Hotel Copthorne is such a home where the heart is. I like the buffet in breakfast and lime egg station. Chef shee ram made me good omelette. Outlet in-charge Mr prince such a good person and always available for all. Thx to copthrone
Copthorne Downtown was a nice place. The employees were very nice and helpful. Especially the Allan information department. He help with everything. The arrangement for the safari was perfect. He helps us with public transport. One day he ran after us over 500 meters to correct the bus number. Public transport is available, but not without dear Allan's help.
This is the worst experience ever in a hotel in the UAE. ANY CAR OWNERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. I trusted them with my car at their Valet and found it full of scratches next day. Instead of doing something about it, they say that are not at all responsible and these things happen. Only the cost to fix my car is much higher than the accommodation itself. Not to mention my time and the hassle.
The manager of this hotel should not be in the hospitality business. He did not even bother to talk to me. I am sure that he will not move any level up anyway because he does not give a damn about his guests.
And this hotel, the way they treat people, does not even deserve two stars, not four. They are a joke altogether and I will escalate this to the CEO and warn tenths of thousands of followers to stay away.
I stayed at Copthorne Downtown for 2 days and found the personnel friendly. The person who was particularly helpful and always smiling was Sankar at Breakfast and Dinner.
I had the most amazing time here in Copthorne Downtown, Abu Dhabi. Perfect location and very central to all tourist sites and beaches. A 4-star hotel provided me with 5-star service; everything I needed was provided. I would like to thank Priya at reception and Albert and Vinesh at the concierge for their helpful, supportive, and excellent hospitality. Priya made sure my booking went smoothly and always greets me with a positive attitude. The experience was great, and I will definitely be back next year. I look forward to booking Copthorne Downtown again.
Holiday Inn hotel abudabhi downtown, since I'm staying here, the hotel services are satisfactory, All staffs are friendly, The concierge "Mr Allan" and Security "Mr Emmanuel" professional approach and good attitude in handling the guests is amazing ️.

Stayed 10 days in quarantine. Staff at reception is extremely kind and helpful, very patient and answered all my questions prior arrival. Concierge offered help with any deliveries while in quarantine. Very clean rooms, meals were delivered as per my preferences, restaurant staff were extremely kind and helpful calling daily to ask meal preferences. Food quality was above expectations, tasty and deliciously prepared, portion was large and even too much at times. Room service and housekeeping were so kind and service minded, never late or forgot my requests. Special thanks to InRoom Dining crew. Great job guys. Definately will choose this hotel again. Never disappointed. Conveniently located in center, many restaurants nearby, taxi available, easy access to all what I needed. Highly recommended.

Staying in HOLIDAY INN DOWNTOWN ABU DHABI is very relaxing and comfortable. The Hotel staff are very accommodating like room service crew miss Jean, one of the receptionist shalie, restaurant crew like Pet and room boy allan are very polite person.
Crew and restaurant staff are nice and friendly easy to approach the room is quite good i sleep well and also clean at the same time with wifi is good too, food is good i eat a lot all the time thank you and keep up a good reputation, god bless! Have a great day

This is an excellent place to stay. The location is good, and taxi transportation is always close by. The concierge staff is great! They always greet me with a smile and welcome me back. The check-in and check-out processes are quick and efficient. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Though a little fewer choices than some hotels, the food is good and eggs are cooked to order, and they are excellent!

It was a great vacation with my family in Eid Al Fitr. We staid in Single room apartment and it was very pleasant experience. The location is great near to everywhere and to all malls in AD, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the housekeeping was responding to any request irrespective the time. The room was clean as well and had microwave and refrigerator. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a central area of downtown Abu Dhabi. Easy to get anywhere. The price was really good, much less than hotels in my home country. The room I was in (5 nights) was very comfortable, well appointed and clean. Breakfast is good, nice variety, mostly repeating but some "surprises", such as an "Eggs the way you want" station today. There's also a cafe-restaurant on the ground floor that serves delicious food at surprisingly reasonable prices. And the best for last - the staff! All of them are super-nice and ready to assist, not in an ingratiating manner, but genuinely kind. My rental car was towed away by the police and the reception staff jumped to my aid and found out where it was, what fine I would have to pay and briefed the taxi driver how to get there. Stars! I would definitely stay here again if I visit Abu Dhabi in the future.
I am happy to have selected this place for accommodation in Abu Dhabi during my 5 business trip. The rooms are cozy and room service is very prompt. Recommended
I stayed there 3 times, they upgraded me once to a suite when the room I selected seemed to be overbooked. Hotel's location is just excellent- in the heart of the city. Each time the breakfast was included in the price and, I loved their generous breakfast options - you have a large variety of foods options to eat for your breakfast. All of this was quite affordable while being of almost excellent quality.
I have just completed a 12 day stay at the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi Downtown and I can only sing their praises. The staff have been absolutely amazing since day 1. Calling me by my name since the first time I walked through the doors, noticing my work pattern and having my car ready when I come downstairs in the morning, giving us a discount at Jones The Grocer, sending extra water and fresh big towels WITHOUT ME ASKING, honestly this place feels like home now! This is located in Downtown of AbuDhabi. Very close to a lot of Banks near by. Close to a lot of restaurants and malls. 5 min drive away to Corniche. 15 min drive to Presidential palace. Hotel has very nice staff ready to help at any time of the day. In house cafeteria provides breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is really good but a few more options would make it great. Ala carte menu is a bit costly i felt considering the options they have for dinner. Swimming pool is located at the top with a gym for health freaks.
Went for dinner. It was really really bad. Was really NOT worth the money. The service was quite bad from the Philippina lady working there. And the food was really between bad and average. And the selection was really limited. Really regretted going. This is definitely not worth 4 stars.
I had last Eid dinner in the restaurant of this hotel, it was one of the worst experiences in my life. I cannot really mention even one good thing about it. They have the worst chef, dishes are limited in a crazy way, decoration and food serving was very bad even for two stars hotel, their staff do not have any experience in hospitality and not professional at all. In short it was tottaly disappointing experience. I really need zero star review option here
