Waste of time and total disrespect for the patients, like many other people noted here they'll routinely keep you waiting over 1 hour past your scheduled appointment time.

Worst experience ever First of all, my stimulation was with Dr. Wael Madkour, the dose of medication was selected incorrectly, and from 25 follicles he managed to take only 8 mature oocytes and kept insisting that the rest of the follicles were empty. When I asked him why this happened, he just said it was because of my age and eggs quality. BTW my age at that time was early 39 with AMH 5.6 (NO PCOS), and "empty" follicles have nothing to do with the age. In addition, all my fertilized oocytes reached day 5 with a good grade (5AB and 4AB). I did my second round in Europe after two months, with a completely different protocol, and I got an amazing result, that cannot compare even to what I got from Dr Wael. In addition, after the eggs collection, nurses gave me only 30 minutes rest (after narcosis!), they came to me, asked me to dress up, and go down to sit in the waiting area, it was so ridiculous. Even Dr was surprised when he saw me 30 min after the procedure. Another story is a Genetic Test (PGT). They have an in-house lab, and when I requested them to provide Graphics profiles they refused, referring to Internal Policy, also for two embryos no gender was identified, gain, I asked them why, and they said that two embryos were complex and abnormal so they decided to do not identify gender. This is incorrect information because all this is a parallel process and is automatically detected by the program. So my guess, is that it was an issue with the biopsy sample so they couldn't perform the chromosomal test correctly. As proof, in my second round, all my embryos passed PGT, and the test was done in a very well-known and reputable Lab (Igenomix). Another issue is the Admin department, I requested from them an Agreement copy 3 months back, and till now nothing, a single response to our email.

Be prepared to stay hours and hours after your scheduled appointment slot. Second appointment and it’s again over an hour beyond my time and no heads up on the delay as well.

I would like to commend the staff named Bindhu Alex for her great assistance. She is very friendly and kind. And also to Dr. Sumi Thomas who is very accommodating and a highly recommended reproductive medicine specialist. She answered most of my queries. But most importantly they are very knowledgable and go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable.

Not committing to their time schedule. I drived 3 hrs for appointment at 2: 30 I arrived 2: 20 and now is 3: 20 and still we are waiting for the doctor until now. Last time we spent 90 mins to see the doctor even after pre-booked appointment. No respect for the patient. Unqualified doctors and nurses. Always very loud chitchats from the nurses as if you are in cafeteria.

Dr. Eshrak Alattar, best OG and a doctor I've ever met. Along my pregnancy journey, she took very good care of me not only as a doctor but also as a family member. Her level of caring, treating and motivation is exceptional and consistent from beginning until now. I recently had Sugery with Dr. Eshrak Alattar. I was very nervous bcoz it was my first surgery ever in my life. Before surgery she said "We're your family now, we will be taking very good care of you, Don't worry and relax". I feel so relax, secure and peace of mind as if I saw my family. Thank you so much Dr. Eshrak Alattar & team for the successful surgery and taking good care of me all the time. Also special shout out to the nurse who took care of me while I was in recovery. Thank you Reena Matthew, she was very kind, polite and cheering me so that I won't feel alone.
I will definitely recommend Dr. Eshrak Alattar (Specialist Obstetric Gynocolgy) as she is the exceptional and the best in what she do.

الادارة فاشله جدا ما انصح فيه ابدا سرت لهم ع اساس عندي موعد مع الدكتور وليد و ما اتصلوا فيني ان الدكتور مب موجود و لما قلت لهم انه محد اتصل لي و خبرني و انا يايه من العين الموظفه اللي بالاستقبال قالت لانج اول مره غيرج عنده عمليات و تكنسلت و تمت ترد باسلوب وقح كان المفترض ع الاقل تقول اسفين ما تواصلنا معاكم و كذا لكن كان ردهم بهالاسلوب الوقح اتمنى انهم. يعلمون موظفينهم فن التعامل مع الاخرين

Best patient service I have ever received they take care of all patients Thank you for the fruit and I had no delay

The worst experience! As per my experience through the several visits which I had with this center, the doctors are good, however, there is a huge lack of follow-up and actually there is no follow up with patient from the clinic or nurse for appointment or insurance or results, they never answer to the patient query properly, call center not cooperative. I called more than 10 times for my results but finally they send email without attachment. This is my real experience in this center which was not satisfying at all, and I hope they can improve it.

I would like to say words of gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Ghada. She is a professional in her field with rich international experience. She made our dream come true - Dr. Ghada is a Fairy. The treatment was easy, fast and clear, without unnecessary worries. Thanks again.

فشل ذريع في احترام اوقات ومواعيد المرضى والمراجعين
لا احترام ولا ذوق في المواعيد، ٤ مواعيد تم تاجيلها قبل نصف يوم من الموعد بدون اي سبب منطقي وبدون اعتذار (عدم احترام).
فعلا هي اشياء لا تشترى (الاحترام)

ادارة الوقت عندهم سيئة. يحجزون مواعيد كل ربع ساعه والدكتور ياخذ ٣٠-٤٠ دقيقه مع المريض. يت على الموعد ساعه ٥ وطلع صاحبك موعد ٣ بعدها مادخلت وجدامي مراجعين على مواعيد. مايصير هذا الكلام الناس عندهم التزامات مايصير اخذ هالعدد اذا حرفيا غير قادرين على المواكبة. هذا بعدني ما جربت الخدمة

They do not respect appointments, and in order to enter quickly, you must bring your mother and enter the doctor without respect for the appointment or the patients!

فعلا السنتر ممتاز كتير كان في زحمة علي injection room و Shereen ساعدت كتير كانت بتنظم الدور والامور كلها طيبة

احد الاسباب تجنب هذا العيادة هي عدم احترام وقت المواعيد. لازم تفضى نفسك اقل حاجة اكثر من ساعتين للرؤية الدكتور في حالة عندك موعد. وليس عندهم مشكلة اذا انتظرت و اشتكيت في الاستقبال بخصوص عندك موعد انك تطلع زعلان بدون ما تقابل الدكتور. كنت اراجع العيادة قبل خمس سنوات و مازال الحين نفس المشكلة

انا سويت عملية اطفال انابيب في مركز هيلث بلس في مدينة جده وفشلت وملاحظاتي
اول شي الدكتور الدخول عليه ب ٥٠٠ ريال بس جلسه ويسال وش تبون انابيب ولا وش وطقطقه يعني ٥٠٠ ريال على ايش مافي كشف ولا شي بس تبغون انابيب تعالوا ثاني يوم في الدوره وال ٥٠٠ على ايش ماندري
الشي الثاني دفعنا مبلغ 14 ألف ريال يشمل السحب والارجاع والعلاجات والابر اشتريها انا ماقلنا شي بس صار عند الزوجه فرط نشاط المبايض والسبب زيادة الجرعات والزوجه صار عندها مويات في البطن بغت تموت بسببهم والجرعات المنسقات هم اللي ينقصونها ويزودونها ماعندهم اي خبره في الطب نسال وين الدكتور والله الدكتور مشغول ولا ما داوم اليوم واخر شي بغت تموت الزوجه من فرط نشاط المبيض بعدين قالوا خلاص مايصير نرجع الاجنه لازم بعدين جينا بعد شهرين قال لازم تدفع خمسة الاف زياده حق ارجاع الاجنه قلت انا دفعت 14 ألف حق السحب والارجاع قالوا لا هذي انتهت لازم حق الارجاع عشان هذي دوره ثانيه طيب انتم مزودين جرعة التنشيط وصار فرط نشاط المبيض وتعبت الزوجه بسببكم قالوا نرجع لك ٥٠٠ من 14 ألف بس ناخذ خمسة الاف الان يعني عندهم الماده اهم شي الفلوس ادفع ادفع وعندك ابرة الحمل الامبوله الوحده اشتريها ب ٣٠ ريال وتدقها الممرضه ب ٥٠ ريال يعني اغلى من العلاج نفسه رحت بعدين ادقها في مستوصف ب ٥ ريال بس وعندهم طق الابره ب ٥٠ ريال الشي الثاني مايعلمك درجة الاجنه من اي درجه ولا شي بس جانا الدكتور ثواني ومشى انا عندي مرضى وعندي عمليات طيب حنا دافعين فلوس ودفعنا ٥٠٠ ريال زياده يقول نحط ماده تساعد الجنين ع الالتصاق بالرحم واخر شي عمليه فاشله وفلوس اكثر من ثلاثين الف عندهم غير اني من برا جده وايجارات فنادق قلت باجرب مركزهم طلع همهم فلوس بس المريض مايقابله ولا يشرحون بس روح للمنسقات ولا ادفع فلوس نصيحه روحوا سمير عباس والله افضل واسعار معقوله المركز هذا هدفه فلوس بس

This was my first visit, I came to see Dr. Eshrak I came on time for my appointment at 3: 30 the receptionist said only one patient is in, after that its my turn. I waited they call in another patient and I didn’t say anything. The 3rd time they called another patient and I see the receptionist she’s telling the nurse not to call the patient so that I don’t get mad. They know they are wrong but don’t want to admit! Anyways I left cause its unprofessional to wait 45 minutes. When I left the nurse called to tell me that i’m NEXT! Like wth why next its my turn. And she was like we’ll take your bp I told her i don’t want as of now my bp is high because of you I want to see the doctor! She said you need to wait I told her i don’t want then she was like “upto you! ” Seriously this is how you (professionally) talk to your patients! This is the first and last time I come to this unprofessional and unorganised clinic!

Very courteous and professional staff right from the reception to the doctors.kudos! I felt the hospitality and welcome, pleasant experience I had today. Thanks.

One reason to avoid this clinic (patients not their centered attention) receptionist wont transfer calls to any dr clinic unless they send request where no one cares to call u back! I met many doctors here & overseas who are caring and willing to give time and attention for their patients but not in this clinic

Albeit it's been almost four years since we had been regularly visiting this center for fertility treatment, for couple of months we had a wonderful and successful experience, and thanks god from the first trial. Doctors are professional and most-importantly, they are not money-oriented. The receptions lady provided us discounted package of treatment. Doctor Mohamed Ahmed is surgeries expert who exceeded every expectation with his performance. Of-course, Dr. Walid and others are also all the best. This center is using the most advanced technologies in the world.have the best trained professionals in this industry. I strongly recommend them for difficult situations i.e. ICSI rather than wasting time, efforts and money in another country. Special thanks to everyone in Health Plus and I hope you reach to be a globally known center to help & support the desperate people who have been deprived from the most invaluable thing in the life. As long as, fortunately many people are able to pay you, please always consider that some others are suffering and you are in place to help and make their dreams come true and everything will be paid off later in somehow.

Free initial consultation only in Dubai branch, not Abu Dhabi without any flexibility because "that's our policy". All other IVF clinics offer this due to the massive amounts one is expected to spend in these procedures. Frustrating that you can't even go beyond 1 phone call and discuss it with someone with more decision power. Great way to keep potential patients away. Thankfully there's plenty of competition.

Waitin time is 4 hours unless you are friend or family to the receptionists, who look down to you and dont respect us at all.when you try to make complain the operation manager said he will investigate and get back to you but he never call back, or answer the phone?

Worst experience ever, you don’t need to take an appointment, because with having an appointment, the waiting time is around 2 hour, and without appointment, the waiting time is around 4 hour, these people don’t respect the time and not professional at all. Not enough parking area. The staff are rude, they look down at you, even though we are Emirati people, I thought its because that, but they don’t respect other nationality either.
Dr.walid, we heard about him, we took 4 appointment with him, each appointment took us 2 hours waiting, if your appointment at 1pm, you will meet him at 3pm, and guess what? No results, only time and money consuming.
These people not looking for helping you.they only care about the money.
I find myself obligated to share my experience to you.so you won’t fall in the same trap.

The clinic of Dr.walid was good at first, but now the receptionists are so arrogant, don't treat ppl equally but according to the nationality, and to be honest for 2 years now, no success, only money taking.on the search for a clinic that have real success and respect all nationalities.
WAITING TIME is min, 3 to 6 hrs.

I visited several IVF clinics in my home country Abu Dhabi. And then a support group on IVF that has patients highly recommended HealthPlus Fertility. Met Dr Walid. He is very down to earth and explained to me the procedure and everything and today i am proud to be a mother of twin babies
