Absolutely appaling experience: we ordered a table and chairs for an event starting at 12pm. Delivery was scheduled on their side at 9/10am. The items were actually delivered at 2pm, 2 full hours after the event started.
When calling them regarding the issue, they apologized and said they would be back within 24h to settle it, but it's been one week and they're blantatly ignoring our messages and offered no refund or anything.
Items pickup was scheduled at 7pm on the same day, several days after the items are still there.
On top of that they charged higher prices than what's displayed on their website (almost twice the price for some items), and communication was just bad throughout the process.
JUST USE ANOTHER PROVIDER if you need reliability. Thankfully is was not our wedding.

I work at SmartCrowd and Hafla was truly a life savor for us! The team was very professional and helped us manage a side event during the holiday. Special tribute for Eliane who was responsive at all times and accommodated all our requests. Great job!
