We understand when it’s busy days like valentines, but it doesn’t mean you get the order online, and never respond to the customer, and you don’t follow the notes as well. This is the worst experience ever, not recommended for online flower orders.

I've used this company twice now for flowers. First time for delivery flowers which they were exceptional. Second time I popped into their store and had a not so great time. I recommend buying their flowers online. It's cheaper and a lot more convenient. Instore I paid three times as much as I did online and there were communication issues.
