What wonderful flowers here, fresh and very well arranged. I received the best flowers here and can definitely recommend. I absolutely adore their bouquet here. Friends and family were amazed by the intricately decorated boutique. Will always get flowers here now.

Over priced with poor conditions of the flowers. They tried to sell me small dead roses and told me it depends on the budget. They wont give u fresh flowers if ur budget is low.

Flower arrangement is trendy, friendly staff, more variety of flowers available, the ambiance is really great.

They’re arrangements look beautiful however the staff managing the whatsapp are the most incompetent staff i have ever come across. They dont reply, had to call them 7 hours later and tell them to reply to my messages.

My arrangement was supposed to be delivered the next day, so the next morning they tell me the flowers are not available.

This flower shop used to be one of the best in Abu Dhabi. My recent experience did not live up to their previous standards. Staff did not follow my requests and they included wilted roses in my bouquet. When I requested that 2 of the wilted roses be replaced with angel breath flowers, they replaced 4 roses and charged the same price. To add to that, I asked that the arrangement be changed from flat to a more rounded setting and they did not do so.

Such Overpriced. There are many shops nearby the area with way competitive price and better designs. Staff there are unfriendly. Especially the lady in the reception gives you face when you ask about what your buying and prices.

Great customer service. First flower shop I go to where they actually care about the customer’s satisfaction. This experience will defiantly let me come back.

I went there in the evening at around 9. It was understandable that there weren't many flower options to choose from as it was late and most of the flowers had sold out. However, they did not mention that the flowers were old. I got the bouquet two days ago and immediately put it into water, and half of the flowers in the bouquet are already wilted. Usually when I get flowers (I get flowers almost every week or two), they don't wilt until at least five to seven days later. It was pricey so it feels like it was a waste of money to only have fresh looking flowers for two days and then have them look wilted and old.

They have a great flower arrangements. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is pricey but their themes are creative.
