FORSAN CENTRAL MALL

Shops are quickly being filled, parking is great as spaces are large. Nice big lulu there.

Nice mall.with most common brands available.good parking space with free parking. Just the foodcourt is too pricey.

Medium sized local mall. Has most of shops you will need. There is LuLu hypermarket, some Arab oriented coffee and sweets shops, travel office, exchange and remitance offices. Food court is small and under-developed. Interior design is very nice. I really like vertical garden and greenery around food court.

Very bad service of the sales lady fipina she is very rude and she doesnt have manner talking to customer. Its around 5: pm yesterday Nov 17,2023.

Pleasant, spacious, bright and fresh; this mall has a great Lulu, along with the standard shops for most malls
In Abu Dhabi. Good, shaded parking available. Still not fully open but looks promising.

The best place where u can find all what u want different shop and supermarket and different stores مكان جميل جدا حيث يتوافر جميع الاشياء التي ممكن ان تحتاجه في مكان واحد مكان جميل يتوفر في مساحات خضراء كبير حيث تستطيع قضاء وقت ممتع في الارجاء وهناك بعض المحلات التي لم افتح حالين ولاكن قريبن سوف يتم افتتاح جميع محلات المول 26/12/2021

Al Forsan central mall is yet another addition to the mall culture in the remote Khalifa city A. This is a welcome step as there is no mall in the vicinity of this residential area. It has Magrudy's and a big Lulu supermarket which caters to all the household needs under one roof. When I visited the mall in October 21, it was not fully operational and quite a few shops were yet to open.
There are few restaurants, coffee shops, fast food centres, Baskin Robbins and many other shops.

Very big Lulu hypermarket. You will all kind of things. Clothing, sports, grocery, fresh food. Nice place for shopping

Welcome development to have this mall in Khalifa City as prior to this the closest mall to Khalifa City is either Raha mall, Yas Mall or Dalma mall in mussafah. Being a new mall however and the ongoing road works in Khalifa City its been difficult to access the mall, (hope that improves soon) there's Lulu Hypermarket which is already functioning and is fully stocked, There's an exchange, hair saloons as well, however the food court is yet to be fully functional.

Am still wondering when the upper floor will be open, but I noticed some businesses are opening gradually

Finally they have lulu in khalifa city A. Really happy. Mall is just opening. Very few shops open now.

The mall is not yet fully operational. A few stalls are open. For now, there is a money exchange, telecom company booth, pharmacy, optical shop and supplement shop. Most people come here just to visit the hypermarket.

مركز تجاري جديد في قلب مدينة خليفة. يضم اللولو هايبر ماركت. لم يتم افتتاح المحلات بالكامل سوى الهايبر ماركت والقليل من المحلات.

Awesome mall but yet lots of shops and resto to open. I hope they will do that soon otherwise it will be the same sad story of Capital Mall.

Still not fully open with full capacity but the Lulu hypermarket is a nice place to go, they even have a Cafe inside Lulu to have. Coffee while shopping.

Forsan Central Mall Khalifa City Abu Dhabi

Recently opened. Currently only Lulu Hypermarket open. Will have cinema and Restaurants soon. Food court still under construction. Spacious parking space available. Basement parking for Lulu customers. Wheelchair accessible.

Very convenient location for a quick access to the lulu store to get all the groceries that you need

Only Lulu operational as of November 2020. Very convenient access to the hypermarket from the basement car park and a wide range of selections of all items. Houses probably to most luxurious Lulu in the UAE.

A good enough LULU is open as of December 2020 rather than that I noticed no other facilities in there.

Mall is very good looking nice finished but still alot of shops needs to be open which take another 4 months.

This place will give you all u need.but as usual lulu staff has no clue wat they sell. So if you want to purchase anything expensive like electronics or equipment do your own research.

Beyond extreme convenience and incredible infrastructure, Forsan mall gave me a comfort and calm. Everything about the mall is mentionable. I’m Looking forward for the mall to be completely open. Apparently, once it is completely occupied, Forsan will be my favourite place to hangout, to shop, and to dine.
