I filled the form for an appointment and received a call in an hour although it wa saturday early morning. Wonderful workin facility

Excellent Medical center, from the moment you enter the reception till you leave, outstanding experience, experienced doctors and caring nurses, I have tried plenty of the doctors and non of them fell short to impress me, the pharmacy is a bit slow on my opinion but i would pass. ENT and Gastronomy are best in Abu Dhabi, and this is not just a statement. It is a real experience after suffering for a few months from other hospitals and medical centers. I highly recommend Harley Street Medical Center. Parking is a challenge now, though. Wish everyone to be well and healthy.

Worst medical center ever! I started laser sessions with them since 2018 and the hair still growing! I raised a complaint last week and no one cared! No one called me back! I will never recommend this clinic to anyone and you guys are the worst!

Consistently slow. Arrived 8.30 for appointment and was seen at 9.15. Appointment prior to this was an hour wait. I will go back to Dr Dalida. She is efficient and punctual. Many patients are complaining about the inefficiency of this Dr.

Dr Massimo Cristaldi is absolutely recommended. He was very detailed in handling my case. Glad to have found such a competent doctor in UAE.

Patient's well-being was neglected in favor of their own financial interests and operations. I endured a very distressing ordeal just to obtain some basic blood tests that I required. My doctor is very kind, but the HSMC system management is reprehensible.

Dr. Hady also is awesome in communication and has a very nice friendly approach and care for his patients.

Dr. Ahmed Abdel could do with some improvements on making his patients feel welcomed and safe, rather than making them feel disgusted with themselves or sorry for even addressing him in the first place.

I'm a person that once I had a not so good experience in one place I will never come back and would not recommend it to anyone, but my 4 years as a patient, done a procedure and routine check up would say everything, Dr. Suede is an excellent doctor in her field as an OBGYNE, talking to her of what your concerns is like talking to your best friend.

With Ms. Chinnu's assistance, I only needed to complete one session in the TRV chair, despite the fact that my vertigo was fairly severe and should have required at least three. She was kind and patient with me, telling me to trust the process and that I only needed to endure one session to get better. This was a huge comfort and relief. Ms. Chinnu, thank you.

We did tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy for our 4 year old daughter with Doctor Issam this month.
Doctor is good with kids, gentle, easily found the way to check my daughter who doesnt like hospitals, gets nervous and scared with doctors. Surgery went well, fast and easy, quick recovery, we felt big difference from the same day.

Area of improvement:
Day of Surgery could be more flexible for kids. Surgery scheduled at 9.30 am, we were asked to be in the hospital at 8.00.
At 8.10 we were in the room already, male nurse came to check vitals and asked to change her clothes at that time. My daughter already freaked out from the hospital dress and removed/ broke the braclet. I went to the same nurse to replace the bracelet and said i will put it myself just before the surgery and said we could have waited with changing the clothes, he just ignored as anesthesiologist came at 9.05 with medication.
After the surgery we had to be in the clinic for 3 hours, I asked nurse twice, as well as doctor if we could have the prescription to take needed medicine from the pharmacy, so we take it while waiting to be discharged. That did Not happen. So it was another trip with more waiting in the car at 15.00 afternoon
(I had 6 month old baby with me).

Every time I suffer from pain, I know that Mr. Ahmed Al-Hamidi will provide the appropriate and quick treatment. Thank you, Harley, for having a physical therapist like him.

I took 6 sessions and I advice to those who have back pain disc problems go and try them out. Special thanks to Shahbaz Nawaz.

The worst service, ALWAYS LATE! No matter what time you book your appointment expect to wait even when I book the first appointment I have to wait for the doctor to show up! Like seriously try to manage your time better than this instead of wasting people’s time.

I have Keratoconus which requires a very specific prescription / contact lenses. I went to other eye clinics in Abu Dhabi; however, I was not convinced by any of them. I was relieved to find Harley Street Eye clinic and most importantly Doctor Rindala El Doueihy.
From the first phone call with Dr. Rindala to the delivery of my contact lenses the service provided was exceptional. The expertise level is of the highest standards ensuring I got the best treatment available that fit my needs.
I would highly recommend Harley Street Eye clinic and Dr Rindala for anyone with need for specialised contact lenses (in my case Keratoconus).

I’m very happy that I found this medical Centre, especially I wanna thank Dr. Chawki Mounayer, today is 1 month since I went to my first appointment with him and I dropped 5kg, I had hormonal issues since I was 20 and now I’m 32, it’s my first time to meet such intelligent and professional doctor. I feel better, I’m losing weight, my mood is good, skin getting better. Someone who has hormonal issues will understand what I mean, cause it affects everything! Another thanks to amazing Physiotherapist Daniela, she is the best, always friendly and welcoming, always flexible. Her hands will make you feel alive again ️ Less than 10 sessions and o forgot about neck pain and back pain. Super professional, also important that she has soft and warm aura, you will feel like you are at home? Thanks to Doctor Daniela ️

So expensive that my insurance refused to cover 50% of the cost. Meaning they charge 50% above the average market price. Not sure why, the facilities don't seem that premium. No complaints about the service though. If you're covered with your insurance, it could be a good choice. Not for me unfortunately.

Don't recommend the gastro-clinic from this hospital.
The only thing they do here, is using to the maximum your insurance, making you do lots of procedures, like colonoscopy, gastroscopy, plenty of tests, at the end they can't even put a diagnosis. I did lots of procedures with doctor Ahmed, and he didn't even bother to to make a final diagnosis. They use patients' insurance to the maximum, to get theirs high commissions from there.
Dont go to this clinic, for gastrointestinal disorders, there are better clinics in Abu Dhabi.

Poor practice in this hospital, the staff do not have experience within UAE setting and DoH guidelines, waste of our valuable time and at the end they dont care if they delay you.if you organize the work properly patients will come eventually and you will have better reputation.

Terrible experience with the MRI, my wife got stuck inside and they missed the needle as well and she was screaming in pain and no one is hearing, the calling device was far and she couldn't reach it، ofc they reached after. While

Today, I arrived before my time for Hydrafacial appointment, the moment i entered, and says i have 11 appointment, and the receptionist said, No one called you and say your appointment was cancelled? I was shocked! Obviously i wont come and show up if i dont have an appointment. This is not acceptable at all, my effort, my time to organize to get there was not acceptable. Your apologies was not even enough to cover up my time wasted- i.e getting a nanny to take care of my girls, getting ready and driving for half an hour to get there. The lady in blue in the reception says- the lady that was supposed to call me to cancel my appointment was sick. Totally not acceptable! This was the second time i showed up at my appointment without knowing ita cancelled- the last time was with my physio therapist Daniela. I had my appointment and when i showed up they said Daniela was sick without letting me know - this was sometime October if I remember. Since it happened again- today, i al writing this review and say your apologies wont pay me back my efforts and time. (The added photo was the time i was called the day before my appointment and confirmed it)

Hospital very good but avoid to go to the pharmacy. The girl in the pharmacy it’s not friendly at all and has no idea of selling. She’s didn’t treat good. I will not come back to the pharmacy.

Having worn contact lenses for over twenty years, my eyes had become a constant source of hassle and when I started developing chronic red and extremely dry eyes it was time to consider corrective eye surgery although the prospect of doing the surgery was one that made me apprehensive and one I had avoided for years. No doctor I had visited before ever took the time and effort to explain and fully make me understand what exactly my eyes were going through with prolonged contact lens use, and Dr Walid Haddad charted a long term treatment plan to not only treat the symptoms (as previous doctors had done) but rather address the root cause. Having looked at the different options that were available from Lasik to PRK, Trans-PRK was the preferred course of treatment for my eyes, and when my eyes were healed enough to do the surgery, I scheduled the procedure knowing I was in safe hands. The procedure itself was quick and painless and was over in a matter of minutes and the recovery was much easier than I had expected. Dr Walid Haddad was always available to answer any question I had and I cannot recommend him or his team enough. The results are incredible, my vision is perfect, my symptoms have completely disappeared and I couldn’t be happier. Walking into the Harley Street clinic you are greeted by friendly staff who make every effort to make the visit as comfortable as possible. Dr Walid Haddad and his team are thorough and meticulous and take their time during all eye check up procedures. I am so grateful to Dr Walid Haddad and his team for everything they’ve done for me and I cannot recommend them enough. Doing Lasik / Laser / Trans-PRK with them will be one of the best decisions you ever take. I know it was for me.

I have had treatment at HSMC Physiotherapy Department for ongoing back issues. Daniela is an excellent physiotherapist - the best I've ever encountered. Both the treatment and advice she has given me have helped me enormously to manage my condition. The reception staff are very accommodating and do their best to arrange a schedule that suits the patient's needs. I highly recommend HSMC Physiotherapy Department.

Dr Lubna is highly recommended! Very proffessional, educated, specialized, young, and inspiring physiotherapist, She treated my mother successfully after being on so much pain unable to use her arm for more than three months went to multiple clinics for physio with no hope, but after completing the physiotherapy sessions she almost recovered 90% and following a home exercises for the full recovery. Cannot be more thankful!

I have done my Lasiq procedure three weeks ago and its the best decision I've made, Doctor Walid Haddad is an amazing doctor, he is very patient, takes his time to explain every part of the process, the best of all is he is very involved you get his 100% attention. Also his 21 years of experience made me sure I was in good hands. The procedure was very quick and painless, and I loved the after care how they had all my medicines ready right after so I can just go home and rest. I would also like to shout out Dr. Lukhman he was the first person I met with he had done all my eye checks and made me feel so comfortable, I didn't even feel like it was a hospital.

I was visiting Sanaa Souissi for physiotheraby treatment for my pelvic pain and severe lower back pain since few months for which i admit and witness that she is the best physiotherapist and using new techinique of osteopathy (really innovative treatment) ever. I received first class physiotherapy treatment from Sana Souissi following surgery in the UK to insert a plate and pins into my broken wrist. I was even able to start playing golf again within 3 months of treatment. Sana also successfully treated my frozen shoulder 2 years ago and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Sana, you are the best physiotherapist I have ever used!

Dr. Ahmed is wonderful. If you're having stomach problems, he will take the time to investigate and get to the cause. Very thorough and puts your mind at ease. I highly respect him he also saw my daughter when she was having stomach problems 3 years ago. I can only say great things about him and his lovely nurse Margarita. All the best.

I came to Harley street to get treated for Plantar Fasciitis by physiotherapist Ratish Manickam. Prior to his treatment, I suffered for 2 years (high pain score) and got treated by the "best" according to themselves. Ratish was the only one who worked with me and listened to me. He is highly competent and extremely skilled at what he does. My fasciitis is gone and I did not need to take anti-inflammatory pills with PPIs (yes I was prescribed that for a while by a physician as an easy way out of pain). Extremely happy to have found Ratish who is a proper Healer and now a good friend too.

Just did the TransPRK eye surgery ; whole thing took less than a minute, noticed the difference as soon as finished and no major symptoms.
2 weeks later, my vision is far better than it was before, even with the glasses - Could say it's as perfect as it can be.

This dr that I knew since at least 20 years and who helped my sister to have her sight back. Many drs told her that she might not see anymore. Dr walid helped her and took care of her. Dr walid is so passionate, caring, full of positive energy and knowledge and experience.
He is not a simple doctor, he is a HERO

The physiotherapy department is fantastic. From the point of booking an appointment to the reminder call ahead of the appointment, the process works very smoothly and the team is very friendly and patient. The physiotherapists are very knowledgeable, kind and professional helping the patient to feel at ease while treating, in my case, a frozen shoulder. Faster than I had expected my shoulder is feeling much better, a lot less painful and my mobility is coming back.

My Physiotherapist (Lubnah Darawsheh) is friendly, excellent, professional and trustworthy. I felt this from my first appointment and I came to know that I am in safe hands and would get a good result that I pursued too long without any benefit. She helped me to understand the causes of my problem and what I could do to alleviate the pain. I was shown exercises which fit perfectly into my daily routine and which were quick and targeted the problem exactly. She had great attention to detail, listened to me, and gave me sound care, and advice to strengthen and maintain my knee and back. My knee and back were not progressing with the other physiotherapists and I was about to give up until I went to HSMC and met Lubnah. My knee and back feel better and better every day and I’m just gently progressing my exercises. Thanks HSMC and thanks Lubnah.

I had wonderful experience with Dr Sandhya Vatakkepatt. I have visited many ENTs and Audiologist for my vertigo and got no benefit. Dr Sandy was amazing. She was so patient to answer all my questions and explained everything in a simple way, she was very accurate on her diagnosis and I’ve been following her advice and I see great improvement. She is very friendly and polite. No doubt she is the best Audiologist around. Any one who have vertigo must go to Harley and ask for Dr Sandy.

I had surgery couple days ago-breast augmentation for which dr Moudar Chouker was my anaesthesiologist. He really met my expectations. I wasn’t keen to get GA and he agree to go for sedation and he performed amazing block for me
which worked for 38,5 hours! I was happily shocked! I didn’t need extra pain killers, all was opioid free! I have never imagine to go for such a surgery and have almost two days after without any pain! Later pain score was like 3/10 and relieved after small dose of pain killers

This is my post 2 week internship review.

Id like to first start by giving a big thank you to Harley Street for giving me this opportunity. My experience here was very professional. I got the chance to rotate in triaging, the operating room with urology, cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, anesthesiology and physiotherapy.

The level of professionalism was unmatched and the doctors impressed me with their intellect especially Dr Charbel Faraj, Professor Stefan Schumacher, Dr Moudar Choucker and Mr Ratish Manickam

My favorite rotation was in ophthalmology as i made friends with Dr Charbel Faraj and Joy Nacouzi who taught me so much about such a small organ, so shoutout to them both.

Im beyond grateful and recommend whoever might be interested in interning here to go for it.

I had my eyes laser surgery two weeks ago. One of the best experience I had with doctors in my life. Thanks so much to Doctor Walid Haddad for the wonderful care and attention. A big thank you also to all the staff members that took a really good care of me. The laser surgery is totally unpainfull and after two weeks I already see perfectly. So happy with the results!

Had my Ear surgery with Dr Rabih a couple of weeks ago. The best doctor and the team that I’ve ever met. Very professional and honest assessment during consultation. The surgery felt easy although my case was complicated and long.post surgery treatment and care was excellent. Moreover the result is amazing.

I met Dr. Walid and Dr. Rindala in January with severe dry eyes and other eye issues hoping I could do the non touch lasik eye surgery, but Dr. Walid said we had to wait and do some treatments to prep my eyes for the surgery.my eyes felt significantly better after two months then he finally gave me the go ahead for the surgery. The entire process was quick and painless, I’m surprised that my recovery had almost no discomfort! I’m one week into the surgery and my vision is amazing, I’ve never seen this clear before and it’s only gonna get better! I am so happy with the result and wish I had done it 10 years ago, it is life changing. Dr. Walid and Dr. Rindala are very experienced and professional yet very personal, if you want perfect vision that you’ve never had before, go see them! I highly recommend them:)

This was my second time receiving knee surgery in 18 months, but my first time with regional anesthetic instead of general. I was extremely nervous. Dr. Moudar was very thorough during our pre-op appointment, and he answered all of my questions. On surgery day, I was extremely anxious before the surgery, and Dr. Moudar made sure I received some anti-anxiety medication before I went to the operating room. Once there, I remember him walking into the room with a bright, welcoming smile on his face and beginning the procedure of the ultrasound-guided nerve block. To be honest, I was soon asleep and waking up in the recovery room. I remember virtually nothing about my surgery, which is exactly how I wanted it. I did not want to be awake during that event. I do remember Dr. Moudar, again with his wonderful smile, visiting me in the recovery room. Now, a day and a half post-op, I'm doing well. Pain is minimal, and I am working on walking without crutches, which were necessary as immediately after surgery I could not feel my foot. In fact, I could feel no pain in my knee at all. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Moudar, especially if you are considering something other than general anesthesia. He is wonderfully caring and extremely patient in answering all of your questions, as well as very good at his job! Thank you, Dr. Moudar!

Dr. Amjad has operated on both of my knees. He is wonderful! I had no hesitation coming back to have my second knee operation with him. My recovery from the first surgery was quick, as I am hoping the second will be! Thank you so much, Dr. Amjad!

Dr Amjad Moreden recently operated to remove a lump of swollen tissue from my elbow. He made a very small incision and stitched up under the skin which has made recovery quick and comfortable. At Harley Street I have also had a nose operation which made a huge difference to my breathing and had expert help with cholesterol and blood pressure from Dr Manal Adly and Dr Sami Cherry. This centre was recommended to me and I unhesitatingly recommend them to you because they are simply the best medical service I have ever seen and all the staff are polite, friendly and efficient.

I went in several times for different reasons (stomach issues and neck muscle strain) and each time the staff were courteous and professional. The wait was minimal and the environment was clean and very exquisite. I ultimately, required physiotherapy and my Physiotherapist Tasneem was the absolute best. She was pleasant, patient and very efficient in the execution of her skill. Overall, It was a good experience given the pandemic and being ill. Highly Recommended.

I saw Dr. Emna, Pulmonary Diseases & Sleep Disorders Specialist at Harley Street for asthma and allergy testing. She is professional and friendly. She answered and explained very well every question I asked and I must say I'm a satisfied patient. I highly recommend you to visit her if you are having symptoms of asthma or if you want to check if you're allergic to something.

I am much grateful for my therapist Tasneem for her amazing high level of professional treatment she has given me over the past couple of months, after I hurt my hip. I was in great pain, compromised mobility and discomfort when I was referred to the physiotherapy by an orthopedic doctor. During the first session, Tasneem took her time to examine my hip and spine and to assess my condition before reaching her own diagnosis and before drawing a plan for my treatment suggesting different techniques to cure the inflammation of the hip joint and repair my back muscles and help me regain the natural mobility.

I am familiar with injuries and physiotherapy timely treatments. I felt big improvements immediately within the first couple of sessions and my condition kept improving during the whole treatment period. Each treatment was unique to my condition and I have never felt better. Exercise suggestions from Tasneem was of great help. I'm back swimming and exercising normally; my posture and mobility back to normal. I am very satisfied

I have been using Harley’s services for a year now with three different injuries in my knee (posterior and medial meniscus tear) and (IT band injury) and they helped me heal those injury.

We got to get treated by Dirk Laubscher due to a recommendation that he is the best physiotherapist in Abu Dhabi.
After my son has been treated by Dirk I can open heartedly admit that, indeed, this is the truth.
Dirk is a very professional physiotherapist who knows how to deal with both adults and children and always finds the right strategy in order to treat injuries.
We went to see him due to a pain in my son’s knee and from there he helped him to improve his posture and legs movement by increasing the functionality of the foot.
His area of expertise seems to be wide and various.
Dirk is always ready to help and does that to the highest standards I’ve been encountered in the medical field.

I have visited many doctors all around UAE because of continuous abdominal pain and all of them kept prescribing lab test and medications without even discussing my case or getting a resolution. Dr. Ahmed spotted the diagnosis and ellhamdellah treated accordingly.

I had some bad back pain issue and decided to try HSMC. The doctor prescribed me 10 sessions with physical therapist Tasneem Zaki. She was excellent and was able to solve my issues.
