I had a really bad experience with Floorworld, beginning with the estimation team, who took incorrect measurements, and the estimation worker was very exhausted and disgusted because I told the salesman to bring samples of the parquet in the estimation visit and he didn’t bring them. In the installation, as normal, because of a lack of professionalism, there was a shortage in parquet quantity, and I was calling back and forth with the installation team to schedule the next visit for installation, and the worker in the installation team was not honest and always gave me inaccurate timing and guess what! In the next installation visit they also had shortage and material and forgot to order the door profile and now I have to wait them to call back and confirm the third visit for installation. It took them more than 4 visits to install vinyl parquet for a 4x5 room! And still there is issues. Bad management, late and inaccurate appointments, and salesmen not answering for more than 5 days.

I will never deal with them again.

Decided to place Gerbur flooring in the bedrooms, the same that I had on the hallway and living room. Extremely please for having gone with Floorworld Company, they were truly great. Had a very good first impression when I reached out for a quote for the service, again a really good impression when they came to do some measurements and a excellent feedback from the tem that placed the floor. They really are professional, took the time to explain what joiners they recommended and which one looked best and the flooring placement is really great, my rooms look awesome. Very professional and pleasant team, our carpet has been fitted to a good standard. The offer to come back if any problems is also appreciated (which there haven’t been). Thanks Eslm this was very speedy service as well, the fitting was arranged at the time of ordering the carpet and everything was done quickly and efficiently in just a couple fo weeks.

First impression of the Birtley showroom was very good indeed. A very nice sales person Mr. Eslam showed us around and gave us a great deal on a solid oiled oak flooring. The floor has been laid and looks fantastic and the unused boxes of flooring picked up free of charge, and money refunded. I am very happy indeed and think this company will take some beating. I recently did oak grey flooring from floor world dalma mall. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Cheapest in the market. High quality materials, professional company with great installation team and good after service. We’ve used Floorworld 3 of our properties and will use them again.

Very bad experience with the company. The color started fading and they send their maintenance team after 6 months. When they came they said they need to send another team to polish the whole area. Once again, they didn't send anyone until i went to the store and complained. They send their inspection once again and they said i will have to pay for the polish. The warranty they have is a big lie. I highly advised getting better materials from other trusted suppliers like Danube Home

Special shout out to Raymond Musakwa who made our purchase with Floorworld so much better after we had a bad experience the first time. He went above and beyond in aligning all teams for our project and maintained constant communication with us all throughout, and ensured we were satisfied with the final product and installation. We went for an engineered wood flooring with a natural finish and are very happy with the selection.

If I can give zero stars I would. I payed atleast 10,000 more for unused wood laying around in my house JUST INCASE the workers installing the wood damaged any wood. SUPER POOR FINISH. Incomplete work. They wanted us to sign off on completion of the project even though 50% wasn’t done yet! They said they will return in 2 days to install the rest of the wood and we didn’t hear back from them. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION FROM MANSOUR IN MARINA MALL BRANCH. No solutions what’s so ever to our problems! We payed over 50,000 for such a horrible service and wood and installation. AND THEY DIDNT EVEN WANNA PROVIDE ME WITH A SAMPLE FOR THE WOOD I PICKED.

اسوء شركه تعاملت معاها ركبت ارضيه عندهم و بعد التركيب انتظرت 4 اشهر باتصال و اتصلت فوق 10 مرات للفرع و للكول سنتر و حضرت فوق 4 مرات للفرع الي في دلما و للفرع فالعين عشان يحلون مشاكل طلعت لي فالتركيب (قطع طلعت من الارضيه و ظهور خطوط على الارضيه مثل الانتفاخات و غير هذا الشي الاساسي و الي ماقدرت اعديه نسو يجيبون معاهم قطعه الي تركب في نهايه الارضيه عند الباب مع العلم المفروض تكون معاهم اول ما يوصلون للموقع يركبونها بعد نهايه شغلهم)
فوق هذا و لتاريخ اليوم و معامله سيئه وللاسوء و ندمت لو ركبت صيني و بدلته 5 مرات ماوصلت سعرهم ولا معاملتهم اتمنى من اي شخص تهمه مصلحته يواجههم بهالمشكله وماعندي مشكله حتا اواجههم لاني كل ما اكلمهم يلفون و يدورون و يطلعون اعذار اما بفريق العمل او يقولون خلاص بنرسل فريق ولا شفت شي منهم و خساره نجمه لو اقدر اقيم اقل عن 0 كان قيمت

Please note the one star is because you can't give zero stars. Do not make the mistake that this company is for individual families with villas or apartments just because they have showrooms in shopping malls. They are not. Once you pay the money you are on your own. Each department from sales, to the workmen, to the installation and accounts are completely separate, with no communication with each other; and apparently no accountability to anyone. No department knows what the other is doing, will shift the blame to another department, and you are the go between. If someone is away or off sick, don’t expect anyone else to help you.

Booked what I was told was a 2 to 3 day job on Nov 30th 2020. My wife and I would stay in one of the apartment rooms whilst the job was done. The whole experience didn’t start well as what we discussed during our home visit and measurement (and was written up) was not included; and we ended up having to pay more than the original quotation. When questioned, the Abu Dhabi manager was so patronising and rude to my wife that we would have cancelled the job had it not been so close to the installation date. She did make a complaint to the complaints department about this but never heard back from them.

When it came to the installation itself, the skirting was ripped off, leaving massive holes in the plaster and no attempt was made to remove the previous glue to create a flush finish. Fortunately as we were in the apartment we were able to prevent them jamming the skirting on over the old glue and the holes in the walls running from the floor through the skirting and up the wall. We sent photos to the same Abu Dhabi manager but to no avail. Initially we were told that the office was closed and someone would get back to us in 7 days! Then we received a message from the installations manager that there was nothing they could do. The next day no one turned up. With most of the apartment unusable we required an urgent solution and ended up working through the day and night sanding and plastering up the damage with materials purchased from ACE Hardware. Is this what customers are expected to do? Any other company would just charge extra for plastering or tell the client that they needed to book someone in advance.

But this was just the beginning. The skirting that was ordered based on the initial consultation and measurement by Floorworld did not fit. Although this was clear on the 30th Nov, communication in the company is so bad that it was not finished until the 13th Jan. This involved me having to take additional time off work and cancel a booked holiday.

11 weeks later we are still awaiting a refund for the unused materials and for someone to come back to attach the doorstops. As we have called about these things many times I no longer expect them to eventuate.

خدمتهم جدا سيئة في التواصل مع الزبون ، والتأخير في الطلب و التركيب، و تركيبهم كان سيء. ويسحبون على الزبون اقوى شي. يعني اذا قبضوا فلوس منك راحت عليك.
Bad service, poor communication, delay in order and instructions, bad customer service, if you have complaints, they maybe will solve it after 1 yr.

Very bed experience with Floorworld company, Installation is not good.
They said they don’t have scarting. I call the company they come and not come back again to fix it.

تجربه فاشله جدا لا انصح التعامل معهم ابدا عند الدفع المبلغ لن يكون هناك أي تعامل جيد مع العميل خدمه اسوء مايكون مدراء فاشلين لا يقدرون العميل لا يظهرون أي حل للمشكله لم اتخيل ان اتعامل مع شركه بهذا الاسم وفي النهايه اسوء شركه تعاملت معاها في حياتي أرجو الانتباه منهم الي الان لم يتم تركيب لي مع اتصالي المستمر لهم ولكن لا حياة لمن تنادي اسوء ما يكوووون لا اتخيل هذا التعامل لو مسويه عند الصيني احسن عنهم فاشلين ومايستاهلون المبالغ الخياليه مقارنه بالمعاملة والكوالتي السئ والتركيب الاسوء

Bad After Service and Extremely Expensive for the quality.

I asked for Vinyle Plank flooring the guys charged for water proofing the floor and cleaning. They also charged for the humidity cover between the waterproofing floor and the Vinyle PVC planks. It is supposed to be water resistant and doesnt need water proofing but the sales man doesnt care for Customers Vale for money. All they care for is how much money they can make out clients.

The Company workers are expecting to get Paid for the Service although the prices they charged me inclusive of Service fees yet employees were rude to ask for Money as a courtesy of their Services.

It is unfortunate since the quality of their work has not been quality checked by their supervisor. I had few alignment issues I had to fix myself.

I agree with all the comments on After sales support. They are just one of the worse to deal with when you are done with work.

Do I recommend? Absolutely Not. There are so many excellent Service Providers with a better quality available in Mussaffa and in Dubai that. Just put a little effort on scouting similar companies and check Reviews.

يجبرون العميل بدفع المبلغ كامل قبل البداء بالمشروع ، ويعطونه موعد للتركيب ويتخلفون عنه!
وفي حال مطالبتك لارجاع المبلغ يقتطعون جزء من المبلغ المدفوع.

- يوعدونك بتسليم وتركيب بوقت وتاريخ معين يتخلفون عنه.

- لايكملون الاعمال بالوقت المحدد وياجلونه بحجج واهيه ، والمصيبه يشعرونك بوقت اخر لاكمال التركيب ولكن لايتقيدون به.

- لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذه الشركات.

I ready came to this shop in March and order to add skirtting and paid for it.the sale man told me that they will call me to make appointment before coming to my house. After few days someone call me and told me that he’s now in my house. I told him that I’m outside now and i have my key with me and i asked him to come again after taking appointment. Until that time, no body call me or came. I have been in the shop three times, and contacting sales man through whatssapp and calling. They told me they will e-mail the company and they will contact me to till me the updates and this is didn’t happened. I’m really really disappointed from your service.

Just completed 1 majlis for my client in #MBZCITY from Mr. Ansari great assistance anyone can contact him, Majlis looks great and my client will do another room with them

I did for our corridor and 1 majlis from Mr. Ansari and Mr. Syed very quick and reliable services, installation team was very professional and responsive, I will buy whole villa flooring from them soon

I went their with my family and the staff is too good very professional, great services under one hood, it is like one stop shop for anyone's flooring needs
