Floorworld LLC

It took me a while to post this review. Unfortunately, I am not sure if I will recommend Floorworld. The sales assistant in Deerfields Mall Branch Mr Tega was super helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He definitely deserves 5
But installation itself was very poor:
- the application of smoothing compound is definitely done badly as the team hasn't even waited the time recommended by the manufacturer (you can see on the photos many dark spots which means the floors weren't completely dry before they started gluing down vinyl)
- glue down vinyl installation done poorly as you can see again on the phots some pieces after a while simply detached.
And yes, it's been 3 months only after instalation, not even 3 years.

Great work, professional team. Really worth the price. Special thanks for the Deerfield team and specially Mr Abdelrahman Khatab who was patient and guided us well in the selection and design process. The installation team was very professional and cared for small details. I advise everyone to install the baroque as it changes the house completely.

Worst after sale service.they will tryto scape from warranty with many excuses. Each department try to put on others

Ordered online and received samples beginning of February.arrived in a couple of days. I was after a waterproof floor option for my kitchen and toilets so I decided to order a sample of the Cappuccino vinyl click flooring, mainly to see the texture. This product is so beautiful and I am glad that I decided to proceed with placing the order at the mall branch. Installation was scheduled pretty quickly and the job only took two days with minimal disruption.

Found Floorworld to be very helpful and communicative.and the sample ordering system on their website is very easy to use. Very pleased!

Unprofessional organization, staff lacks basics to operate in Dubai. I will raise a sue case at Dubai department of economy as well as consumer rights to make authorities aware of such company! They get the advanced payment and they never complete the job - Be aware guys of this fraud! Don't pay unless the job is 100% complete. أحذروا منهم ياأخوان الجماعة ياخذون فلوسكم علا انها مقدم ويختفون صارلي أكثر من شهر أتابع و واكلمهم والادارة عندهم تعيسة جدا ما كملوا الشغل المتفق عليه بالعقد ولا رجعوا الفلوس - بقدم عليهم شكوى بغرفة التجارة والصناعة وجمعية حماية المستهلك
