Hoi An Restaurant

Had the taster menu and have to say it's one of the best meals I've eaten anywhere on the world ️️

Half of the things are missing in the menu and the dishes include ingredients that are not specified in the list of ingredients, e.g. Pad Thai with chicken. Terrible, won't be back.

Another great place for authentic Vietnamese food. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations that will make you want to visit Vietnam asap!

Booked this for a birthday celebration after reading positive reviews. Atmosphere was highly disappointing as guests eating in the main buffet restaurant were also seated in Hoi an which meant people were constantly walking through ruined any ambience of the restaurant.
Very slow service as the waitress were also serving/attended to guests having buffet at the other restaurant.
Our first choice wine and beer were not available, however the waitress suggested other alternatives which were just as nice.
Starters were tasty- especially the crab duo.
Mains were disappointing, all 3 dishes lacked flavour.

Very nice atmosphere, the food was delicious. The Chargrilled veal was super tasty, probably one of the best veal dishes you can have in the country. We will definitely come back!

It was a nice evening I had the chef’s table menu. I loved the appetizers, liked the main courses. The dessert was meh except the ice cream.

Romantic dinner at Hoi An. Shangri-La exquisitely placed two best Asian food restaurants at its Abu Dhabi location. We chose Vietnamese over Chinese for the flavors. Whole fried seabream with abundance of sauce and greens, and the deep fried prawn in special sauce made out evening delightful. The outdoor terrace ambience was fantastic. Night lights and the gulf waves did the trick.

We booked in advance for dinner (they don’t do lunch) and we had the supper deal and an ala carte (pho with chicken). The supper meal has some good dishes - spring roll, dumpling as starters then duck/beef dishes. The pho was pretty good as well as I was in the mood for some soupy meal. Service was impeccable and would come back again. Bring your Shangri La Golden Card for some members discount. Highly recommended!

Very nice yummy Vietnamese food. Fantastic, friendly, helpful staff. Had a very good dinner 1st time so we returned for more. Reasonable priced for a well-known Shangrila Hotel's restaurant.

We had a party who had not been her before and the Executive Chef and his staff explained every dish to us. The food, service, and staff were all amazing!

Authentic Vietnamese dishes. Bright & cheerful space. Very friendly staff. Great bang for buck.

This was my first visit to Hoi An restaurant.
The restaurant has inside and outside seating, we sat inside as it was a bit too cool outside. The restaurant has very attractive different coloured material lanterns that decorate the ceiling and spacious tables with big comfy chairs.
The menu is simple to navigate with a good selection.
My son is veggie and daughter in law.has a mushroom allergy, the staff were very helpful to make sure their needs were met.
All the food was delicious and the staff were very nice too.
We would highly recommend this restaurant and will be back.

Hoi An was seriously amazing. We went for the Super Sapa dea ~150 AED all you can eat between 7 appetizers 7 main courses and 3 desserts.

Even though its a Vietnamese restaurant, it felt more like a generic "Asian" restaurant. There was no Pho or Bun Bo Hue. But it was spectacular.

The appetizers were really good, I loved the spring rolls and the fried spring rolls the best. The chicken satay was also really good.

The black pepper beef was my favorite appetizer, but the steamed sea bass was also really good.

The deserts were ok. The banana with passion fruit and ice cream was my favorite. One of the desserts was a fruit tray which is kind of plain but no worries, I was stuffed with many good HIGH QUALITY dishes.

Beautiful restaurant with excellent service and food. Coconut prawns and sea bass are absolutely delicious. There is also a discount for Golden Circle members which is great.
