Honey n ginger tea was superb! Really soothed my sore throat
Chicken dynamite quessadillas were soft n yummy
Their chilly garlic chaat was also super yummy

Excellent customer service by youraj our order was destroyed twice by noon and youraj made sure we get the order delivered and enjoy our tea thank u so much for excellent service

They have fantastic breakfast items, bun kebabs, snacks, paratha rolls, burgers momos, wraps and kids meal boxes. Some must tries are chicken tikka omelette, grilled chicken paratha, chicken tikka kathi roll, reshmi mutton bun kebab and butter chicken momo.
Their chai karak is one of the best in town which is available regular karak, zaffran karak and masala chai. My all time favourite is the zaffran karak.

Filli cafe in Abu Dhabi is a place where you can meet up with your friends to chitchat and enjoy quick bites.
It has a wide range to munch on from sandwiches, burgers, chaat, rolls, wraps, fries and cold drinks from milk shakes, iced tea, mocktails to hot beverages from variety of tea, coffee and milk. But Filli's signature item is Zafran tea for which I go there. The masala tea is sprinkled with saffron powder to give it a strong spice aroma and flavour. It also has breakfast combos to select from.
It is a quiet place to relax and unwind with Zafran tea and friends.

My friend advised me to visit this car wash I did and I realy felt happy after finished the washing very clean people and fantastic service

As the time pass-on, and when the business grows, the owners get busy making more money and forgets about taking care of the existing business. Hence, leaving the company to survive on its own. This somewhat the case with Filli too. It used to be remarkable. Now, you have to wait 45-55 minutes for your order to be prepared. The food quality is not the same it used to be, primarily they use frozen food.

They are not bothered to change with the feedback; the manager at the counter, instead of accepting and thanking for the input, will start arguing, so you will end up saying f it and let's go.

Ambience is good, especially when you sit outside. Food is good too but the orders takes time. Good place to have chit chat and enjoy the tea.

Best Zaafran tea in town! And try their deserts (the matqa things) they taste amazing!
They don’t have a big seating place though so you might end up sitting outside which is also good but can get hot!

Excellent meals and snacks. First time I dined in after ordering many many times. The place is cosy and comfortable. Ordered club sandwich and dynamite chicken roll with tea. Both items were great. Area for improvement is the time to serve. It took quite long for these two items to be served. I know the delivery orders to be quite quick. Hope the same can be done for diners.

We visited Filli Cafe Airport Road in Abu Dhabi on Friday evening second week of april 2021, there was enough seating capacity in the cafe and it was not so crowded also, but unfortunatly we waited for 45 mins on our desk to get service staff attended, this was really frustrating and exhausted.staff over there were doing something else and they were not responsive or attending guest. We made the order and it took another 50 mins to get the order served on table. Not recommend if you are short of time and they need to improve customer service and hospitality.

I tried cheese and mushroom omelette, bun maska and zafran tea. Everything tasted super yumm. The only negative thing was that there was only 1 guy catering to everyone's orders. Have MERCY on that poor man plz!

They offers a very nice variety of tea's. Also my son likes thier biscuits very much. It have a big parking before it, but it's entrance is very tricky.

Ambience is too good, specially outside sitting is just wonderful. Taste is good but the orders take time. Have to wait alot

Amazing taste, tea lovers must try.they specialize in tea. With different type of snacks. Indian specific mumbaikar would love vada pav and samosa, authentic taste of mumbai.

Does the name ring any bells if not then you should come out of your rabbit hole and take a sip of one of the finest tea the capital has to offer.

Although I have been a regular visitor of filli cafe but today I was disappointed as I went for breakfast at airport road branch Abu Dhabi and as per their new menu the breakfast meal is served with tea plus another 8aed extra for fresh orange juice I order this meal and when I received the bill initially I was charged 15aed for juice separately and 4.5 aed for tea separately which I would have paid if I would have not checked anyways I complained about this to the server and he updated the bill reduced the price of juice to 8aed but said tea he will still charge I ultimately ended up paying for that but I was disappointed as it is really not about the money its about principal and honestly what written in the menu I should be charged accordingly. Kind of felt betrayed. Keeping the bill as proof of dishonesty

Fantastic place, nice outdoor seating as well as indoor, lots of options of goldfields sandwiches to noodles and most importantly tea, love to spend my time with friends at this place

Staff is very slow,

Took our order after 30 mins (that too we had to call the waiter)

And after ordering, it took further 40 mins

Generally nice tea + nice atmosphere + nice food but I hated that I had to get off my table more than once to order something more because there was no one close + no one to answer when you call for help.

Filli Cafe is an absolute place for the perfect tea. I love drinking their tea and I have tried many other items on the menu quite a few times, and they all taste delicious. Moreover, you can buy the Zaafran tea in packets and tea bags from the cafe. The place is everything when it comes to the true quality and taste of tea.

Known place for having good tea & Coffee. You can spend good time with Friends and Family while enjoying your tea.

Filli Abu Dhabi at airport road has worst service. The waiter Agni didn’t payed attention to the table at all just because he has to arrange the tables when we arrived in the restaurant as all the outdoor tables were dirty. Staff with such attitude shouldn’t be hired. I might come to Filli Abu Dhabi again as being a regular customer but only for food and drinks but not for service as I don’t expect it anymore. Also the Samos should be served with mint chutney as a accompaniment without paying extra for the mint chutney. Hope this review will be taken seriously as a feedback in order to grow as a brand.

Nice place to hang out for a cup of coffe/tea and some lite bites. They have both indoor and outdoor seating which is good to have at times. The staff is nice and helpful. Overall the place is clean.

Tea and Samoosa's were awesome!

Cleanliness wise they certainly need to make more efforts. The table we got looked clean, but was sticky! We changed to another table and it was the same. So I guess it has to do with the way they were wiping it. Also the place had flies hovering around our food, which is not a good sign especially since we were sitting indoors: (

Filli cafe staff is friendly there food is delicious meal if you have time go to filli cafe and enjoy the food

We went there for bfast yesterday. My husband loves this but I found it average. We ordered samosas, wrap and omelette. The Samosa were fresh out of oil but filled with oil.wrap and omelette were pretty good. Tea and coffee is average. One thing which I didnt like particularly was.they dont have sweet n low.you have to have your tea with sugar.yeah.they force you to drink your calories. I dont know who does that nowadays.well.it's an alright place for me.

One of it's kind in AD! Lovely food. Top of the class service with a smile - into the wee hours of the night! Highly recommend!

Taste is good. Ambience is also fine. But service is very poor. In spite of moderate crowd they took so long to bring the items.

Tea is good but way to pricey, not value for the money. There are way better options for that price.

Not even near the quality that is presented on different forums. Even a street Cafe is better in terms of quality as well as service.

Although it did take some time for someone to take our order.
They have good seating indoor and outdoors.
Can be a a bit pricey for the food served.
