Very practical place since it is close by, been shopping with them for over a decade and the service is always good with reasonable prices compared to the competition.
They can definitely benefit from new varieties of flowers and arrangements to be able to compete on a higher level, as the current arrangements they have and the flowers are outdated and ordinary.

Fresh flowers everytime I visit. Great services as well especially to the guy making the bouquet. Very professional. And the price is way better than the ones online. You can also call before picking up your order.

Reasonably priced and very accommodating to your requests. Both times I got lovely bouquets

Just grabbed a small bunch of flower, caz I was in a hurry. Don’t like their taste of wrapping, but they are willing to let me choose whatever I like and offered a very quick and nice service. Even stopped a taxi for me to save me more time.

Very poor service. I prepared surprise for my spouse - to be delivered to the hotel at specific time (everything was prepaid and clearly degined venue and time). Holland Gallery did not manage to deliver in time, only 2 hours later when I came to the shop and asked what happened with delivery, they started to do something. Again very low service, not worth the money.

If you want to deal with unprofessional staff with an attitude - that's the place to go to! I went to their store as a first time customer and left it without buying anything, part of which is their tasteless arrangements.

Beautiful flowers and they have good variety as well. Flower maker was a very good artist. Prices are not high as well.
