After 6 months, the condition of the flooring began to deteriorate. Since it is a business, there is no presence of water or excessive foot traffic. Despite choosing the priciest option available, the flooring's quality was very poor , also installation was shoddy. Sunil, the manager, continually claims that they are swamped with other projects and doesn't have any replacement stock. The after-sales service is incredibly disappointing. I have submitted photographic evidence for verification.

From start to finish Floor Expo were great! Communications in the beginning choosing colours, measuring and installation. They were punctual, fast and tidy and the quality and finish is more than I expected. Thank you!

The staff were doing a great job, they were so professional and competent. A special thanks to Danise from sales department for her following ups, she helped me finish everything within a week. I am very happy with the final results and finishings.

After 6 month, the floor started to deform in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. I called them back and, at first, they told me they can’t do anything. Argument was that in the kitchen, water leaks made the damage. The ground was supposed to be water proof, especially design for kitchen.

After 6 month of discussion, they agreed to change the bedrooms floor only but I have to pay for the wood floor…

The Sales guy is nice but does not help to solve the problem. Obviously, the product and the installation are not good at all.

A floor that deform in less than 6 month in 3 separated room is not a sign of quality.

From the time I arrived at the showroom, the service was professional, friendly and transparent. Based on my measurements, an initial quote was provided on the spot. I was visited the same afternoon and received the final quote, which was identical to the initial quote.
Installation was arranged and the fitters were hard working and tidy. Very happy with the product and the service. A special shout out to Carlo who kept me informed at every stage.
