I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fit Life Veterinary Clinic and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of care provided, particularly by Dr. Ahmed. I believe Dr. Ahmed is one of the best veterinarians I have ever encountered. His dedication and expertise have been evident in every interaction.

My cats have been under Dr. Ahmed’s care multiple times, and not once has he failed to restore them to full health. His approach is both compassionate and highly professional. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to go above and beyond, offering solutions and treatments that others might not consider.

Dr. Ahmed has also been instrumental in the recovery of several rescued cats I’ve brought in. His ability to handle diverse and challenging cases with ease and confidence is truly commendable.

Fit Life has taken such good care of our cats. The staff is friendly and professional. Vets are very knowledgeable. They are very quick to respond and fit us in quickly.

Good location, parking is easily available and the clinic is well set. Large receiving and reception area with lots of pet varieties of food and accessories on display. The staff are kind and helpful as well.

Great service and reasonable prices (they take Fazaa for % off). They vets and nurses are super friendly with the pets and they sell lots of different food options in varying sizes, pet snacks, toys and so much more.
Cat washing service with nail clipping was around 85Dhs which is very reasonable.

Many thanks to Dr. Ahmad for making sure TOBBY is safe during procedure. He is now fully recovered and very playful as he is. Please keep up the wonderful and caring work that you do. Thank you dr!

Please be carefull which Dr you are trusting! If you care about the life of your pet never take them to this clinic. My cat was having an operation to be spayed by Dr Soheir. 1st time the operation was done unsuccessfully, for 2nd time the month after I took my cat to this clinic with same Dr because she did the operation so I took her for follow up and She said that cat needs 2nd operation becoz The wound is infected! Even my cat was there for 1 week to be under supervison. The 2nd time same thing happend i kept her for 1 week there becoz I thought this is a Clinic and they will take more care of my cat. After 1 month my cat suffered from a sever abdominal pain when I took her to another Dr he said it's abcess from infection of 1st and 2nd operation! And he did the 3rd operation with 1 week stay. Imagine Im keeping my cat there, trusting this clinic and Dr, paying 2 times for 14 days, aside from all expensive costs this clinic caused me I cannot blieve the damage this Dr and Clinic did to me and my cat! You better pray to my mother of stopping me opening a case on you.

I am so glad that i have found this vet clinic, my cat Pika had his neutering surgery 2 months back and today had his deworming, very reasonable prices, Dr. Omar is an absolute professional, and the front desk staff is quite kind. I highly recommend them

We’ve been to quite a few vet clinics and Fit Life is one of the best! Dr. Nancy explained thoroughly what our new cat needs. She filled us up with information that made us feel at ease. I’m just so glad that I brought Boo here! If you guys are looking for a vet clinic that cares about your pets and will not force you to pay for unnecessary services bring your pets at Fit life. Suddenly price increased. I have been coming here for vaccine for my cats since 2019 and they have never charged consultation fee but this year it was 120 dhs for consultation fee as they said its new rule but not telling customer beforehand. I was coming here for price drinving 30mins although I have other options nearby but now the consultation fee is even higher than others. I will switch to another clinic.

The reception is very nervous, does not deal in a good manner, there is no mercy with the animal, all he aspires to is to make money, the person responsible for caring for cats is disrespectful

This clinic is little overpriced and the main issue they have with their receptionist Kabayan lady she’s having zero skills for customer service and if you care about this place she should take a long training on customer service skills before helping your customers.

Reasonable pricing. Pocket friendly and good service. Thank you guys, love for animals is misused by vets to make hefty bills, but you understand that it's a life like us.

Doctor and Nurses are good. I don’t know what’s wrong with the reception always in angry Mode.any questions you ask they get irritated. And they have forgotten to smile and to welcome customer.also even not saying thanks.very much surprised by this behavior.

Otherwise everything is at place.always take appointments before going otherwise reception will be more angry

I am not happy for the service i received to this clinic.
If i can give a zero i will. I bring my cat for a check up with a doctor named Dr ahmad. He just only do quick check up and send my cat home without doing anything. I bring it to other clinic since im not satisfied with the service provided only to discover my cat has a parvo.

Better choose other clinic than go to this clinic that only prioritize money and not the well being of you pet!

I will not recommend this clinic, bad treatment to employees, high prices
I witness a tall guy in scrub suit shouting to a lady in the reception area.
As well as the prices of the product is higher than before.

I am deeply disappointed by how the clinic's front desk organized the schedules. Very disorganized, impolite, lacking empathy and do not know how to talk to customers. Also, when they do confirmation, you will be shocked to hear different timing. I gave consideration the first and 2nd time but 3rd time is unbearable. Then, when you asked why it changes, the Filipina receptionist talks impolitely by putting the blame on you and even answering back without putting herself on the point of view of the customers. She answers you arrogantly. They should also inform their customers about the requirements or standard operating procedures before asking them to come. I know this is not happening with other nationalities. This is only happening to whom this fellow Filipina thinks she can disrespect.

Visited Fitlife Vet Clinic today for my cat’s annual check up and vaccination, Doctor Ahmad and Nurse Omar were very gentle with my baby, she didn’t even flinch after getting her jab. Thank you for the amazing service!

I can assure that at Fitlife animals are treated very well without making holes in the pocket and best services are offered.

You want specialist to take care of your loved pets? This is the place. This is like Burj Al Arab for pets. Staffs are amazing and price is very affordable. Quality of service - superb!

My first feedback: will be not being able to reach when I call I wanted to book for my pet, I called 5 deferent times no one answered so I decided to go walking, I noticed that they were not busy and there was 2 receptionists how come no one could take the call from the 5 times … my second feedback will be, when I gave my cat to clean her, I received a quick call telling me that my cat is ready which was surprising me because normally, they take more time, however I took my Cat I noticed that her face is still wet, I asked why, the guy said because she is naughty she did not let me dry her. *all pets does not like the noise of the dryer but we do still dry them*. Anyways the next day I found out that my cat is full of hair knots, more than 8 all around her body, that comes from not dry her
, to remove I had to cut a lot of her hair.which was difficult to do and painful.plus she lost a lot of her hair.

Well my over all experience was all perfect from the front desk until to do assigned doctor. They are very friendly and professional, when it comes to the doctor they are very caring to the pets and also knowledgeable to all the things and information about pets and medicines. Also I wanna special mentioned Ms. Axa our assigned doctor for our cat, she was so friendly and kind and very positive. I highly recommend this clinic to all people out there, you must visit it and make an appointment now. They will surely take care of your pet.

In response to your reply:

1. There’s a difference between attending to my concern and greeting me upon entry. This has nothing to do with them playing with my dogs either.

2. Of course you sell the food for profit, it’s displayed all over the clinic. Even the posters are Hill’s Science Plan.

3. The doctor charged me for 3 courses and not for a full bottle of medication. It's not rocket science.

4. Judging by most of the reviews left, you seem to be an embarrassment of a manager trying to absolve your clinic of any fault. You cannot take criticism and that’s evident in your replies. I’m not implying your clinic is greedy, I very much believe it is.

It was our first admission for our pet cat FLEX. Grateful experience specially to the people assisted us. Nurses and doctor are well accommodating and showing the love and care of our pet. It was my first and probably we’ll keep coming back here. They had an extremely and amazing service, staffs were very accommodating. They make sure your pets are safe and comfortable. I highly recommend them. Safe and affordable!

There have been lots of different vets come and go at Fitlife. I've used them for a few years. Currently they have Dr Aqsa and I have to say she's the best vet I've ever used in Abu Dhabi and I don't say that lightly! Firstly she's incredibly knowledgeable. She always looks to find the cause of the problem rather than treating the symptoms. She's helped me deal with a couple of complex cases. Also she always keeps in contact, updating or checking on the cat's progress. She's very calm and very kind. I can't recommend her enough.

I'm honestly happy with the quality of service this place offers. You would feel how they care about your pet just as much as you do. Tho' I did have an issue with how my cats gender was mis-checked when I first brought her in, they did correct it and apologize for it. Apart from that, everything is great. Big thanks to doctor Axa by the way for taking good care of Smokey on her surgery.

I been dealing with this clinic for 2 years/ recently i cant see any of my favorite drs (all are left). The services dropped down and no one from staff cares to hear my complaint when my cat injured during the grooming

We just went there last night to vaccinate our kitten and the experience was absolutely amazing, Dr. Ahmad was great and gentle with our kitten, he did even more than what was needed.
The prices are great as well.
Overall an amazing experience!
No. 1 vet in Abu Dhabi, we will be using them for our future needs 100%!

Highly recommended! Best veterinary hospital in Abu Dhabi. Our cat was almost dying when we took him to fit life. We had very less hope that it would survive by seeing its condition when we took him there. But fit life took care of him very well and after 12 days we got our cat back as before. Also, special thanks to Dr. Ahmed who saved his life. Everyone did really great job. Also, prices are affordable. Go there without any doubt if u really need the best affordable treatment for your pet!

First experience with Dr. Geraldine was great, she was gentle and attentive. I made another appointment for my other cat for vaccination; Rabies and PCH. The clinic called a day prior to confirm my appointment with Dr. Geraldine at 12 pm next day but when arrived, she was not available due to timetable change, I understand roster is subject to change but they should have contacted me to inform the changes. We were then attended by Dr. Aqsa, she checked my cat quite well until she dropped ear wax from her ear checker on my cat ear without cleaning it, I was not happy for this and said it was just an ear wax (still, you're adding it to my cat's ear) then another disappointment was only RabiesVac was available but not the PCH vaccine - they should have contacted me to inform the same so I didn't have to waste my time and taxi fare.

My cat Candy was spayed there by Dr Ahmad. He is a kind, careful and professional Doc.always giving us good advises and takes his time to explain us everything by details.
Fitlife have good prices compared to other Vets and maybe better care and services than others.
They often provide good offers for Spaying, Grooming and shopping, as well as special rates for outdoor pets rescue.
My cat feels always welcomed and secured.that's why I choose this clinic because am sure she will be in safe hands.especially with her kind Dr. Ahmed.

At the beginning i was dealing with them because they said they give discount for the stray cats even though it was not cheap. But they dont and they are greedy and pretend to care for the cats. Dr.sasha and new doctor sharif are the worse and not friendly. Other doctors maybe better. I wont deal with them anymore

One of the amazing Veterinary clinics in Abu Dhabi! Would highly recommend it for their professional services and their kind attitude. They even offer rescue rates and treat street animals just like regular pets. I solute them for it!
Until now we have dealt with Dr. Ahmad, and he treats animals with a lot of care and provides best medical help!

Dr. Sasha is the best vet we have dealt with to date. We followed him from is previous clinic. He was very compassionate with our cat, gave us the right advice and really cares about the pet.

Disappointing, review rate does not meet the expectations at all over rated big time based on quality of service and place.
