Avoid purchasing any products from Samsonite Or Grand Stores. I purchased many Large Suite Cases from Samsonite (Grand Stores). Always have problems with the same wheels. However, the warranty is still valid but they refused to honour the warranty. I had to pay for them to end the story. I’m really disappointed from this company.

Will never recommend anyone to this store, pathetic customer service! Had my epson projector for a week there at the Jabel Ali branch untouched but charged me for inspection but the unit was never open and still wanted to charge me for repairs a price of a new unit!

I bought a product from you, which is an Okka coffee machine. I had it. I went to the major stores in Khalidiya. Unfortunately, I discovered that it is not under warranty, and not even the information about the product is available in their system. I discovered negligence in the purchase. The repair was eventually charged to me 150, not because of the price, but because of negligence and handling.

اشتريت سلعه من عندكم وهي جهاز قهوه اوكا اختربت عندي رحت محلات الكبرى لفي الخالديه للاسف اكتشف مش داخل ضمان ولا حتى بيانات السلعه موجوده عندهم في السستم اكتشفت الاهمال في الشراء التصليح في الاخير عليي 150 مش عشان السعر عشان بس اهمال والتعامل

هذا مكاني المفضل لتسوق الكاميرات والعدسات والإكسسوارات الفوتوغرافية. لديهم فريق عمل رائع. ثائر فاصل. بول. اسلام وغيرهم. لديهم كل مايحتاجه المرء من معدات التصوير الفوتوغرافي. ولديهم مجموعة واسعة من لوازم المنزل والبرفانات من كل الماركات.

اسوء محل ممكن تشتري منو كاميرا. لا انصح احد نهائياً. كان عندي مشكلة بالكاميرا وبعد ١٧ ليوم لحتى بدلوها. ومعاملة سيئة جداً بتصل فيهم بيطنشو الاتصال

I have known grand stores since 1993, they have the brand perfumes and lagagges, all my gift purchases for my mother was from this store. Staff there very friendly and helpful

An amazing place that sells high quality equipment. Went here to pick up a few items and I was satisfied with the service and the items. Highly recommended

المحلات الكبرى من أهم ستورات بيع الكهربائيات و الالكترونيات في ابوظبي و اسعاره متميزة دومآ و لديه عروض في بعض ايام و مواسم العام و موقعه بالخالدية على شارع الكترا من اهم شوارع امارة ابوظبي و طاقم الموظفين متميزون و متعاونون مع الزبائن و لطيفين أيضآ و يعد اسم المحلات الكبرى غراند ستور من اهم و اقدم الاسماء في مجاله بإمارة أبوظبي

Other than Sony camera/lenses, do not expect any other Sony products from Grand stores. Confirmed on call.

Not recommended at all.
- Purchased a Fujifilm camera and an additional lens here unfortunately as they are the authorized distributors in U. A. E. Fujifilm camera options aren’t much around most shops here.
- The staff completely ignored us when we entered the shop. After few minutes once one of the staff (there were no customers in the shop at that time) managed to do eye contact we got to asking questions about the Fujifilm camera options they had.
- The staff there are completely rude and don’t seem to care about customer service. It’s more of “Purchase it if you want it or you can leave the shop, we DON’T CARE! ” attitude.
- The purchase was for a a over a few thousand dollars and we were frustrated to purchase this from Grand stores as we had no other alternative in Dubai.
- They threw in a ridiculous 16gb memory card where competition throw in 128gb memory cards as giveaways when you purchase a DSLR or mirrorless camera and lenses worth over a thousand dollars. Mind you, the question is not about freebies, these cards barely cost 30-50 dollars. The staff here just have a don’t give a damn attitude. Plus they refuse to be nice or even give you a smile. The staff literally refused to throw in a camera bag worth less than 30 dollars for the amount that was being spent in their store. Absolutely ridiculous!
- While paying for the camera and lens after the whole ordeal the staff at billing literally demanded me to come over his side to enter my email address for the receipt instead of being polite and asking.
All in all a five star horrible experience.
The other reviews for these stores online also are quiet negative and reflect their pathetic customer service attitude.
Hopefully will not be buying any further equipment from them and do rest of our camera purchases in North America or Europe.
