I went to see Dr. Ashraf, whom I consider the greatest physician in the area. His work, treatments, and advice are precise, his patients look gorgeous and natural, and the skin-care routine that he suggests is easy to follow and produces excellent results.
I have faith in him and his choice Additionally, the quality of his treatment and work are perfect.

Overall treatment is very good. The services were very good! The staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. I love how Doctor Abduljaleel and Doctor Maki (Cardiologists) explain the procedures of the treatment. Very clear eventhough I have limited knowledge on medical. Also, Dr. Dhari (Urologist) was very good! He explained his diagnosis very clear. You can feel his care towards my dad (patient). Thanks to the staff and doctors who are very friendly and assisted us till we’re done with all the treatments for my dad.

I want to say my heartiest Thank you to Dr Basha, an angel to all the diabetic patients.i was first so resistant towards the new medicine she recommended for my type 2 diabetes but after trusting her and taking the medicine i got to be her FAN.because the medicine was very effective. She got great knowledge in her feild and she educates the patient as well. Which hardly i have seen here in the hospitals. Medicine are given by all the doctors but educating the patients along with medicine is only done who loves their job and lovehumans. Requesting management to raise morale/appreciate with regards to my reviews to the Doctor. Thnx

I am so much grateful to Dr. Ahmed Alzubaydi for performing my laparascopic operation one week ago, when we heard about operation we immediately think about the expertise of the doctor who will do the operation but I really thanks God with Dr. Ahmed's expertise I feel comfortable, relax and most of all he valued his patients too much before, during and after the procedure.
The laparascopic procedure was very smooth, 3 hours after I was able to smile, laugh and talk to my friends as if nothing happened.
Thanks also to the nurse of Dr. Ahmed for being kind, humble and hospitable and to all staff of Heart Beat Medical Center who are respectful and accommodate the patients well.
So, for those who have issues on gallbladder based on my own experience I will highly recommend Dr. Ahmed Alzubaydi because everything will be fine with him.

How I wish that Heart Beat Medcal Center will have their own facility for any one day surgery operation.

The standards and patient care has deteriorated from my last visit. Not going back again that's for sure.

Just had the surgery by Dr. Ahmed Alzubaydi three days ago, it's my very first surgery in my life so far, worried earlier but I didn't feel any pain and recover well, thank you very much Dr. Ahmed Alzubaydi, and all the Nurses and staff in the heart beat medical center are very kind, highly appreciated.

Its a great experience with dermatology department especially Dr. Ashraf, Dr. Suna and Precilla the nurse, all of them are very professional and I highly recommend them, you will find a care from the heart

من افضل المراكز الطبيه ب ابوظبي ،،،صارلي تقريبا سنتين عند الدكتور اشرف عز الدين وهو من اشطر الدكاتره الجلديه صراحه لانه بشرتي ما تحسنت غير على ايده. و عملت عندهم فيلر عجبني انه مو اوفر و ببين طبيعي على الوجه

Great experience with my dental treatment/procedure. Dr. Smitha is very patient-friendly and professional. Staff (receptionists, and nurses) was great, too. I am very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

I went to see doctor abdul jalil and he refused to see me because my temperature was 37.7 which is normal for me, and they offer me to see a gp doctor instead! What an ethic! For him it’s fine to see the other doctor with this temperature!
They just waste my time

I cannot even rate it because of there behaviour they treated me like pupet 1st there system was not working (only General Physicians). After 2 hours it begain to work then went to doc he made prescription. Now come to pharmacy there i came to know that pharmacy is not covered in my card.ok. After that they didn't had stock of prescription and ask me to give email we will sent it tomorrow so i shoutd and said i m ill and will wait till tomorrow (so nice of them). The receptionist boy and lady told me to go upstairs there is other doc who will give you prescription they didn't even help me in anything.

I came for this hospital following dr. MuntherAl Nashea as he was my Dr in the previous hospital. He as always a human, a Dr.and very caring, as always he knows how to detect causes and treat us from bones problems.it was my first visit to heart beat medical center, receptionist, nurses were all nice and very fast.we like the cleanliness, the smell was amazing.so good mood for a clinic to relax and wait your turn.please stay good.we discovered great array of doctors too and we decided to make it our go to clinic for regular check ups and God forbid sickness. Thanks

I met dr Smitha (dentist) she is one of the best dentist’s I’ve ever been so kind a good listener and does always what’s best for you she doesn’t rush into RCT treatments unless it’s really necessary thankfully one of my tooth that was previously decided by another dentist as a RCT and she saved it without RCT Iam so thankful for her.

Dr. Smitha is probably the best Dentist I’ve ever had so far. She did RCT, crown, and a few fillings. I love her attention to detail and how she’s very meticulous with her work. She always made sure I’m comfortable and happy with the procedure she’s done on me. And her hands are light you can barely feel anything.

By the time I visit Dr. Kumar in Heartbeat Medical center i told myself if he will use a machine on my knee that’s enough and I will not do other exercises I had experienced in the previous center I went for Theraphy. But i was wrong, he really met my expectation of what it meant to be a professional Physiotheraphy…doing it by hand. My stiff knee improved significantly even after my 1st Physiotheraphy I was able to bend my knee and walk properly without hesitation. After 5days I was able to go back to what I really love to do cycling️. With this I am very grateful and satisfied on how Dr. Kumar handle and care for his patients. Keep it up Dr. Kumar and continue to be a blessing to many

It was a very good experience with Heart Beat Medical Center & One Day Surgery Abu Dhabi. Dr. MOHAMMED KHALIL ALDAHIRI is a wonderful Specialist Urologist. He’s very understanding and listens to our concerns with a kind and friendly approach. I was treated by Dr Smitha for issues with previously placed crowns (done elsewhere). She is a through professional, meticulous & patient centered. The session went smoothly & results have been very satisfying.

Dr Saadeddine Mneimne has just moved to Heart Beat Medical Center and he is an amazing pediatrician who has been taking care of my kids for years now. I visited Dr. Firas (Ortho) since I had four problems in my joints and back. I was more than happy to find this professional doctor. He spent nearly an hour to diagnose my problems and explain my problems in details. He gave me all required advice and treatment course including Physio. I have visited many other doctors in other well known hospitals in abu dhabi but I didnt find the same professional and friendly approach he offered. I encourge everyone to visit him incase you have any ortho problems. Thank you Dr. Firas

You get quickly attended upon entry. Friendly staff. My dentist Dr Smitha is very professional and takes time to listen to your matters. Nurses and assistants are good and fast.

I am fortunate to have been introduced to Dra. Smitha. I have been in auh for 6 years and have visited several dental clinics (including famous one’s) and it was only Dra. Smitha who was able to make the correct diagnosis and offer a proper assessment and treatment plan. She is incredibly professional and passionate about her work and it reflects tremendously. I have had infected root canals done previously by other professionals— and now Im more than grateful to have acquired dra. Smitha’s services! Been recommending her clinic to my friends and colleague’s! Teeth is everything!

I would like to commend my dentist, Dr. Smitha, who helped every step of the way in fixing my teeth problems. Despite my natural tension whenever I go to a dentist, Dr. Smitha is calm who makes you feel relaxed as she works on you.
I guess one of the factors I would want to keep coming back to a doctor apart from being good at what he/she does, is when I feel sincerity and has that personal touch with her patients. Added to that, she is a warm person, that my sessions with her are more like fun.
Work-wise, she is very competent, professional and a reliable dentist. I would definitely go back to Heart Beat, and will likely recommend Dr. Smitha to others I know who would ask for a dentist.
The Heart Beat staff and nurses here are also great and professional. Keep up the good work!
If there is something that may need improvement, I hope you will allot more parking spaces nearby and have good valet service.

من اسوء العيادات الي راجعتها للامانه ، كنت مراجع عندهم يأخذون فحص دوم وصور وبالاخير يقولون انت تمام بس مانعرف شو فيك ، يعني مايعطونك نتيجة الفحص ولا يعرفون هم النتيجه
