Disappointing. I did not come to work today waiting for the courier to wait for him the entire day only to tell me that I was not answering my call. My phone was beside me all the time and I was waiting for them. They couldn't help at all, I had to reschedule the delivery at a later week which would have impact on my new employer because they needed my documents. Not reliable at all, please do not use this if you need anything.

AVOID! AVOID! WORST COMPANY EVER! They lie and lie and my deliver took almost 2 months and it should have taken few days. Where as in the past I have had packages coming from abroad customs clearance and all the work has only taken few hours maximum a day.

Delivery guy is very rude! I told him if he can deliver to my workplace and answered me in a rude manner. Asked him if he can deliver the next day and hung up on me!

Fast and efficient services though they have increased their rates post COVID. PST 5 years I am using them to send docs and books to India.

So unprofessional. Your delivery guy asked my go meet him instead of delivering the package to my Flat. When I said no he must bring it to my flat, he just hang up.

Abu Dhabi office will not attend phone (02 6773344). I was keep on calling since yesterday after noon more than 20 times for tracking a shipment which was sent on day before yesterday from Dubai. If any urgent shipment, please don't depend this courier. But 600545456 is always reachable.

Poor service.my parcel delayed for two days, worst they indicate a comment that says “refuse to receive the parcel”, to hide staff laziness they made customer comment by their own?

You guys are incredible and I do NOT mean that in a good way. I left a one-star review for your business over a YEAR ago and you're just NOW responding? HAHA! That, my friends, is indicative of the poor manner in which you run your company.

Public, if you have an alternative means of moving documents, do not use this company. It is in your own best interests.

Worst courier service ever. Scheduled for a pickup before 13: 30 and they didn't even turn up that day. If you want to courier something, don't choose this company.

Very good service. Had two deliveries recently, all done on time. One from RAK, pick up at 1600, delivered next day at 10 am.
Very fast, where other couriers did not even show up to collect the goods.
Keep the good service.
Apparently reading the reviews not every ones are reporting positive feedback.

Today is the 3rd time they called me, they keep on bringing my shipment to MBZ City even though I already told them I live in al falah street in the city centre. 2 times already and still bring my shipment to wrong address. Very unprofessional, waste of time. Since 23rd of this month item is already with them, until now they cant deliver properly. This company shouldnt be in business.

Take more than 2 weeks to delivery item from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. I could walk from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back in less time than that.:)

There consider themselves responsible to deliver to nearest indian airport. After that they have offloaded to different poor quality indian vendors. In simple language, They dont take much responsibilities afterwards.
If any important documents, first flight is not one to be trusted.

Price is changing once courier came for pick up. I spoke to the manager and saying that the price suddenly change.unprofessional.
I call the customer service and Inform that why they increase price suddenly.

Most badly couriers company in the whole world Not only in UAE For the following Reasons:
1-No commitment with the time.
2-very bad operations team in response ways.
3-If they agreed with you to deliver even documents in time dont believe on them you will waste your time & money and headache from laying will eat your mind.
4-Bad handling collection and receiving procedures.
5-sometime they will not answer you phone also if they stacked in wrong.
6-Totally horrible experience with that courier company.

Don't Try With Them.

We live in 2019 and they don't have delivery to al Bahia! In addition to that I already paid for it! At the end I picked it myself. What a disappointment!

I wouldn't recommend this courier. They've had my package for days. A man called 6 days ago to say he had my package and would deliver that day. He has not shown up yet. He is no longer answering the phone.

Go with better options in the city spending little more and remain hassle free.
Customer service is not at all good and is not recommended.

Personnel working don't have much knowledge in custom clearance issues and your delivery may get delayed or cancelled.

A really good courier, I recommend it, I’ve tried it in the uae they deliver the next day, its been a month and the service is still the same

Worst courier ever! I have been waiting for my package for three weeks now! Someone phoned me that they will deliver the package but did not turn up that day! And now they keep on telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours even though I have been already waiting longer than that. Bad service! I NEED my package tomorrow!
