Best place ever to be, and perfect hospitality especially the manager Mr. Mohamad with his classy welcoming and attitude. Also the buffet is exceptional with an unparalleled price 32 AED.

I placed an order at 9: 45am on Talabt and after they kept delaying the delivery time on the app after 55 mins I receive a call from talabat informing me that the restaurant doesn’t have the item I ordered! Why accept the order!? And why wait 50 minutes! And why u didn’t have the decency to contact the customer to apologize for your mistake! Horrible service horrible management! Total failure

Please don’t ever eat any type of meat there. I eat today chicken shawarma plate, I’m suffering with stomach pain and I don’t feel well. It’s really bad

It's really fantastic place and very tasty food and staff very hospitality

We tried this beautiful cafe at Reem Island. With both outdoor and indoor seating, it would be nice to do a fresco dining when the weather js good. But with beautiful Victorian style interiors, we chose to sit indoors. There are loads of interesting books which we can grab & read while we dine.

What we devoured:
Shish Tawook Platter, which had mini Kababs with bread and assorted dips and fries
Grilled Chicken Pizza was perfect, beautiful crust and the balanced toppings
Caesar Salad was fresh, crunchy and creamy.

Food is fabulous, portion size is huge and we 2 adults and 1 child (all hungry one ️) could fill in our tummy with this portion.

Service and hospitality was spot on! Mohammed, manager of the outlet was so friendly and impressively hospitable and helped us choose the dishes from the menu!

The quality of food it is incredible. It is a high level restaurant with a good variety of delicious proposals.

Food is good and shisha.no doubt.but waiting time, the lady waiter was rude.after 5 mins of being sitting.i asked the shisha guy to give me the menu. I asked him if I can order through him, i ordered, then after 20 minutes waiting, the lady waiter comes and ask me for my order.which made me angry as I thought the food was already being prepare.it was just a soup.so I told the waiter this. She went to ask the guy. When she came back to set my table, i apologize and I said that I have been for long here and I was talking to her.she walked away from me saying that it's okay. I told her I haven't finished talking.she still left.now I don't feel comfortable to eat here anymore

It took them 1 hour to make so called strawberry mojito (after several time reminder) Finished my burger without a drink. The staff seems confused, and clueless. If you value your time and taste bud, this is not a place for you to hang out.

Beautiful place with nice food, beautiful seating both outdoor and indoor and friendly staff. Excellent choice for groups as well as families.

The Pizzas were a lot better with the old chef.
The new chef erased a lot of food options in the menu and can't cook properly

Service not so nice, ketchup not coming automatically with the pizza, and it was far not enough, maybe they wanted to spare it? ! But the pizza was nice.

Good friendly staff. Service was quick and they do shisha if you require. Food was affordable and value for money.

A super expensive place with low quality food. Their sandwiches are very dry and filled chicken was very hard to chew. People visits this lace because of limited options in this area.

Elegant and neat place you can watch football game on very big screen and smoking hoka also they serve nice food all Starbucks Coffee open-air and indoor for non smoking

I used to enjoy coming here as the shisha is good.but I was shocked that in Ramadan they charge 50AED per table. I came alone so I didn’t find the cost justifiable (if I was in a group of 2 or 3 people then the cost could be shared). I wasn’t informed of it prior to being seated. When I was given a plate of nuts I asked if it was a free service they confirmed yes. When I received the bill I found this charge.

I think this practice would lead to losing customers on the long run for the sake of a short term gain. They need to rethink this and at least inform us customers. Who might not see the sign on the door which is apparently only done during Ramadan.

I usually give 15% tips but this practice takes away tips from the servers (who will put a tip after being charged 50AED as “tent charge”?) and pisses off customers. I given 3 stars as they waived the charge after I talked to the manager (I had to wait around 30mins to get this resolved, from 1am to 1: 30am). But I will not be returning during Ramadan henceforward.
