A very nice hotel with direct access to Galleria Mall. Excellent service and facilities. The only small gripe is that the room have an automatic detection to turn off the master lights. During my stay it switched off on its own a couple of times.
Amazing service. Location is right next to the Galleria. There was loud music every evening (I think coming from the pool) so request a room further away from the pool if you are sensitive to noise.
Outstanding AAA+ service from the Four Seasons team. Exceptional staff - kind, thoughtful, attentive to detail, really go out of their way to make me feel like this is my home, not my hotel.
Concierge team: Lasang, Prem, Abbasi, Mandip, Friday, Sunday and many others. You’re the first face of the hotel and truly the best.
Front desk: Arpita, Hakim, Lana and many other wonderful folks who have been so accommodative about changing travel schedules, last minute extensions, and my very particular requests for the room. A big thank you!
F&B team: the outstanding Altaf, most kind Grace, thoughtful Yash, efficient and proactive Yeti and Purna at Eclipse pool lounge, Lucy, Mina from in-room dining, and many, many others who manage F&B through the hotel.

As standard per the Four Seasons brand the place is dazzling and full of luxury. Its rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The concierge service is excellent and can get you anything that you may ask for. The views from the rooms are pristine and lovely, especially at night. The hotel is located in a very quiet area and it's location is excellent. If you seek to explore the entirety of Abu Dhabi, nothing will be more than a 30 minute drive from your suite. The restaurants offer five star quality meals and whichever drink you may desire is available on their premises.
I stayed at the waterfront king room, overlooking the pool and water. The room was very spacious, providing everything needed for a short or long stay. Housekeeping comes twice a day to clean the room, and you can use their iPad to request any additional items, such as eye mask, ear plug, slippers, pillow, water.the list is quite extensive! The general manager kindly sent me macarons as a welcome gift, which were simply delicious. Their breakfast is something else. Most options are from the menu to order (e.g. Omelette, waffle, pancakes, etc.), and some food in their small buffet (fruits, donuts, pastries). Their cheese croissant was particularly great, best I've had in my life! I enjoyed the quietness of the pool and could easily spend the whole day there. Cold water is provided in a thermal bag, as well as some snacks every now and then. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff was very kind and attentive. I had an issue when checking in, where the receptionist said we couldn't leave our room without registering on a gov app, which wasn't working. This was later clarified by the the manager, but the initial information received was a bit concerning.
One of my favorite hotels in Abu Dhabi for dinner plans, date nights or for hanging out with friends. All the restaurants are yummy and the hotel is connected to the galleria mall which is one of the best malls in Abu Dhabi.
Incredibly beautiful hotel. Service of staff, attention to detail, rooms, food, restaurants are all to a high quality standard. Worth every cent to stay here. Will definitely be back
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Given we are in COVID-19 days, even more so- The entire room was full of dust (you'd think it snowed in there!), the carpets worn out, a few spots in the bathroom were not clean and the rusty steel.hard to believe it's a 5 star hotel, except I KNOW how much 3 nights have cost us there!
I wasn't alone & it was to attend 2 special occasions (1 held in their venue) that was the only reason I opted to stay there.
Their response was slow, and to make matters worse, they offered a complimentary service before even resolving the issue! It was extremely inconsiderate, not to mention improper.
2nd night: they cleaned the room while I was away, I noticed an improvement (somewhat funny.cleaning, they skipped corners, photos posted to give you an idea), but after several hours I noticed the white layer of dust forming again, skin & eyes irritated. I realized, it's their ventilation system that's the issue. Again, in COVID-19 days, that's simply impermissible.
If cleanliness is the most important factor in choosing your hotel, the 'Four Seasons Hotel' in AbuDhabi is not for you. Knowing that its location is excellent & that it is adjacent to a distinct destination, the Galleria_Al Maryah Island, is a very unfortunate matter; no doubt about it.
شعرت بخيبة أمل كبيرة من مستوى نظافة غرفتي ونظرًا لأننا في زمن 'كورونا' ، أكثر من ذلك -
كانت الغرفة بأكملها مليئة بالغبار (كما لو أن الثلوج تساقطت هناك!) ، والسجاد مهترئ ، وبعض الأماكن في الحمام لم تكن نظيفة والفولاذ الصدئ. يصعب تصديق أنه فندق 5 نجوم ، لولا علمي بالقيمة التي قمت بدفعها مقابل الإقامة فيه لمدة 3 ليالـ.
لم أكن وحدي وكان من المقرر أن أحضر مناسبتين (واحدة أقيمت في الفندق نفسه) وكان هذا هو السبب الوحيد الذي دفعني للبقاء هناك.
كان ردهم تجاه شكواي بطيئًا ، وما زاد الأمر سوءاً، عرضهم لـخدمة مجانية/ترضية* قبل حل المشكلة! استجابة متهورة ، ناهيك عن أنه أمر غير لائق للغاية! قد أكون مخطئة ، لكنني شعرت بتجاهل شبه تام لملاحظاتي / شكواي. كان الأمر مقلق.
الليلة الثانية: بعد قيامهم بتنظيف الغرفة أثناء غيابي، لاحظت تحسنًا (من المضحك أنهم تخطوا الزوايا، أنشر *الصور* بعد التنظيف لإعطائكم فكرة) ، لكن بعد عدة ساعات لاحظت ظهور طبقة بيضاء من الغبار مرة أخرى، تهيج جلدي والعينين. أدركت أنها فتحات/نظام التهوئة الخاص بهم. مرة أخرى ، في زمن 'كورونا' ، هذا ببساطة غير مسموح به.
إذا كانت النظافة هي العامل الأكثر أهمية في اختيارك لفندقك ، فإن فندق "فورسيزنز" في أبوظبي ليس مناسبًا لك. مع العلم أن موقعه ممتاز وكونه ملاصقاً لوجهة متميزة وهي غاليريا جزيرة المارية، أمر مؤسف للغاية.
Beautiful Hotel full of life. Extremely friendly staff. A big variety of restaurants and easy access to the Galleria mall. Also parking is not a problem

I really like the hotel but I want to complain about Mr John who didn't treat me well in the phone I'm asking as regular customer to have the same rate which I'm having always but he didn't helped me after that I asked to speak to the manager but he refused and didn't contact me to his manager other stuff are really friendly specially Mr Hakeem I really appreciate his work and effort
Went here for brunch in one of their restaurants mainly named CRUST. Like the first time we tried it, this place never disappoints me at all! I loved all the different varieties of foods they served! It’s one of my favorite brunch restaurants here in Abu Dhabi! From appetizer to main course and of course who will forget their dessert section! I would really recommend this restaurant for brunch! Foods are totally delicious! We will keep on coming back to this brunch.
Famous brand and first class service. Especially the cob-19 protection service is professional and nice treatment. The valet parking is warmful when other hotel has partially stop such service.
Went to the rooftop eclipse bar. Excellent views and the food, while not cheap was superb with a huge variety. Also amazing service from the staff there.
Service at the pool war a really good, thanks MR Abdullah, but for the JETSKY or the sea activity was a really bad new rules what they are looking for an money, and I already explain that to the supervisor and he didn’t do thing, never come back

Amazing hotel. The most beautiful high rise hotel you can go to. They have an amazing service and an amazing spa. Amazing lication in Maryah island, they have the safest measures during Covid. They upgrade me to a premiere suite it was like a dream house that i didnt want to leave.
موقعه مميز. وغاليريا مول على بعد خطوات منه وغاليريا مول من افخم المولات في أبوظبي. ولكن أجمل مافيه مقهى كوستا المطل على هذا الفندق الحالم. في هذا الموقع الجميل
Excellent experience. We had top service and Butcher & Still was a wonderful place to eat as well. We had a lovely view to the water and it was great to see the sun going down from our room
Great atmosphere, cool breeze on the terrace, awesome food with chefs bites delivered to table. Excellent waitress service. And it was on entertainer too.
"Butcher & Still" inside hotel is the only place we have found American pies in Abu Dhabi. Cherry pie is extraordinary, and expensive. A nice treat for special occasions. Great 1920s era music in restaurant.
5* hotel, excellent service. Professional and caring team at ZSA ZSA Lounge. Manager (Houssam) and crew created most welcome atmosphere. We had a chat with Marketing Director, he was as welcoming. Kudos to all at Four Season Abu Dhabi. @fourseasonabudhabi
Doubtless among the best Hotels in Abu Dhabi. Best bed comfort, nice room size with fantastic views. Very quiet. Best service and really a very good breakfast buffet. Thanks a lot

Wir haben zwar nicht im Hotel eingecheckt, jedoch durften wir auf den Balkon und die schöne Aussicht genießen. Das Personal hat uns auch einen Kaffe angeboten, was ebenfalls sehr gastfreundlich war

While you are in Abu Dhabi, don't forget to stay in FS Al Maryah Island where you will find perfection in very little detail, every corner and every room, visit Crust to start your morning and enjoy their breakfast bufft and on Friend don't forget to join their special brunch than travel between Chicago and Milano by trying Café Milano itlian menu and travel in time to back to 1920 steak house and live this unforgettable adventure, and of course if you want to swim and in mood for a drink and lovely meal Eclips will be the right place for you, one last things, because four seasons is a place for everyone Vigans can enjoy staying in the hotel to enjoy Chef Christian special Raw Vigans menu as he say "alot of flavour, not guilt. Stayed here for a celebration event, and it did not disappoint. The check-in was efficient, friendly and informative. Plus the lady was very good on keeping the celebration private by not announcing the additional charges which I had incurred.
The room was superb and was the epitome of luxury and comfort. Our amenities were excellent from the truffles to a birthday cake. The complimentary birthday cake was quite delicious and very much enjoyed. Again the room was fantastic.
We ordered some in-room dining which was excellent and consisted of possibly one of the better pizza doughs I’ve had in the UAE, and to receive this from an in-room dining menu is triumphant! I could say that it was slightly experience overall, even for 5* levels, you could question the value here, however the service and food quality was very high.
We opted for one of the restaurants for dinner and there was a slight issue with humidity so there was the odd drip, but it was a non-issue. The steak house itself was quiet so we opted to remain at the bar and ordered the snack menus, some were a little disappointing (cheese puffs, the sauces on the evening were all overly sweet) however the overall meal experience was enjoyable scallops and salmon were very tasty. But the service and interaction from the team was an experience in itself!
Four Seasons hotel is one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi and considered by many of my friends to be the place to dine and enjoy the night. The staff are well trained to look after their customers and the architecture of the hotel is consistent with the hotel international standard. Worth visiting.
Five star hotel with almost all the facility inside the room. It's a luxurious, clean and neat hotel. I strongly suggest this hotel who likes luxury and clean.
