get the Biometrics done for my mother who is 60+ years old, she cannot sit for longer time but yet none has helped us even after several approach, they let her sat for 2 hours inside for no reason, upon asking the staff behaviour became rude with discriminating for certain race nationalities.

Haven't experienced such poor, pathetic and unprofessional service ever in the UAE.

This Federal Authority for id.
Is located inside the al jazeera Club.very good experience.i tried to renew Id through ICA app. But i got some error after submit all data.that's why i went here to solve my problem. From entrance to inside. All staff was kind and good but some staff was rude also. But they helped me so quickly.

I found everything are manageable.

الموظفين قسم بالله كأنهم في عزبة
تاركين الناس انتظار و هم عالموبايل و لما تكلم حد منهم ما يطلع بوجهك و يقلك انتظر رقمك
أي رقم يا ابن الحلال. أنا أمامي ٣ انتظرت اكثر من ساعة و نصف
و المشرف. تكلمه تشرحله مشكلتك يتركك تتكلم و يمشي
٣ او ٤ كاونترات عليها موظفين اغلبهم عالموبايل و البقية مغلق
و المضحك أن هناك كاونتر الموظف موجود لكنه أغلق الكاونتر لأنه مشغول بالموبايل. و لولا التشهير كنت نشرت صورته

Omg how embarrassing. Walking in I saw two employees eating. One with a bowl of what seemed like corn flakes and the other customer service had her lunch laid out on her desk and I was laughing. It was like one of these episodes of home funnies videos. Anyway we were bounced back and forth from one employee to the next. Talk about feeling rejected. The sad thing was they didn’t even have much customers. Anyway, the last employee we went to personally took us to the concerned person and made sure that our problem was solved. He was the only decent employee in the office. Really shameful that this is how people respect their job and this is what is considered the norm in government offices.

لو أنه يوجد اقل من نجمة
3 كاونترات من أصل 13 تعمل.
لا يوجد أي متابعة من الإدارة بدليل أن الموظف على الموبايل بدل أن يتابع عمله و أغلب الكاونترات مغلقة.
السيكورتي هو الذي يتابع كل كل كل شيء

أستغرب ألا يكون هناك متابعة مم قبل الجهات المختصة العليا لكل التعليقات السلبية بغرض التطوير كما هو عهدنا بدولة الإمارات

My review is not for the Office but for the Security at the entrance point. I recently had to register for UAE pass and it was not accepting at KIOSK because of some technical issue with their system. Unfortunately I was advised to visi this office. I reached there and met this security who like an office staff, took me to a laptop and helped me out. In 5 minutes my task was done. I imagined if he was not there to assist, I would have spend minimum 2-3 hours and may be still not fixed. Hats off to the Security.

I visited for updation of Mobile number associated with Emirates ID but they refused to do so as they are not their for public just waist your time and Taxis rent.

A very good place to if u have any id or resident problem. Exceptional services, fast and friendly staff. In no time they solved my problem. Once more, thanks. Located in an iconic land mark Al Jazira Sports club (MOHAMMED BIN ZAYED STADIUM), with Kalifa university just adjacent, nmc royal women's hospital attached to the stadium, a very big parking in front, a police unit just opposite and Dusit Thani Hotel across the road.

بالفعل اسواء ادارة في بوظبي، مافي ارقام انتضار المكاين موجوده عل فاضي نحن بس ثلاثه في الفرع و قاعدين نتريا في الانتضار و نشوف مندوبين يدخلون جدامنا (من طرف فلان و من طرف علان. عيب انتو تمثلون الحكومه خدمة نفس هاذي لا تمثل دولة الامارات

Worst branch ever. Employees moving around instead of calling the customers to serve them. Dont know how to solve issues that resulted from their side. I visited them twice and still the issue wasn't solve. Worst experience and employees ever and they don't deserve even a star.

Denied Entry because I was in shorts.
Don't visit in shorts.
I visited in July and the security guy pointed at my shorts and told me its not allowed. I went to another office for biometrics.

First I visited Ethihad plaza and found Biometric scanning is closed. Customer Care informed to visit near Madina Zayed shopping centre when visited there it was found it is Shifted and no office is there.than someone told to visit Aljazera stadium and when visited there it was found that the office is closed before 1pm. They closed at 12: 30. When enquired for timing they informed it is till 01 pm. Noone is ready to provide information.

احسن واجيد مركز الهوية الوطنية. والعمال يساعدون باحترام والكرام ويتوفرون جميع إرشادات عن الاستعلام و السؤال. الحمدلله بخير. هذه المركز له المقاعد والمجلس ممتاز مع توفير شاي وتمر.

استغرق وقت تجديد بطاقة الهوية ١٥ دقيقة ، اما استلامها فقد إستغرق حوالي ٤٠ دقيقة ، يعني تحتاج ساعة لتجديدالهوية.
