The Technician was so polite, gives me all the information, the services was so fast and clean

We try to call many times but unfortunately no response at all! What wrong? We ask the building is there any other company that can install the gas they only said only this one! Why no answer?

The atmosphere was really nice. And Asala was really nice human being and well groomed.

She entertained me in very professional way and with very cute smile all the time.

Just useless customerservice
Seems like lazy staffs. Wasting ur time. If u ask quotations they just drag u fir few hours and ultimately tell to ask watchman of building for gas connection from other company.

Former employee here. They immorally make us overcharge clients a minimum of 40% and can reach and exceed up to 200%… They count the VAT multiple times and rip off every client. The management is so corrupt that they take employee hard earned commissions into their own pockets. They can and will fire employees for personal reasons that are unfair for hard working employees that put their heart and soul into their work. As an employee I felt more like a slave as did all of my coworkers.

Bad service. Gas connection is out frequently and we have wait for technician to come and restart.

Great company and good place to work. Grateful to be part of the organization. Quality and safety are highly important as well as the well-being of its people.

AED 30 as monthly service charge is ridiculous when no additional services are requested or provided other than the gas being used! Didn't see the clause in the contract otherwise would never have signed up.
