سبحان الله لم اواجه كل الملاحظات التي ذكرتموها ، بالعكس لاحظت الاهتمام والمتابعة ودقة المواعيد والتواصل المنسق بين الفرع والمركز الرئيسي ، اتكلم هنا عن تجربتي مع فرع العين بمقرهم رمال مول ، الاخ احمد ماسك الفرع وكله ادب واخلاق وحسن التعامل ، شاب تابع معي قبل البيع وبعد البيع له مني كل الشكر والتقدير.

وقسم المبيعات يغش العميل بالسعر من تدفع العربون يغير السعر ويلعب عليك انصحكم ما تدفعون الفلوس بدون ما يطبع الورقه بقولك الطابعه خربانه برسلك وتساب لا تثقون فيهم نصيحه من اخ نصب واحتيال خاصه من بوص حضرتك وتأخير عادي شهر او شهرين اهم شي خذو عربون

Very bad service. One of the people responds arrogantly and does not clarify any details until after signing the contract. He asked for an additional fee of 20% under the pretext of cutting, knowing that he is supposed to be included in the price for this purpose. I advise looking for an alternative that respects the customer And the price is right for the value

انا مستغرب من الناس الي تمدح انا تعاملت معاهم و اسوء خدمة شفتها من عندهم وقت البيع و وقت التركيب و وقت متابعه الشكوى لي حول السنتين انتظرهم يغيرون لي الباركيه كل يوم اييني شخص يقولي بنشوف و عقب يسحبون علي ما انصح اي انسان يتعاما معاهم السوق الصيني اتوقع تعاملهم بيكون افضل من هالشركة التعبانه انا ماضحكني الا الشخص الي قال الشخص الي باع لك الباركيه استقال مانقدر نساعدك لازم نوصل للشخص هذاك عسا ربي يرد فيكم كل القهر الي شفته منكم/// ابشركم بعد كل هالعناء مافي اي تقدم انا بعدني اعاني منهم و من نفسهم بدون سبب كنسلو موعدين لتصحيح الغلط الي هم مرتكبينه و انا حاليا قررت اشتكي عليهم فالتنمية الاقتصادية لاني تعبت من تعاملهم و اهمالهم.
After 6 months of calling them and they sent maybe 5 or 6 people in deffrent batches to rectify the issue but still nothing have changed very poor service i am not recommending this company to anyone because believe me what i have been through dont want you guys go through it as well.

The best choise if you want Parquet, we choosed them for our Villa they are Professional and provide a life time warrantty, when we faced issue in our Flooring and call them they came Immediately and finished every thing without any coast, Thanks for the good services and stuff specialy Mahmoud

Their products are of high quality and elegant looking for a very reasonable price. I purchased vinyl flooring recently and have them installed in my bathroom.

Slow service, very bad installation, very bad after sales service.their prices are much higher than the market and the service they provide is the worst.more than 1 month to refund the money and i regret dealing with them.

استقبال الموظفين كان ممتاز والخيارات جيدة جدا وكان ممكن تكون ممتازة لو توفرت النعلات البي في سي المتوافقة مع الالوان الجميلة للالواح الأرضية

كانت التجربه رائعه جدا في التعامل من ناحية الموظفين وبالاخص الموظف (عادل) ومن ناحية التواصل والسهوله في المعامله والمساعده في قدر الامكان.
وايضا من ناحية الجوده في الارضيات.

AlAin branch was very helpful in choosing the right material ycolor matching my dicoration and furniture, especially Mr. Adel who was very cooperative and provided very good communication and feedback. My interior decoration engineer was impressed with the quality and service. The installation was perfection. Overall I’m overwhelmed.

They are having an excellent timing, good products and the sales person was cooperative in choosing the colors and installation time.no company has better service or products in al ain
