I have now had to use Grand Tourer Workshop on two occasions. The quality of their work has been excellent. It is impossible to tell where damage to my car has been repaired, the bodywork and painting has been done so skilfully. Whilst I hope I do not have to use their services again, if I have the misfortune to need repairs to my car's bodywork, I would have no hesitation in returning the car to Grand Tourer.

Got into a car accident and i was lucky to find this workshop. Excellent and Professional repairs honestly. They pay attention to every minor detail and never argue if i ask for anything and they do it perfectly. Special thanks to Sako for his patience and Professional manners.

They fixed a dent in my car door. The team were very friendly and helpful. They arranged for a few other things to be fixed too. They did the job, quickly and to a high standard. They were also very clear on the price from the start, it was very reasonable.

I had a car accident any my insurance is a full insurance. Basically, i was shocked that the service advisor asked me to come back after one hour to take my car and i told him, i had a car accident, you will not check the car technically, he said yes of course i will. Told him about the noise after the accident, he came and he tried the car and informed me that he will inform the mechanics.
One day later they called me to collect the car and after i took it, i found the same noise again and when i informed them, the service advisor mentioned that the car needs service.
After servicing my car, the sound was still their and went to the workshop again, then i found there was a real problem, that means that they have not checked the car at all.
Now the insurance is calling me to pay extra amount of AED 1000 because i will re fix the car again and actually i should not take the responsibility, however the service advisor should take it as i should only pay the AED 500 only.
Overall, very bad experience, service advisors they are not professional, and they are not straight forward with you.
Recommendation is better to use your own garage.

For the past 10 years this is the ONLY garage in AD / Musaffah I am happy and confident to take my car to. I highly recommend Grand Tourer workshop, genuine, professional and affordable, Mr Garo and his team will go the extra mile to ensure your vehicle is returned in perfect condition ASAP. As a single woman, I have never been charged for work that has not been necessary and have always used them as a second opinion when purchasing a new car due to their extensive and honest knowledge in the field.

There’s nothing more daunting (especially when you are a woman who doesn’t know anything about car repairs) than trusting someone to figure out what’s wrong with your can, to do the maintenance & the necessary repairs.
I’ve know them all for about 15yrs now, so you can imagine there’s not a single service they haven’t done for me. Highly professionals, trustworthy, accountable, do care about your car as if it’s their own, besides fair reasonable cost.
Very friendly & so helpful, they don’t hesitate to go the extra miles for your comfort & satisfaction.
A very important point is they never add on the to do/to fix list just to increase the weight of the bill. Lots of times I double check with them as a second opinion after the dealer’s workshop.

Car went in for repair for front and rear damage following rear end shunt, car came back looking amazing. Not only was the damage repaired to a high standard but the rest of the paint work was polished back to new. Highly recommended.

One of the most reliable & honest auto body shop you can find in Mussafah, Abudhabi. The garage doesn't have a good look and feel but they are far better than some of the big brand names in market in terms of customer service & repair quality.
