Bad experience for this shop. We order 1st week of January 2024 until now not fix and not deliver complete all items, not recommended. Sorry. It's poor management.

Worst customer service ever, the staff weren’t helpful at all.
I wanted to buy a wardrobe and every time I ask them to show me something I found on their website they tell me we don’t have it.

I like the home box, it’s the best place to buy from, also Mr. Shabbeer is one of the best employees he always recommended the best offers, he is very passionate and passion with the customers and always ask the customer on their needs, he take more than one hour with us helping us and support us, and this is not the first time working with him. Because of his recommendation I bought one cabinet and two beds I like dealing with him and recommend any one to ask about him to give the full support

Workers and cashiers are not properly handling the customer problem they are so mean…otherwise paintings are so good in price and quality.

I want share my experience together with my friend in homebox. Ate daisy and Rafik they are really help us for what we looking for. Thank you guys for helping us. Visit homebox they have very good price and very friendly and accommodating staff.

. They do not regulate the time. I took a product with a warranty, and when the product was tested, I informed them and they said that it does not have a warranty, knowing that it is written that the invoice has a one-year warranty for any damage, color change, or defect in the product. I do not recommend dealing with them.

Visited home box to buy some Christmas items
Found the place reliable and cost friendly but stock seems to be less compared to the other competitors.
Not much Christmas items to purchase though
Yet colorful stuffs are availed

Went to abudhabi hamdan street showroom and was luck to meet Cesar …. He was very understanding very patient and knew exactly what we were looking for in our limited budget … thank you for helping us out

I’d like to use this platform to write a good experience in Homebox since then I was wowed by the quality of their items, for home decorations, kitchen and etc.specially the price range, it is very affordable and less… Also all the staff are very accommodating special mentioned to Ms. Elizabeth, who’s always there for me guiding me with the items I’m looking for… All in all, it is really a great shopping experience.

Mr Ismail was very helpful, we would recommend everyone going to home box to ask Mr I small for assistance.

Very very disappointed and disgusted with the customer service at Home Box.
I had a delivery scheduled for last Thursday. Thursday an item was missing,   Friday they were closed, Saturday another part was broken and product could not be assembled.
I contact customer service and I'm assured another replacement is on the way.
Sunday - nothing. Customer service assures me something is coming. Nothing.
Sunday afternoon - another representative says they are not sure what's happening and I need to wait another 48 hours.
Monday - another representative tells me they have to pick up the defective product and then file a refund (I have no product as the delivery guys had taken everything on Saturday)
I recieved no email or sms or phone with this so called update. I have to constantly call customer care and speak to new representatives each time.
Monday afternoon a so called 'manager called Shireen' tells me that as my right as a customer I'm supposed to be informed of all updates regarding my refund and she will get back to me by the end of the day.
It's now more than 36 hours later and I'm still waiting.

Either Home Box customer service just doesn't care or customer rights don't seem to exist. All I know is they were very quick to take my money but cannot deliver on product,   or refund, or have the decency to be updated about my status. No one seems to want to take responsibility for this and they keep just saying 'my apologies, someone will contact you shortly'
Managers are always in meetings and cannot be contacted.
Their watsapp chat keeps 'escalating the issue'

For a store that I have regularly supported over the years, I will now never buy from Home Box again and will spread the word to all family, friends and colleagues to not buy from you either

Horrible customer service. Bought some furniture, the delivery was forgotten by the logistics team. After several follow ups and a super long wait, got them to deliver the items, but then the installation was done wrong by their team. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Prices are low cause they use very cheap quality plywood. I have 3 items and after dismantling most of the corners broke. Invest little more and buy from IKEA or Home Center.

The quality of the products is sometimes very poor. Ordered a table and it came chipped and the workmen that came in to do it were so rough they marked my floors but took no responsibility

Very poor in customer service. I have ordered some items, but they unilaterally cancelled one item.when called they told it is not in stock but their website still shows the item is in stock.furthermore on a friday Morning I received the message that the order is out for delivery. They never called me, but at night I received another message that the order is undelivered.the tracking order also shows the same that the order is undelivered and returned back.
This is my second time having the same experience.if contacted by email no reply.if you contact to their toll free number no response as well

My husband and I recently visited Abu Dhabi showroom. We would like to mention a special thanks to Mr. Sameer who resolved our issue. Simply he was Awesome. Also I Take this opportunity to thank Mr. Arun too who helped us. Both of them were exceptionally good.

Very bad experiance.i order online since 17 april 2020 and the delivery cancel the order from there side and till now i didnt get back my money or any product.am very sad about it.contact customer service 1000000 times No answer.

The worst ever, totally disappointing service.
I made a purchase on 27/4 and today is 20/5 and nothing arrived yet, called them many times and they always repeat the same reason: shipping companies are late -sorry for that.
I asked them for refund and to cancel the order one week ago and again they are late and nothing happen from there side.
I wish I did not make the purchase from them, will surely never buy from them again and will never recommend to anyone.
