Healthplus Family Clinic Al Bandar is the best clinic I have ever been. The staffs are very friendly and kind!

I've been visiting here for 3 years now and I always forget to leave a review to specially thank my doctor in Obgyn, Dr. Neha.

She never fails me ever since. She's been a great help for me overall. She made me feel comfortable to talk openly around her and with her assistant - and it's very rare to find like her from other hospitals/clinics.

She's very knowledgeable, very professional, and very patient to explain everything to me when I have concerns/questions. It is not like she will answer you for the sake of answering you. You will feel her genuineness towards her clients to make them feel safe and being taken care of.

Because of this, I have only been getting appointments for other specialized doctors in Healthplus.

I would highly recommend Healthplus and Dr. Neha for Obgyn.

I have been visiting Dr Neha at health plus albandar for my pregnancy. Dr Neha is the kind of doctor who you can completely trust, she is to the point and explains everything in detail. She makes you feel relaxed during the check ups. I had a emergency c section, my baby's heart beat had dropped during a routine checkup at healthplus, as the delivery couldn't be done in the clinic I went to Danat hospital immediately. Dr Neha arrived immediately behind me and ensured the whole team in Danat acted urgent. The moment I saw her pushing the whole team to act fast I knew she would be doing everything in her power to keep my baby safe.
Dr Neha is extremely passionate about her work, I have seen very few people so dedicated to their work.
The nurses and the receptionist at the clinic are very kind and polite.

I went to health plus for some assistance and I’m afraid to report that the care and customer service is greatly lacking. I’ll call you tomorrow really means never. The doctor will read your X-rays and schedule an appointment actually means goodbye.
Healthplus mission and vision proudly displayed on the walls is just not true.

Appointments always cancelled, even when you get one expect to wait for 45 minutes to see the doctor. Doctors are good, but getting to them is the issue.

Horrible & Inhuman Clinic. Went to see GP Dr. Tahira with my wife who was extremely unwell. By mistake the appointment was booked for the next day by us. Dr.came out and notices my unwell wife and says I’ve two patients and end my shift in 30mins.
When did Doctors forget their oath of helping people?

The gentleman at the Clinic “Sherif Magdy” goes the extra mile to assist and solve any medical insurance issues. Thank you Sherif!

Great dentist experience with Dr Sali & Dr Batoul, as well as the receptionists Sabrina and Michel.

I don’t think there is any other clinic in the UAE that beats HealthPlus. The staff are very caring, cooperative, supportive and amazingly helpful. Dr. Neha, Obgyn is the best decision we have made to consult. She is very patient, takes time to sit and clear all our concerns and goes an extra step on following up with us regularly when there is a medical concern. Ms. Krizza, the nurse is amazing. She’s the sweetest. Would strongly recommend HealthPlus and Dr. Neha.

The clinical doctors are very kind and explains all details. This is our family clinic. We visit Sally, Neha, Radia and dental hygienist. Nurses are very supportive and helpful. Hygiene is very good. The clinic is small and easy reachability. I would equally give good rating for doctors and nurses. The receptionists are good.

Very good first visit to this clinic for dental care. Welcoming reception, clean modern clinic and warm and professional atmosphere. Friendly service from all including Julie Michelle, Raymond and Dr Radia.

The Filipina receptionist with the short hair on the front desk is very rude, and so disrespectful.she has to learn how to be a customer service she has an attitude.

Got my PCR test done there 2 days ago, it was never uploaded to Al Hosn. 2 emails with no reply, 2 phone calls and a visit there didn’t help.

Having tried a few clinics in Abu Dhabi, this one is by far the best. Rarely have to wait, all the staff are brilliant and they have great doctors, especially Dr Khokar. Also helps that it is in a beautiful location with some good coffee shops next-door!

No experience dentist named batol, after 20 min trying to remove my Wisdom tooth she said you need to see another doctor and left me in pain
Just she want to leave her duty early because it was Eid, unprofessional and have no idea about her job

I enjoy having one contact point for many different services. We take our kids here too to see general practitioners, see the dentist and oral hygienist, and there are obstetrics and gynaecology services among others.

Making bookings online are easy and the staff are always courteous. My concerns have always been addressed appropriately.

Receptionist Genelyn has been always so kind and accommodating. She gives clear directions and helps the best that she can thats why we’re always happy to see her whenever she’s working in Al Bandar.

Worst customer service ever seen expect the receptionist she tried to help me and also the ladies in call center.when you ask about manager not available and no follow up.i explain that my alhosn is not showing the 2 pcr test done in this clinique no body care about my concern and the IT department it s special department that they want to even to give answer to their collogues in other plants behind the relaxing chairs. I made an online appointment and came to find that they don’t take online appointments! And the customer service do answer the calls by they also hang up without taking any action

Receptionist was very rude and disinterested, asked for me ID twice despite me handing it to her. If she had some manners and actually looked at you when talking she would have noticed I had already passed it to her. Waiting 30 minutes before she took any information only to be told that my insurance wasn’t valid.

It was a great experience from the first call with Mr. Mohamed Nabil at the family clinic in Al Bandar. He took the time to listen to what we r looking for and adviced us to see Dr. Holio and booking us for our appointments right away on the same day.

I visited Health plus and it was a wonderful facility big start Doctors and professional staff received me a very kind staff called Ms jolu i felt I’m in home she is very kind and got a help Mr. Shiref Magdy he really give me a great experience I never got it before I visited a lot of hospitals instead UAE and outside but the service which I received through Shrife was great i felt like I’m with my brother not a staff doing his job he served me from heart he mad my visit very easy and fast i felt like I’m royal patient I recommend him to all my family and gives them his number thanks Health plus to have such staff like him I’m calling him even in night he answered always with sweet way thank you from my heart to change the feeling of fear from Hospitals now I love to come Health plus because of him

Such a bad experience with the most poor customer service the Doctors were good but the front desk are so unhelpful and rude, I ask them that my appointment is late they said sorry the doctor is busy, WOw so disappointing
