I sent one gift for my brother's birthday to UAE. The whole process was so smooth. Thank you so much fnp.ae

I’ve never experience such a bad service in UAE for the past 8 years.
We paid more for delivery to be done by 8pm since it was gift for a kid.
They confirmed by email and what’s app.
When it wasn’t delivered I sent them message they said they will deliver by 11pm I said we don’t want it because kid is sleeping at 11pm and they can’t ring the bell. They didn’t reply for 2 hours not on the phone not throw the email. And then then after 2h they said we will deliver now. I said again NO you can’t do it now. They still did it. Regardless all the messages and email that I’ve sent.

I can’t believe that this kind of service exist in UAE.

After that I sent messages, called to ask why they did it. No one never replied.
They just don’t care.

Amazing communication. Effortless delivery. And emailing every step of the way. My best friend is having her vacations in Abu Dhabi and I found this company online, hoping it would be good. Turned out to be great. Even flower composition was very lovely. Exactly like the pictures!

Huge disappointment… I ordered flower to my mother on Mother’s Day in Amman, and it hasn’t been delivered, yet they even send a message that orders is delivered… spent hours on the phone and no one is fixing this discrepancy… Never again

Very very bad service, the order take 3 hours and you but it delivered and I didn’t receive anything!

Order placed and delivery scheduled for specific window where the recipient would be available. I went to track the order at 30 min past the delivery window and “order not found. ” Call the support line and they confirm that the order has NOT been delivered and would still be another 30 min at least. A flippant apology was all that was offered, then he asked me to send the location to the driver. The location that was already outlined on the order. Useless and a waste of money. Might as well have not even ordered. Use literally any other company.

Had a really good experience recently. Needed to send something (getwellsoon card and chocolates) to an unwell friend and got it delivered the same day without any hassle whatsoever. The entire process was smooth. I ordered and got a message a few hours later that it has been delivered to my friend who acknowledged the same. I'm a happy customer!

Knowing that Ferns and petals is a big company, I would like to say, that I was completely disappointed by its’ service.
I ordered 9 balloons for the specific time in the morning and the courier man brought only 3 balloons, while there were 9 mentioned in the invoice.
He promised to bring the rest in a few hours but failed to deliver them on time.
I chose the morning time for the delivery of the flowers and the balloons. It says 8: 00-9: 00. As far as I know, the courier may appear anytime during this time range. I reached my home location 8: 50. My phone was ringing off the hook. The customer representative told me, that the courier would leave the location as he had to deliver another order. I told the lady, that on the website, it’s not mentioned specifically, 8: 50 am or 8: 45 am. It just says- 8: 00-9: 00 am.
Please, be more specific while creating the layout on the website. I will advise to be more attentive to the number of the items, that has to be delivered. How can you make mistakes to understand, that you need to deliver 9 balloons, not 3?
Think twice, while choosing the place to get your flowers or Valois delivered for your loved ones.

Worst service ever!
I spent so much money for a set of flowers and photo frame for my mother’s birthday. They cheated badly, they put fake flowers and they sent an extremely bad quality photos (printed on an A4 paper instead of photo paper, and they appeared black in color).

Once again my yearly delivery from the UK to Abu Dhabi. A beautiful box of flowers and a card. Fantastic company, have used them for a few years now and will continue. Thank you for your outstanding service.

The worst cake shop ever! I ordered cupcakes for mothers day and they looked nothing like what I had originally seen online. Other than that, there were 2 black hairs on one of the cupcakes and a swear smudge with something orange in the center on one of my other cupcakes. This was my first and last time ordering from there. I recommend you to look elsewhere such as Magnolia bakery for example. So disappointing and disgusting. One of the worst experiences if not the worst I've had with an order. I have attached an image in which they have online (which is what I initially ordered) and I also attached an image of what I received.

I had an extremely bad experience with ferns n petals. I ordered it for a friend which i cant even give it to her.
I had ordered a personalised candle wherein images of the person will be there on the cap as well on the candle jar. Unfortunately as it is her face i cant post it publicly but it was cut out from a normal paper and pasted on the jar very shabbily the sides were not cut out properly it was very raw, the glue was not pasted properly. Also the most embarrassing part was at the bottom of the jar it was mentioned the sticker that they purchased from shop and the charge was 14.99 dhs whereas i paid 72 dhs for such a shabby work of printing photo on a normal paper and not even cutting the edges properly and just pasting even without proper glue. The only good thing i did was not to have them sent the gift to her personally. I would never again purchase from them and would recommend others also never to buy and waste your money. Bad experience in sending customise message, customer care not at all helpfull.full surprise was spoiled.

A good service when it works. Range of products is good, prices are reasonable.
Unfortunately, in 4 orders, 3 of them were wrong, late, or did not show up.
If they're out of stock of the item you order, a "close enough" item is sent instead, regardless of price difference, with no contact.
Although you pay for a specific delivery time, they show up hours later with no contact.
Customer service offers solutions to issues raised, but again the delivery is usually late or incorrect.

Very happy with my timely midnight delivery! Thank you. One star less as I feel the delivery person could have a tad more 'cheerful' for the occasion and not made the recipient have to walk all the way to the road to accept a 'package'.

The worst services ever. I ordered 1 kg birthday cake and received only 1/2 kilo cake. I tried to complain.they simply texted me back:
* did you weight the cake.
* it it is 1 kilo.
* good evening.
Rude and unprofessional.they did not apologize and they did not try to investigate the issue.
I called their office and they offered me an other type of cake. I refused and demanded a refund.then they promised to fix the situation.however they just sent me an other half kilo cake and they said we do not have one kilo of that cake any more.
I ended up with 2 worthless half kilo birthday cakes.emotionally damaging and frustrating. I promise I will never order from them again.horrible service and yet an expensive one for no good.

Wake up management.you are not going any where with this quality of service and poor unprofessional customer care.

I am very delighted and happy with the service you provided. Flowers were fresh, delivery was done on time, delivery boy was polite. I had no problems with communicating with the team, their response was quick. I have absolutely no comments other than thank you for your service! Fully recommend you to everyone!

Good customer service but I wish I could say the same regarding their products. The flowers arrangements are not bad but not good either. Suitable for casual occassions, and unplanned events, outdoors gathering. Not recommended for weddings or Special occassions. Delivery is on time as scheduled. Price range is average. Their cup cakes looks absolutely stunning but once you have a bite, you would regret paying for it. The taste is nothing special, and it is greasy/unhealthy. Not recommended if you are used to the high-end cafés. Bake your own cup cakes at home or from a ready-to-make boxed cake flour, it would taste much better than these. The only good thing about their cakes is they just look good, in other words "The presentation". Excellent for photo-shooting - if you are planning a photo-shoot with models, or marketing projects or other commercial advertisements. Overall experience: Meh.

I placed my order on 28th of July and it was supposed to be delivered on 31st July but on the day of delivery I received a call saying that my order can’t be delivered to my place also when I agreed to collect it from the shop I was told it’s not ready. Then I told them I will come to collect it on the next day. When I tried calling them no one was receiving the call finally when someone received they said it’s still not ready I was told to come in the evening to collect it. This behavior was very unprofessional. Luckily the product was as expected.

This was my first time to use their website. Very good service. Website is easy to use and my order was delivered exactly as what the picture shows. Definitely using it again. Over satisfied!

Bad experience! I have been so disappointed with Fernsnpetals my order no is 872410. I ordered flowers for my friends 40th birthday yesterday 24th May and flowers were to be delivered between 3-7pm. The flowers were never delivered! How disappointing! I will never use Fernsnpetals in future and I want a refund for my order.

I was continuously calling to enquire about my order. They kept hanging up on me. They also answered accidentally multiple times and would be typing numbers and then would hang up again. So, it was obvious that they were ignoring my calls. No one responded to my WhatsApp or emails. After a while, my order was delivered. It would have saved my worrying if they picked up the phone as they say 24/7 customer service. Nothing wrong with the actual order thank goodness. Very poor/non-existent customer service though.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Very difficult to communicate with, spent 15mins on each of both calls trying to get some suggestions / recommendations and nothing happened. Got on website to pick some options and when called to place it i was asked to send it over whats app and over 30mins have passed and no one has answered. Should've looked at the reviews before going ahead dealing with you. Definitely a NO GO and please do not send me your standard silly response oh we regret and will try our best to improve cause it looks like you have been very poor in your services, product quality, delivery and everything else you provide. Better off closing your shop with having as much unhappy customers!

It not only got delivered on time, but the fresh flowers and extremely delicious cake brought a broad smile on their faces. Wrong information in website, not all items are available for same day delivery. Should've updated their online inventory to avoid changing of orders.
Upon delivery, the plants are also infested with cockroaches. We had to throw the plants away. Very bad quality of service and products.

I requested a gift to be sent and I already paid them then I asked the operator to send me pictures through WhatsApp as we were dealing there and I’m out of the country but they refused to do and easily told me yes you can cancel your order honestly they don’t care about customer satisfaction and they were talking in a road way

It’s really bad experience for me as I knew lot of flower shops and they also send me samples to see if I can’t reach them.

I bought a plant and a chocolate covered strawberry box with happy birthday written on them for my friend's bday. The delivered product did not look like anything from the picture I selected. The plant wasn't fresh, the flower border was a bit brown already and the strawberry chocolate was already melting. So the message happy birthday was all messed up. You should avoid ordering from them. So unreliable. And when I approached them about the situation, they just said sorry. So to absolutely AVOID if you want to do something special for someone.

I was so disappointed. This mistake is their 3 time already. I also made 3 overseas call but they only said that they’ll will replace it but they didn’t. They’re ignoring my messages on their social media account. They even deleted my comments on their IG account. As a customer we have the right to choose what we want and if it’s not possible you have to let us know. Not just deciding without informing your customers.

Ordered earings and Ramadan Macaroons, but they delivered cupcakes instead of macaroons. Changed order without checking with me. Not everyone likes cupcakes, would be nice if they contacted me and let me choose substitute if you run out, don't assume that is OK to change order. On their website you can still order macaroons, false advertising. Cupcakes ended up in garbage, not happy, no response to my email. Just waist of money and time. This is not what expected. Very disappointed. ️

Worst place to order from! Liars, unreliable.
Ordered a customized cake for AED 600, with clear instructions sent out to them. The cake itself comes in the shape of the first lettre of the persons name. My cake was ordered for a person called Reka, so how on earth would you make the cake with the lettre M as a shape. They were kind enough to come collect it the same day and said they would deliver the next one today between 3 and 5 PM. Its 7: 30 and yet no news, even ignoring my messages, last thing they said "on the way" 1 and half hour ago when i asked to speak to a manager! Urge everyone to think twice before ordering from them!

They sent our Happy Anniversary balloon with almost no air in it, wasnt inflated enough, Other than the high price & not answering or responding to my complaint throught their website. Wouldn't reccomend it at all.

Very expensive order of balloons, mini cake and flowers to be delivered in Abu Dhabi placed online from the USA. Complete rip off as the balloons went flat in half a day (clearly had no helium).
