Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island

Super noisy at the weekend due to the pool parties and I order the room with a pool view as a beneficial one:). I was not able to sleep till 2 am. The sound isolation is not there at all. The hotel is nice overall, but watch out the pool view

Recently stayed at Hilton Yas Island during the UFC 294 event. I must say this is by far the best Hilton hotel I have stayed at, amazing hotel, pools, spa and exec lounge. Location is excellent.

I would like to say a big thanks to Nina and Jasmine for both going above and beyond to make our stay special. Especially for arranging a cake for my daughter's birthday.

Both are an absolute credit to the Hilton team. We hope to stay again in the near future!

Was there business reasons. Great hotel with all necessary services and facilities. Close by the waterfront which makes for nice views when on the balconies. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check out ran very smoothly. Rooms are spacious, and foreseen of all the necessary amenities. Very recommendable hotel considering all and it is very close to the formula 1 track. Actually it is only a small walk away from the hotel.

Situated in the yas Island this hotel is beautiful in its own way. The kids pool & the beach are big. We spent a lot of time enjoying in the water.

I arrived at the Hilton valet by mistake on December 28,2021 and Hidayat "the valet attendant" tricked me into paying for the VIP valet citing that my restaurant which was outside of the hotel was closer to Hilton than the restaurant parking which was incorrect as i discovered when i was walking.
Upset, i told him that i refuse to pay based on principle and he shrugged his shoulders, smiled and told me to complain to management.
Ahmed keshk "the duty manager" told me that there was nothing he could do and that i had no right not pay even if i was tricked and that if i didn't want to pay i am free to call the police to get my car. Mind you, i am a lady and this was in the evening and he is asking me to call the police.when i told him that this is unacceptable and i will complain to the Hilton management he also smiled and told me to go ahead.
I know this is not the standard of the Hilton staff that are trained professionals on courtesy and how to deal with customers, but i was lied to, told to call the police and left feeling unjust.

There is no access to the beach from the hotel. The picture I have posted is the view towards the sea from the hotel pool. The man made beach front shown as the MAIN picture on the Hilton website is not actually part of the hotel. I find the picture very misleading. The hotel grounds only include the pool area behind.

If you want a hotel with a city centre or built up feel this would be ok, but it is not a beach front hotel like their picture suggests.

If you go out the hotel, you can pay the other company for access to the beach, but it is a ‘club’ beach and families are not allowed and it is expensive.

We stayed for New Year’s Eve. On new year, despite covid, they had a huge gala dinner for locals. This took over the area where they normal serve guest their dinner. We were half board but we’re not allowed in the gala (unless we paid hundreds of dollars extra each) - they told us to go and eat in the pool bar which does not do proper meals. They even only included a sub set of the bar menu, badly printed as an afterthought and with only the cheapest salads and a few sandwich’s. Hardly a proper meal. Initially they told us to sit in a small area off to the side and in the dark too all the other tables were reserved for parties. I complained and all they could offer us was some food off the room service menu.

It was a really terrible way to get treated at new year after paying thousands for a half board stay. We and all the other half board guest couldn’t believe how we were treated.

The kids club is like nursery really and would suit kids aged 1-5, but only 4-10 year olds can use it. No kid over 5 would be interested for more than 10 minutes. It looks like a nursery class room: - (

Hotel itself is a fairly modern look and not very inviting.

There are much better hotels with proper beach fronts. I wouldn’t choose this one again and the pic on the Hilton website of the beach is so misleading.

Great hotel but lack of staffs
Due to peak check in time, there's only two counter open, without proper queue.took 30 min to finish check in while other place it only take 5-10 min max.
Also the queue for getting the part tickets from the concierge, it took forever.
The hotel is a beautiful hotel, with nice, bring and comfortable. Great kids club, nice pool area.
Very nice breakfast but you need to be as early as possible, or else the queue will be extremely painful.overall it was a pleasant stay and definitely one of the best hotel in the yas island area

Great hotel with very nice rooms and service! We lived there for three nights with 2 adults and 2 kids. They gave us two rooms. The hotel is based on the waterfront promenade which is very nice.

Front office is disaster, no costumer service skills and staff very rude and slow. I was served by mustafa from the front office and he was talking in a very rude way he is not suitable to work in these kind of jobs

They advised me to cancel my reservation for a restriction related to COVID, then they charged me in full, and every call or email is answered by a different staff.
Very disappointing to see such a brand slide to these low levels.

The reception service is very bad and it was a terrible experience, especially from the receptionist Mustafa, who tried to fool us in an unprofessional manner that our reservation was not available.

Very bad experience checking in the hotel.

We showed the staff our booking for 4 rooms but they couldn’t recognize it. They kept saying that it is for 2 rooms only.

When I made the booking I was told that the rooms will be given to us by 3pm which wasn’t the case.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I booked for afternoon tea to celebrate a special occasion and I made sure that I need a table outside by the terrace, they took my name and number. When I arrived at the place no one assisted me to the table I kept on waiting, then they told me to go find for myself a table. There was no table booked for me and I arrived the exact time on They literally embarrassed me in front of my guest. Very bad service!

We had booked 3 rooms at the hotel for our kids and us, unfortunately they could not provide us with rooms close to each other. 2 rooms were connected and the 3rd room was on a different floor and in the other wing of the hotel. So we had to pass by the lobby, and use a different set of elevators to access our room. We had already informed them that we are travelling with young kids, and that we need to have a room close to theirs. The staff didn't seem to care or think it's important.
Rooms were spacious, clean, kids room was on the second floor and didn't have a good view of the beach. However our room on the third floor had a good view. Food in the buffet restaurant was good.

Unfortunately, not worth the value of the money paid, never expected such bad operations from a brand like Hilton. We had to wait for an hour to check in and get our bags after many calls.

From the moment we arrived until we departed the service was outstanding.
We booked a suite which had a large balcony and a fantastic view.
My wife is a coeliac so sometimes finding gluten free food and snacks can be difficult. Not here, the waiter 'jamal' looked after us superbly. The head chef came to our table and offered my wife several options. He also said that if there was nothing on the menu or on the buffet they would prepare anything she wanted.
The refreshments and food at the pool were great and the staff were super helpful. They took you to your sun lounger, laid out your towels and delivered the refreshments menu, nothing was too much trouble. Allan came and visited us twice each day at the pool to check if we needed anything. Again the chefs cooked food especially for my wife.
The wait staff noticed it was actually my wife's birthday, sourced a gluten free cake and delivered it to the table whilst singing happy birthday, much to her embarrassment. Such a kind and thoughtful act.
During our departure 3 separate staff members tried to help me with my bag. Super friendly and helpful.

Everything awesome except chefs.
Hilton managment must hire chef from either India or Nepal.

It's close to Yas Bay, you can walk, eat and have nice time with your family and friends.

Amazing New hotel at Yas Island. The service was great and all the staff were extremely professional. The room was spacious and very clean. We had two connected rooms.one with King bed and sofa that can be converted to queen bed, and the other had two queen bed. The bathroom is divided into tow part in each room, shower room with bath tub and standing shower and the toilet is in other part.
Amazing hotel for family.
The pool was large and very clean. It has separate pool for kids.
The breakfast was awesome with great variety of food.

Our stay was amazing, and all members of the staff were beyond helpful, they were all really nice. We had breakfast included, with was amazing, and we tried the dinner buffet one night. It was delightful, specially all the pastries.
The pool is great, the bar at the pool is also very good to have a sandwich, a drink or a snack.
We were 3 in a double-bed room with a sofa that was turned to en extremely comfortable bed, and the WC was a separated room, independent from the bathroom.
The location is really good, near to the airport and easy to leave the city to Dubai. Also there is a complimentary bus to take you anywhere in yas island (Ferrari World, Yas Beach, Water Parks, Yas Mall.) and there are many restaurants and even a beach club just behind the hotel.
We required help from the conciergerie in many ocassions, from booking a desert safari to printing some documents for our flight or arranging a taxi to take us to the airport. We had a great experience with all concierges but specially with Rosmel. I think the best point of this hotel is the staff, I would recommend it 100 %, hope to be back soon!

Amazing new hotel, it felt like we are in santorini. The elegance of the lobby was exceptional, the staff was amazing. Special thanks to Pauline of in room service for the lovely amenities, Rosa for assisting us with the delightful cakes. Franka for fixing the A/C, Raju for helping us carry our stuffs without the need to ask for help. Ramil and his team with the superb service in breakfast. And to many to mention, all in all it was an awesome experience that we are glad that we did not miss.

Newly open in Abu Dhabi during covid 19. The hotel is one of the best relax spots. The food in this hotel is really good. The rooms are small so go for better options. The hotel is well decorated and this place is family oriented.

My family and I enjoyed every moment in Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas! We decided to celebrate our baby’s birthday there since it’s a brand new hotel. The reception was gorgeous and royal. I still remember the good-looking friendly guy who wears a magical hat “ Akbar”! He is a very beautiful addition and very helpful. In the lobby, we have been received warmly by an Arabic and English speakers receptionists. The supervisor was roaming all the time and you can feel how much hospitality fills the place. My son’s birthday was the second day, and we were cherished by a small cupcake sent to our room without even asking for! The birthday card was signed by “Emilita and Ruwan” from the dining room. This is only the beginning of happiness, I do thank the amazing brothers and sisters who work in the buffet restaurant. I call them brothers and sisters since they made me feel I’m home. In addition, they celebrated my son’s birthday again. Jamal is one of that lovely family who will keep checking your comfort and try to serve you by his heart and soul as the rest of his colleagues. The third station was the swimming pool and the playing area, the kids were treated like kings and they preferred staying inside the hotel rather than going to theme parks which I refused just to enjoy the parks vibes. Surprisingly, “Juliet” who is an employee in the swimming pool area celebrated my son for the third time. I allowed myself to mention all these details just out of love and gratitude for everyone there. Finally, when we checked out, it didn’t take 2 minutes with a beautiful smile on the receptionist face “Faith”. In short, the hotel services, food, vibes, rooms, cleanliness, and hospitality were above expectations. My family and I really enjoyed and we are planning to make it our second home for all occasions.

Amazing family staycation, everything was perfect from A to Z: the staff, the room, the facilities, the breakfast, highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

Started by challenges in check in, our luggage was lost and it takes them hours and nagging from my end, after almost 3 hours from check in, they followed the security cameras and found that it was delivered by the staff to wrong room.
The manager offered me dinner as compensation and i disagreed, cancelled my reservation and got my refund, unfortunately i wasted my day for nothing.
This was my worst and most disappointing visit to a hotel.

The best hotel so far, the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing especially Joshua, Geraldine and the guy (forgot his name, Akbar or Rakbar) from the resto where we had breakfast they did a SUPERB customer service. I highly recommend this hotel for my friends and colleagues.

Who serves alcohol during an iftar!?

First It's because the price is very affordable and all the staff are very very friendly specially fae, favour, in (spa) Pauline in (room cervice) Franka in (Engineer), Jamal, Santosh, Ramil Favian & Ruth (Graphos) Allan (swimming pool) and Akram (FO) Josh in (front office) all of them are very very helpful and always smiling and very approachable. The rooms are very clean and the food is also excellent and this is my experience and it was very very refreshing. Beautiful scenery and if you are too much stress at work or any stress you have, the experience will remove all of them. I'm a food Blogger and I invite you to come and experience what I experience in Hilton Hotel in Yas Island and enjoy all the amenities. And I congratulate Hilton Hotel for having the most excellent guest service.

Family of 4 stayed for a weekend staycation. Outstanding customer service from start to end. From the valet service, checking in/out at reception, restaurant (breakfast & dinner) and the facilities (brand new hotel - everything was new and clean). Everyone was very helpful and smiling (always willing to help). The bonus was the complimentary tickets to Yas İsland theme parks. Suggestion for improvement - need to have a beach or be part of a beach club eg. Yas Beach.

Its our first time in Hilton Yas and we're here to celebrate my daughter's 10th bday. Our check in is smooth and stay is great, but what is remarkably here are its people.the staffs are friendly, accomodating and walking an extra mile to give the best customer experience. Special thanks to Geraldine along with the in room team for sending love across their personalized greeting card with sweet thoughts bring a small bday cake. Truly amazing to have a sincere gesture from people who does not only service but care.keep it up and looking forward to our return. Spoiler alert, i heard they'll be opening a floating beach in September! Woohh! Cant wait!

Really excellent hotel, the staff are very courteous and kind. Its a brand new hotel so still looks and feels new. Really cool tech features all over including mobile key and USB slots all over the room. Spacious and well lit rooms.

The breakfast selection is not great, just ok. I expected more when I paid close to $300 a night. No shisha restaurants which is not great either.

The pool was pretty busy and not enough information was given to us about how to utilize the kids club, the gym etc.etc.

Big name bad customer service.called Abu Dhabi yas and there was no one to pick the call. I was put on IVR with never ending music.

Brand new hotel with clean and stylishly designed facilities. It was not fully open though, during our visit. However, we did not notice any inconvenience as our day time was spent in theme parks with kids. The rest od the day at the hotel was just so nice and will full of pleasure and laughter with a great friendliness and service from the staff. Looking fwd to staying again.

It's a picture-pretty resort hotel for friends and family-friendly.it's fully booked on the weekends so it'll be interesting to try weekdays

Hilton Yas island is the best in terms of everything in the island!

Staff, food, pool, and most importantly the offer they are making ensures the value of money you are going to spend. (Free access to Yas parks per night regardless of how many people reserving the room)! We booked for 2 nights, we had access for 4 people for 2 days (worth more than 1000 AED)

Everything was fine just till we went to sleep, but unfortunately we couldn't switch off the lights in the room, so we slept with the lights on, which is was terrible, because the maintenance couldn't fix the issue.

We LOVED this place we didn't wanted to leave!

We stayed at the hotel from the 6th thru the 9th

The attention was OUTSTANDING.

Everyone is courteous and super friendly.

The check-in took us about five minutes

The room was extremely clean and confortable. The beds were something out of this world.

The Breakfast was excellent and everyone made us feel like home. We liked the Benedictine Eggs a lot, the kids Loved the hash browns and the French's toasts. The orange juice is 100% natural.

The pool was tempered and confortable and there was also a lifeguard at all times.

2nd time visit. Had terrible stay during the opening stage with so much mess up. Towel thread in the burger, no coffee served even we asked 4 times and omelets that never made it to the table. Nice people and staff for sure but definitely not for me, and had to pay for something they should have waived. They promised comp room upgrade and breakfast if I return but looks like they are terrible with CRM or guest relations, data management. Nothing happened upon our check-in for 2nd stay. Not even simple amenity like fresh fruit from 5 star hotel which is disappointing.

I, along with my family (wife and two kids 13 & 9 years old) stayed at Hilton Abu Dhabi Island for 3 nights during Eid holidays May 2021. We booked it directly through Hilton website. Their on-line chat assistance was very helpful to get maximum info in short time, answers to our questions, it helped to finalize this hotel selection.
Over all stay was pretty good with a few observations and suggestions given to Hotel administration to look into via post stay on-line survey they sent.
Hotel is big, new and very clean in close proximity of Yas Island parks and Yas Mall.
We got free access to parks against each night we stayed at hotel.
We live in Dubai and will consider this hotel again if we plan for Yas Island vacations again provided they offer good deals too.
In general, family had good experience staying at this Hilton.

Not ready to open yet
Not very clean. Bar in second floor smells. Poor management. Was promised when booked on the phone to get access to 2 parks.we got only one, breakfast very basic like a 3 stars hotel.
Crown plaza Yas island gives you access to 2 parks. Same price per night as Mina al salam Dubai.much better service much more luxurious with access to water park wild Wasdi!
