I was able to get my car tent and washed the service was fast and professional. This place was recommended by my friend. The car wash was and they cleaned the inside? Good, it was shampoo and all the dirty marks was gone. The price is reasonable and the service is good I recommended

Very bad experience, came to mussafah for window tinting, visited three times, 1st visit the job was not fine small bubles appear and dust inside the tint, returned it to the shop 2nd time staff is not happy that we are returning for that reason and even saying its only small bubles that its ok, i told tha since its not quite cheap we wanted it to be nice and t it is a gift for my wife and i wanted the best for the brand new car, however he is not happy and even asking how much we pay for it sarcasticly,

After he finish the job and waited for 3 days for the tint we found out that they damage the rubber inside the window very disappointing service.

We ask for the refund and they stated first that they will contact us but however when i follow up he stated they will only pay for the damage,

I believe what they have cost is more than what they are offering all the efforts that we make and the stress we recieve its way more than that

We will not comeback there anymore as we dont feel a bit of concern and sincerity with them.

I bought voucher from groupon for tint with body clay treatment.when I come in their shop to put tint he told me that I bought 30% shade. I read in Groupon that if I want a darker shade I should pay additional 100.and if for ceramic tint additional 200.but they don't have ceramic so I go with the default but darker shade and he only put 40% but he charge me 200 for it.instead of 100.is this the way of scamming people who bought voucher thingking they save much but in fact not.coz you charge more than what it is indicated in Groupon.

Absolutely terrible product and service. They sell you a poor quality colored tint with next to no heat rejection. (I bought their second best product with 40% darkness.) I switched it for a top brand since, and the difference is huge. Please don’t make my mistake and pay twice for tint. I had a good experience with them 4 years ago, but seems the standards have dropped drastically.

That was the summary, here’s my full experience:
1. Bought two groupons for me and my wife’s cars.
2. Called to schedule the appointment (just got a confused “hello”). Managed to book the appointment and asked if they have a waiting room for me and my wife to stay in as they tint our cars. I was told yes.
3. I arrive as per our appointment. No meeting room. They conveniently forgot to tell me it was demolished. No matter.
4. I asked them to walk me through their products because I knew I wanted to upgrade from the basic Groupon offer. They could not explain their products, they just knew the names of the products (which was written on them). They couldn’t describe what I was paying for. (Normally tint shops tell you what tint level and heat rejection you’re getting for each product.)
5. In the end, I was told to go for a 40% tint film (I didn’t want the 50%) “trust me, this is a great film. Just select this one, you will like it. ” I trusted him and paid approximately 200 AED more for the upgrade.
6. I pick up the cars (competed on time) and the windows are FULL OF BUBBLES. I’m told they will go away in 2-3 days, and if not, they will change it for free. I trusted them and drove off.
7.3 days later, both cars windows are still covered in bubbles and the tint was NOT BLOCKING ANY HEAT AT ALL. I complained. Wissam says to me that I have to wait another 3 weeks for the bubbles to fade and denies he told me 2-3 days. He places the blame on his colleague (I don’t remember who told me that information).
8. I tell him I’m unhappy with the performance of the tint, he quickly says “try the 50% tint, you’ll like it”. I ask him to explain the heat rejection difference between the new one he is suggesting and the one I have on the car, and he has no idea. He doesn’t even know whether they are ceramic or not.
9. I explain I’m no longer comfortable and don’t trust them anymore and want a refund.
10. Wissam says he’ll speak to his manager. Its been 3 weeks, I’ve messaged him 2-3 times since and all he says is that the manager will call me when he can.
11. Since then, I went to a top tint brand in UAE. They installed a new film and demonstrate to me how bad the Gtech film is.
12. They also showed me that Gtech DAMAGED 3 OF MY WINDOWS. Luckily the scratches are not in line of sight.

Note: they gave me around 50-100 AED discount when I paid for the upgrade. This is because they ran out of the basic film they were offering on Groupon and were automatically upgrading people to another tint anyway.
Also, Gtech claim to use Armolan but I didn’t see the product myself before installing. Maybe that was my mistake.

What sets business apart, what makes one business, one person special is the nature of interaction. Put aside for a while money, time and effort, and observe as a client how the information is being conveyed, expectations explained then met and most importantly, respect maintained!
Some problems may be there like the need to fix one tint on one window, this is not very usual, but if it ever happened (happened to me) it is replaced and checked NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

I paid 420 for my car internal deep cleaning and was totally disappointed.
I was expecting very good when saw the reviews before delivering my car.

I had given the Car for Window Tinting. They gave back the Car with the windshield filled with scratches. This is due to poor workmanship. When enquired on the same, the reply received is scratches was there previously. I personally clean the car & i never found the scratches before giving to them. Highly Unprofessional work. Not Recommended.

G Tech is professional and reliable company that is using Armolan as their tinting brand. I checked Armolan accross internet and i found out that this is reliable and cost effective product that has no difference in comparison with so called "No. 1 brands".
I paid a visit today to the shop where professionals tinted my Expedition in very short and effective period. I would like to emphesize mr. Gulam who is manager over there. This true gentleman is very educated in film industry and academy awards. His favorite directors are Tarantino, Kietel and Nolan. I must say i enjoyed chatting to him.
Definately i will come back to this shop and it will be my one and only destination for tinting and detailing.

Great service, very professional. Assisted me with windows tinting, lights polishing and clay treatment for my car. All looked great after treatment, I definitely recommend this place.

Took my car for it to be tinted and repaired the damage that was done by previous workshop. The professionalism of these guys is absolutely phenomenal. The have done the work in one hour as advised initially and at a very high quality. Provided advice how to care of it and made the extra effort to ensure i was happy with the job. Overall excellent experience, very clean garage i finally found a garage to trust my car for care. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professionals to take care of their car.

Am really excited with the work done by them.the sales executive Gulam Razul was so friendly and he understands the customer needs and do accordingly, even I got whatsapp updates with pictures of the work. I took my 3 cars for ceramic detail at this great shop. I’m really happy with all the work and service they provided me since day one. I highly recommend them for any detail, wash service you need in your cars. The staff is very friendly and they are very good. 100% happy with their service, also I take all my cars to wash there now as I’m worried about scratches and not losing the ceramic coat due to poor washes from other places.

Honestly, I really appreciate how thorough and detailed the staff are at the shop, and especially the owner Dilip, who took it upon himself to explain every process of their ceramic and tint application. Moreover, I doubt that you'll find the same service in AD for a price as competitive as theirs.

This is the place you should go to for car polish and detailing in Abu Dhabi! Dilip and his team provide a very professional service and really put attention to the smallest detail. I could not praised them enough. They are using the best products for car polish and tinting. I just did full interior and exterior with nano ceramic treatment and my car practically looks like it's just coming out of the dealer showroom. I would definitely come back again.

One of the best tinting services available in Abu Dhabi. Have wide varieties of options to choose from. Groupon voucher applies only for 30% and it suggested to go for 40% with additional amount. Mr. Dilip is very helpful and provides the opt suggestions to choose from. Recommend strongly.

I took my Nissan patrol 2016 which was filthy inside out and when I met Mr. Dilip, he assured me that the car will be taken care of.

After one day, I went to pick up the car and I was ASTONISHED! The car never looked this clean except when I first picked it up from the agency. The entire engine bay, the interior and the exterior was detailed down to the stitches. I was very impressed with the job and will definitely bring my other vehicles to this place.

I used to detail my cars in leadright for more than double the price but to be completely honest, their job wasn’t as good as GTECH.

I’m glad I found this place and definitely recommend it to everyone.

This service center is quite decent, well maintained waiting area, and service is efficient. I want to thank Mr. Dilip for his detailed knowledge advise and prompt in handing over the vehicle in record time. The car is returned nicely washed and cleaned. The service package they offer is good. One stop shop for all your service needs.

The nano ceramic is really good at Gtech. I have done it before to my old black car, it’s been 4 years now and it still shines like new.
Also, I have done recently to my new white car, it gives lovely shine and soft texture. Actually when it rains or I clean the car with water I can see how drops of water slips from car because of the texture that nano ceramic gives to my car.
I highly recommend this service especially to new cars to protect the color of car as well as for the brilliant shine. Above all the price at Gtech is far more affordable than other stores.

Needed to replace the back window tint. Contacted them by whatsapp. Explained the situation and got a good deal. So far everything was great.

Just used their service and it was awesome, it took only 40 mins to tint my truck. Guys were extra friendly and helpful. Overall highly recommend this place.

I had my car tinted at GTech and I was incredibly happy with the service. They were upfront and honest about how darker tint would cost more money and gave me great suggestions. The car is really reflecting heat and not so hot inside anymore. Very happy with the overall service.

Great service and very professional staff. They tell you what grade of tint they will use and give you specs and description for the process of which they will complete the job.
