Excellent prompt & professional service. After having my vehicle serviced elsewhere & being informed that a lot of costly repairs needed doing, a friend recommended getting a 2nd opinion by Grace Auto Workshop. I’m so glad I did! They checked the vehicle thoroughly & confirmed that the expensive repairs were not needed, only some less costly repairs were required which were done the same day. All photos of before & after parts change were shared as the work was being done. Very impressed with the whole experience & will not hesitate to use them again in future. Huge shout out to Praveen for his excellent service & immediate response to messages. Thanks to the whole Team for a professional job!

Trust worthy. First heard about grace from a friend, who used to service his Ford there. I have serviced my Ford there and found them to be absolutely trustworthy.

Great experience with the workshop, a high level of professionalism and customer service keeping you involved during the whole process. Reasonable prices as well, overall I would recommend this garage.

I'm kinda hesitant to go to workshops and wanted to avoid headaches and just get a brand new car after 150k km passed.
But with my further research, maintaining a car would rather save me extra bucks than buying a new car every 5-6 years or so. But that's not always the case, mechanics/workshop has a big impact onto it. So I still feel that its not worth the headache it may give.
After 6 years and hitting the150k+ km mark, i started to notice that parts are getting worn off, i can feel shuddering on front hood and AC refrigerant is leaking. I went to multiple workshops to look onto it and some of them replaced parts that isn't even necessary, so its like throwing pennies for nothing. My frustration started to build up and I feel like its not really wise to spend specially if you cant find a trusted workshop. I even experienced some mechanics who forgot some screws that leaves my engine cover flapping at the bottom, misplacing the refrigerant cap, maladjustment of break pad that results a squeaking sound, leak on the bottom of oil pan due to the damage of cap during removal of oil, and so on.
Hence, I decided to give it another shot and found the Grace Auto Repair Workshop. I have a good impression that they are professionals, the workshop is clean and there is no bunch of cars on the line.
They'll give you the diagnosis direct to the point, fast and accurate. They have a competitive price of parts and labour, a continues update of work with photos during repair, and with timely schedule. On top of that, I made this review 2 months after the job done and I can say that they really did well.
I would like to give a shoutout to Praveen who gives frequent update and to Mr. Eby Thomas, he's a hands-on/lead mechanic with good personality. I can say that his very well seasoned & experienced mechanic, and passionate on what he is doing.

This kind of workshop has no place for back job or rework, but a place to satisfy customers and aim their trust. A very professional way to gain profit I would say.

I definitely will trust them my car for future maintenance.

Just recently had some work completed. Their personnel kept me informed daily and advised me of any changes or extra work that needed to be completed and with photos. They delivered my vehicle in the time frame they gave. The shop itself was very clean and organizedand their professionalism was unsurpassed. I highly recommend Grace Auto!

This place is fantastic! Probably the best customer service that I have experienced in any auto repair shop in the many countries that I have been in. As an American, it was truly impressive to experience such a high quality of service from start to finish. I dropped off my BMW 750Li on a Thursday evening for for a steering rack and door repair, and it was returned to me by Monday afternoon good as new! Praveen sent me text and photo updates of the work being done throughout each day until complete, and the prices for such great work are more than fair! Look for these guys, they can fix everything and are excellent to work with!

Amazing service, Honest, informative and reliable. I went to Graces after another garage quoted me for a lot of repairs for my car. The guys at Grace showed me what did really need doing and took the time to show me what they were doing step by step.

The service was excellent. It was not a simple job but turnaround was excellent. I was given a realistic estimate of time and cost immediately and they delivered before the estimated time. I was kept updated by whatsapp and work was excellent and well priced. Will be back.

I have given my Toyota Prado car to Grace auto to fix the faulty AC servo motor, minor radiator leak and few other minor leaks.

Contacted the owner Mr. Thomas and he has done a thorough check up and serviced the car to meet my expectation on quality, completion time and cost. Praveen coordinated this job well and kept me updated on the progress of the repair job with pictures. Overall, they have done a good job and i would like to appreciate the Grace Auto Mr. Thomas and his team for the good support.

I’ve been taking our two cars here for a couple years now. They’re each over 10 years old and Grace keeps them running like new. These guys are honest and do great work. The wait time is never long, they are creative sourcing parts to get you back on the road. I recommend them to all my friends.

I went there after reading the reviews. Everything is 100% true. Very welcoming team. They walk you through every detail of the process. No hidden costs. They are extremely transparent and let you know what needs to be changed. If something is not a major issue they will advise you not to start opening the car and they will suggest an alternative solution. I'm very happy with the service and I recommend this place to anyone that needs to fix something in their car.

I have fixed my car with Grace auto repair workshop.they are very fast and responsive. The staff were very helpful i. Arranging a recovery for me and updating me with all of what was in progress.i recieved a quotation of the work needed and as soon as i approved they started working on it.the car was even finished before they agreed time and it was washed and ready for me to take! Overall recommend 10/10! I will definitely go back to them if i needed anything to fix my car!

Nissan Patrol. Diagnostics and Replacement wheel bearing took only several hours. Very satisfied. In terms of price, not sure how it compares with others because I didn't check it.

Worst workshop in mussafah. They are learning from our vehicle.they don't know the work properly. Heavy charges on vehicle parts and labour costs.getting additional money by not correcting the real problem of the vehicle. At last when the customer ask misbehaved rudely.

I went there for oil change and the changes was super expensive compared to other workshops. And the mechanic has damaged my ac pipe and it costs me around 350 to repair.
When i complainted their response was to favourable.

Not sure what went wrong, after I dropped my car off for a coolant leak problem back in Jan 2021.the garage informed me later power window was broken (1k to fix)
I was surprised because I drove to the garage with my window down and it worked just fine when I handed over the car to them.
After challenging them about it,
They did fix it without any additional cost

After I received the car though, my ac stopped working (maybe from the repair they conducted on the coolant system) and also one headlight failed.
I had to drive the car back to them to fix the headlight and then again had to go to an ac specialist to get the ac fixed!

Fast forward to 4 months.

Cooling leak problem back again.
The gentleman at the garage says this car is known for these issues.charged me another 2k to get it fixed. I hope they got it right this time & I don’t have to return back to this garage for the same problem.

The customer service is good at this garage but something is off maybe the technicians are not qualified enough or maybe it was my sheer bad luck that I had 3 problems after visiting them!

My personal experience: Excellent service (prompt pick up, WhatsApp contact during repair, delivery of the car), competent analysis and solution, fair pricing (no ripoff with spare parts or working hours) and perfect work results. Highly recommendable and outstanding indeed.

Always fast and efficient. Very good service, they will drop you to the taxy station if needed. Price is ok, not cheap but not too expensive, reflects the quality of their work. Generaly very nice experience with them.

Total rip-off, brought in for engine troubles, they drained the battery and charged me for new one, luckily kept old one, still working fine, they didn't fix engine but fixed other issue i didn't bring in for which took a month for the part, went to pick it up and engine still broken, owner Thomas is rude and lied when confronted about original engine issue not fixed. I just wanted my car out of there, and paid dearly for it, was way overcharged on parts (30%+) that are cheaper from dealer, repeatedly got shoddy workmanship, (used them a few time before giving up in frustration,) e.g. Bolts on A/C they serviced were not tightened adequately and are now vibrating requiring dash to be removed again. Was way overcharged on so-called "recovery fee" as well. Stay away!

Heard of Grace Auto from others, did a major service for my car. They were very prompt, had a pick up and delivery service which I much appreciated.
You can keep in touch with them over whatsapp and they send you constant updates and photos as well as request authorization for major parts, which I find very positive.
Professional, efficient and honest service, please keep up the good work.

Had given in the vehicle for painting the roof and change of tyres, right from the initial inspection and quotation provided, to collecting the vehicle - all was seamless.
Quality of workmanship with additional jobs thrown into the works (Headlights polishing and side view mirrors painting), was done even better than the dealership service centers and at a nominal fee. Special shout out to Vijay, who was constantly updating the progress with photos on whatsapp. The job was completed a day before the scheduled completion time too. Highly recommended, henceforth will be taking my vehicles for servicing to Grace Auto Repair Workshop.

I was referred to Grace Auto by a friend because I was having issues with the suspension on my Jeep. I texted Grace and was able to get an immediate response. They organized a tow truck to collect my vehicle. They were able to give me a respectable estimate, order the parts, and complete the work in a little more than 24 hours. I was impressed with the professional level of communication throughout the repair. I feel comfortable that I have found a professional and reliable auto mechanic. Thank you all!

I agree with the posters giving bad reviews. Owner (Thomas) is rude and him and his crew of so-called mechanics are not very adept at their profession, I'm better off doing the work myself. Almost all of the work done needed redoing doing to poor/sloppy workmanship and I was overcharged on parts, labour and "recovery service" which is their way of roping you into business by claiming they pick up and drop off but I paid almost AED 400 for that! Now after them fixing the A/C I have loose vibrating bolts that will necessitate taking the dashboard, an expensive job. Stay away from these guys!

I have been using Grace Auto for about two years now. They are easy to set appointments with, always come precisely on time to pick up and drop off. Their prices are reasonable and they always check to make sure their work is approved before starting. I am very pleased with their service.

I’ve always found garages a bit of ‘last bastion’ of masculinity and have massively disliked dealing with them and anything to do with car repair due to the fact I’ve no clue about cars and feel a bit exposed to any tales they tell me of work needing done as this usually comes with a high price tag for repairs!
Nick is the owner and will come to collect the car from your home (massively helpful to us busy people) and takes it to the garage in Mussafah for a look then sends photos (proof!) of issues for repair and a recommendation for fixes. He always provides options and will explain to you what needs done in a non condescending manner and in way that any car mechanics dud (me!) can understand. He’s clearly passionate about cars and works hard to ensure a good service to his clients.
He is providing a super service (in my opinion) plus he is a really nice chap and very helpful. He’s reasonably priced, I’ve never felt ripped off and your car is returned to you, repaired, back to your doorstep. I’ve used him for full services and for repairs for about 2 years now. Highly recommended and very female friendly.

They made accurate diagnosis to many problems in my Mustang, they charge for it but I have to say it worth it.

Very bad service, they seem like trustworthy but are not, i specificaly told them to install new part then i found out they installed used, i brought the car in for an evaporator replacement, got it back with broken trim, missing buttons on dashboard and used evaporator that is still leaking, i wouldnt have accepted the car back but they promised they would fix the problems they caused which they did not. According to them this stuff happens because removing the dashboard is a big job and it should be acceptable to have a few brocken buttons. Do yourself a favor dont go to this place they are not trustworthy and will cheat you out of your money.

Audi A7. Highly not recommend. In short words overpriced labor and overpriced parts. Parts from the dealer costs 30% less. For example injector repair kit, 900 from dealer, and 1300 from grace auto. Very nice. I've uploaded evidence.
Another example Dealer wants 750 dirham for replace rear absorbers. But that guys wanting 1650) and I really not sure about the quality. Guys my suggestion is thinking twice before coming there.

I gave it 5 stars last time but this time I'm very disappointed. As soon as you question their work or you request a better investigation of the car's problems you will see Thomas's rudeness in full action. Unfortunately he lacks the basics of how customers should be treated. Really pathetic. To keep the story short, if you have a VW car with a faulty coolant system then this workshop should be avoided. Take your car to another dealer who knows how to listen to customers.

The overall experience was not so good. The shop manager and the team were unfriendly. Their diagnosis to the car problem was right but they asked a lot of money for spare parts and labor charges. I decided to take the car and fix it somewhere else but still they asked me to pay 150 dhs for inspection charges. Note: i was able to get the parts from official premier motors 600 dhs less than their quotation and i managed to fix the car at another shop at 350 dhs were Grace asked for 900 dhs for labor charge.
Would not recommend this repair shop to anyone.

This is the auto-shop you are looking for! Clean, professional, courteous and quick! They quickly diagnosed my car's problem, and had an estimate ready. The work proceeded, again quickly. They updated me regularly on the progress of the work, with pictures - which gave me a lot of confidence that this is the right place to bring your car for service. Lastly, their pricing is very fair. Visit them for your next repair!

Excellent service. The manager, Sibi Thomas, was extremely helpful and attentive to my poor car. As I am only in country for a year the car I purchased is older and not worth too much, but I got into a minor fender bender. The team at Grace agreed to just fix the hood, but they also put fresh paint on and fixed some other dents. When I saw it fixed I was amazed, and they didn't want to charge me for it.
That was my second time visiting after the first, which was due to a loose pulley. They did an amazing job on the pulley that required re-sizing a key for alignment. Thus far the car runs well still, and I will be a repeat customer for sure!

These guys were excellent! We turned up to the garage without an appointment and they were welcoming and helpful. The car needed a re-paint, they came and looked at the car and gave us an estimated quote. Being 9months pregnant they said they would try and get it fixed as quickly as possible. They then offered to take our car to the test centre because our registration needed renewing as well. Then to top it off they drove me to the nearest taxi rank so I didn’t have to walk too far. The car was returned to our apartment within 48 hours looking fantastic and ended up being cheaper than quoted! A fantastic price compared to other quotes we had been given previously. All in all a smooth process! Definitely will be returning to these guys with any car related issues!

Great service, excellent communications and very reasonable price. The garage fixed an AC issue for me on my Nissan Pathfinder. Price was much better than the dealer had quoted and they kept me updated throughout the time the vehicle was with them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend to others. Honestly this workshop is amazing, they are so professional and great value for money. I have taken 2 of my work vehicles to them as well as one of my personal vehicles for servicing and repairs, and it came back 100%. They are transparant with their quotations and honest, and their prices are very fair, I highly rerecommend them!

Took my car here as I have been having problems with the a/c. I have been to a few garages before and always felt like I was never getting a good service. Here the guy Thomas was very clear and professional and sorted the problem. Would definitely recommend this place.

I am very happy with their services. I take my car there for the regular maintenance and recently I used them for a bodyshop repair after a small fender bender. I admit, I am a bit picky and when I went to pick up the car I noticed a few details that where a bit off, I was very surprised when Mr Thomas suggested not to pay anything for the repair, make a new appointment for fixing the details, and if I was happy, I could pay then. They really nailed it, 100% satisfied! Anywhere else they would try to convince me that I was wrong. Thank you Grace Auto Repair Shop!

Terrible service. Returned my car with broken rim protectors. Charged double the price of what others charge for an oil change. Extremely rude and in a hurry to get me out.

Had couple of friends go there and complain with the service too. Not recommending unless you are loaded with money and don't care much of how they treat customers

Terrible Workshop - they have absolutely no idea how fix German cars. Came in with 1 problem, left with 3 and their rude management recommended to take it to the dealership. Lost time, money and now I am deeply concerned about my car and my safety. Filing official complaint with Consumer Protection and recommend others to do the same.

Very bad and unprofessional customer service. I was waiting very long time while the supervisor (Thomas) talking with one customer. He didn't even acknowledge that I am there. After waiting and waiting I told him politely sorry please can one of the technician look at the car? He told me in a rude way you have to wait I am very busy.ofcourse I left and I am not going there again. Mussafah has many good workshops that are good and respect their customers.
