Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing with excellent service from Mahender, Grace and Ruhul.

The rooms were fine. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the “downtown” of Abu Dhabi. The mosque is not far away. However, the hotel's service was very poor: we were initially told that our room would be available in 45 minutes. After two sinful waits in reception, we still weren't given the room! We were also asked if we wanted to change rooms due to an event, as it could get louder in our hallway at night. After giving our consent, we packed our suitcases and were still turned away at the reception by another employee. The agreement with the guests and among the employees was catastrophic and deserved 0 stars.

Warm welcome by the front office staffs. They gave us smiling cookies for my baby. Our room was nice and comfy it has enough room for the baby cot. The pool area is kinda boring, the area is a lil bit small and there’s no view to see. Over all we enjoyed our stay somehow,

Great experience. It is close to many business locations and has 3 great outlets for international meals of all cultures. Thank you, Thara and Mosad, for the great welcome. Just update my profile not to be blocked in a room with number 13 again. I love how you place in the big 1 litre bottle in the room. It saves alot. Very spacious room, hot shower, amenities well placed. Thank you for having me.

On request, an early check-in was provided. Considering the hot weather and a comfortable room. Holiday Inn never fails to comfort me away from home.

I liked holiday Inn. Staff are friendly and polite the food was good at stock burger. Waiters were helpfull. Gabr from security was very welcoming. I liked the safety preparations against COVID 19. I will recommend that restuarant for my friends.

Excellent Restaurant serving authentic and quality Sushi
As a Japanese food lover and tasted authentic sushi across Japan, I can't recommend more than this place in Abu Dhabi. Sushisan was top-notch in terms of freshness, presentation and taste. Maritess and Florence is the star during our dine-in stay as they are giving 5 Star service in terms of service and hospitality. Kudos ladies!

I don’t easily give five star but this Japanese sushi place is a real gem.

The bar at 9 floor was quiet and I enjoyed my time Marry and the guy prince were very polite. Housekeeping Ajeesh and Anju were very good listeners.the security Mohammed was assisting me to know about the hotel.the pool was bit quiet which made my kids enjoyed. Khalid and Rose are really professional.thanks for all the hotel team.

At Reception Ms Rose and Ms Jennica were so helpfull also before my stay at the hotel. Rooms very clean and silent, abundant breakfast.

The staff was very good. Vijju in particular from the housekeeping department was very professional and great at his work

It is located in the middle of city and you can access the main city easily.it was clean and well maintained place. Lunch, Breakfast and Dinner all were superb. They were following all the SOP's for COVID strictly.

It was my first time in stock burger as I live nearby the hotel, I discovered it first time there's a bar nearby. So I came by late night in stock burger to have a drink. The whole stock burger crew was great! I love the ambience, especially appreciated the service by SARU.

The staff went we’ll above the necessary to accommodate us and make our stay as pleasant as possible under the current Covid laws. Thank you

I recently moved to the UAE from the UK and spent my first week at the Holiday Inn just off Airport Road. I arrived at around 8am (check in is 3pm usually) and was greeted by Bob at reception. He could see I was tired and spent around 10 minutes juggling rooms to enable me to check in early and get some sleep! Being new to the country, I naturally had many questions and reception were always happy to help during my stay. The security guards were also very happy to give advice which isn’t something you see that often. I ate mainly at the hotel restaurant - Stock Burger (there are other restaurants also) where Harry and his team run an excellent operation. Harry greets all his guests personally and insures they have everything they need. I was looked after by Amit who was very attentive and friendly. Dileesh the bartender ensured service was fast and makes a great cocktail! To top all of this, the food was fantastic. Dariya (the manager) makes an effort to talk to all of the guests and I was very impressed with her personal touch. I will certainly be booking here when my parents come to visit later this year. Well done Dariya and team!

The staff at reception was very helpful namely Gopal and Bob they made me feel happy to be back to my second home

Starting from Reception their attitude very wrong
Housekeeping- If we are having food and ask them to come another time they won’t
Swimming pool- Upto 7PM allowed, Who will go before 6 pm during summer time.
Lift - very terrible …. Room
Key /card have to insert into a slot like ATM, by the time the lift will reach another floor
Rest all normal

We came for Friday brunch, it was abudently beautiful.the spread was amazing. One of the best brunches I've had in Auh. Especially saru, she took great care about our table.we will come again because of her. I will come again to see her service with smile again.

Very clean room, hotel staff very professional and helpful Gopal and Bob really helped with all my needs.

It was very nice stay I feel there. One staff who is on the reception name is Mr. Mariyappan is very nice and polite guy I found there. He was very much cooperative and quick responsive guy. Really he is very nice guy. I like his attitude and way of talking to the guset. It's appreciated.

We had a complicated stay because it was Covid season and our original destination was closed to us but we had a great time at the hotel, Bob at the service desk was fantastic and helped us extend our trip a few times, he was always there to get us what we needed too. The hotel is nice, clean and the rooms have a good view. The only improvements I could think of were that they have instant coffee in the rooms and Tea but you’ll have to go out for real coffee. Also I don’t think they have a complimentary (free) breakfast with your stay, even if it were simple it would have been nice since everywhere else I’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn there is a simple complimentary breakfast. Otherwise I loved staying there and would do it again.

محمد صالح شركه ادنوك للحفر حيث إن الشركة حجزت لي غرفه فول بورد للاسف الأكل سيء جدا ولا يوجد علي الغداء سوا المياه واليوم وجدت الخبز معفن لا يصلح للأكل هذا بالإضافة ألي عيوب الحمام من تسريبات المياه داخل مكان الاستحمام بس الحمدلله لله غيرت الغرفه بعد يوم بس الاكل سيء جدا

I don’t know really where to start. I have booked a suit room for 2 days in Holiday Inn beside Airport road through Agoda’s website.
However I reached on the day of check in around 5: 00 pm which was a Thursday, surprisingly the shift manger Mohamed said that the room isn’t available and there is a guest already in our suit and it will take around 45 mins to be ready. What’s even more shocking him saying that we are lucky that they emptied the room for us as the previous guest wanted to extend for the days we booked for. After a long debate we suggested that we get a free breakfast for two days as a compensation for the dereliction happen, but the generous management approved only 1day not 2, so I did cancel the booking.
I haven’t faced any similar issue in 1 star hotel, knowing that this is 4 stars hotel. Holiday Inn please train your staff well as the shift manager was very rude.

There is no valet parking, which is understandable given the current COVID pandemic that we are facing. However, the hotel personnel do not control where people park in the drop off área in front of the hotel. In consequence, people park everywhere, completely blocking the drop off area. The inconvenience of this is when you arrive for checking in. You have to park far away from the hotel entrance and carry your luggage by yiourself. I complained with the front desk staff about this and they didn’t seem to care at all.

Starting nice from the receiption with good communication and cooperative rooms not bad i like the most is basement parking most if the time i have fight for parking in other hotel food is alos good and location is also good.

The doors are automatically banging when closing and it's disturbing especially when you are peacefully sleeping and you have an appointment the next day morning. I woke up at 12am and didn't sleep again.

Though well within the city limits, it's a very calm and quiet place. Rooms are very clean & well prepared.

Our stay here is so amazing! Me and my friends enjoyed and relaxed during our stay here. The room are so wonderful. Hope to check in here again. The price is affordable.

Great rooms, excellent staff, great accomidations. Moeen at the front desk was very friendly and helped us with any concerns that came up. We had a great time and would visit again!

Excellent place, good staff, clean, quite, the while prossess to reserve a place was easy, everything was functioning well, hands down the best hotel i stayed in Abu Dhabi

We stayed at Holiday inn Hotel just for one night.
Location: good next to main bus station and 15mins by taxi to La corniche beach.
Staff: very friendly and professional as a 4 stars hotel should be.
Rooms: this was our main problem. The rooms are old style, we felt like going back in the 70's. They were clean, however the smells of the rooms were barely manageable. The smell of smoke was disgusting. Our first room was just unacceptable. I personally had to ask for a different room and even in that one the smell of smoke was bad
I think that this hotel in Europe would be 2/3 stars. It need a massive update to 20's
Breakfast: lots of options but low equality food. Coffe: it tasted horrible. I could not drink it all.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. I am very thankful to Gopal in the concierge for arranging our request, Moeen for assisting us with our bookings and Jennica for introducing me the membership. I will definitely come back and recommended this hotel.

The hotel is nice. Big spacious room and the staff is courteous. I went on a business trip. The food is very good whether it be the buffet breakfast or the delicious biryani served in the room.

Playing Golf at A. D Golf Club at 12pm, Booked a room for a Monday night stay. I called to let them know i will need to check in at 11.30AM before golf and have been told that its not possible, Not even a "let me ask the manager" option, just straight up told no. To be fair they were extremely fast at cancelling my booking over the phone, Good service in that aspect.

I would have thought you would be trying to lock in rooms as much as possible. Especially with the C19 virus going around AD. Maybe this hotel has felt no effects from the virus or the struggling local market.

Hubbly Bubbly is an awesome hangout with great friends. Shisha is good, service is also just as good.

The hotel staff are accommodating and hospitable. Comfortable pool and room size.hopping to stay with you again. Special thanks to Gopal for his great hospitality service.
