Bad product! Awful customer service!
I bought a bedframe, after a month it broke down! Operators are not helpful at all!

The worst customer service ever!
I bought a coffee table from them online more than a month ago, and upon installation it turned out that there was a manufacturing issues, They asked me to keep it until they replace it with another one.
Until now, I am the one contacting the call center and there has been no response except that we will talk to you again, and of course they do not have time for to come back and follow up.
At least they have to refund the amount, which they are fully aware that all the stock has manufacturing problems and they sell them and it doesn't matter to them as long as they take people's money and get upset!

EXTREMELY poor delivery service by one of the centres we ordered from at Hamdan Street. The store people were very nice but the people they hired to deliver were down right unprofessional and ridiculous. We ordered an item 3 weeks in advance of the delivery date. First they tried delivering it on the incorrect date, then they never reconfirmed delivery for another date. I finally called them 3 times and each time a different date or time a lot of delivery was given. Finally, even on the day of the expected delivery, still no one had called to confirm if I was even home! VERY VERY poor service. I really regret buying from them and I really wish I had gone with someone else.

Nice products and good discount is going on as of now.
There is a clearance floor on 2nd floor with really good discounts but mostly items are sold on "as is " basis so check throughly before buying.
Many items after discount are value for money otherwise it is an expesive shop, specially for furniture.
Kitchenware are really of good quality.

Really disappointing. We bought the small table lamp. Due to very late night, they didn’t even do the test for the lamp and when we came home the lamp was not working. The second day, we went there again to fix. One staff did there is the problem with the fuse in the plug. He changed the fuse in front of us, but again when we came back and try to turn it on, NOT WORKING AT ALL. Ver bad customer service also. WE DON’T RECOMMEND ANY ELECTRIC ITEM FROM HOME CENTER. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Valet parking available, staff is very helpful & friendly, though you can find more options & better displays in the Yas mall branch

I am pleased to say that the staff at Home Center (Liwa Center Abu Dhabi) is amazing. I went almost on the closing hours due to incorrect info on Home Center's website but the staff (Elvi) not only ensured to help me collect my items but also assisted in making other purchases. Really thankful to Elvi and all others who are making our shopping experience as easy as possible.

It was a good experience, Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi city.this shop has a lot of area, Here we will find all the essentials for a home or office at a low price. Everything was arranged very well and looked beautiful. Very good experience!

If there is zero star, it is worth it. You buy and pay. They never deliver, but they sent you they delivered your goods.
As for customer service, no followup.

Located in Liwa street - Hamdan street, use shukran points after collecting it, the best place for buying gifts, whenever i want to buy a gift, I'll always go there and choose a nice painting! It can never go wrong with these lovely drawings or landscape arts!

Very bad and unprofessional manpower, horrible after sale service, so after you pay you expect anything to be delivered and you have no right to argue about the quality or the workmanship.

The worse service at all, really i disappointing from their way of dealing with customers, i asked them to repair one cupboard purchased from their store in abudhabi, they were rude and not responding even to my complaint
I advise everyone to not try them or buy anything from them

The administration and management of customer service do not deal in a good way with clients and do not respect their complaints at all, as I suffer from a mattress that was bought and caused me a big problems in my back, and all they did is that they took it from me & they did not solve for me the problem for more than 15 days and the length of this period I sleep on the ground there is no One of the management and customer.service follows up and cares.

It was an amazing experience. Evrything on dispaly looked beautiful. They had a offer for the national day going on when we went there yesterday. The prices were more affordable and so we bought couple of cushions. We are in love with our purchases yesterday. The cushions add more comfort to the house and look beautiful. We might go back again if there was another offer going on.

Not use click and collect is tacking long time to have ready and all messages was sended several times

Your colleague Pauline was very helpful after a customer has being difficult with her she ramined to give me the best customer service.
Over all experience was good the prices are reasonable.

Card loading for bus and mobile loading are available. You can also bring your watch for repair.cheap goods and perfumes (watch out for not authentic perfumes)

Bit disappointing but worth a look. Great location, and set over 3 floors. Also worth seeing Home in a Box next door.

They sell very nice pieces of home furnishing, and other fun stuff. I bought an room air spray and the scent is quite nice. I bought 2 more bottles a few days after.

My favourite hang out place. During offer time the rates are too good. Valet parking is available. Great display

Good place to buy furniture and things for your home. Some are real good quality and worth the money. Some aren't. Excellent staff very helpful. The bed linen section is amazing some real good products or the money. Organised place. Can order online too. Let's say you can furnish and interior decorate your house under one roof. Been there 3 times in 1 week already. Especially with a sale going on excellent value for money.

Bought a sofa and a desk, currently on discount. Recommended. Desk and sofa quality is excellent.

I didn't like this branch. I went to this branch to get 4 sets of bed sheets, Li chose yellow, but the answer was: sorry we don't have your choice! I said ok I will choose purple, I got the same answer! I stayed for an hour without getting my request. If you don't have the item, do not keep one useless piece in the shop!

The branch is a lot smaller and more limited than the branch in Marina mall, but it is closer so if you're looking to buy a specific item it might not be found in this branch. It's easier if you order the item online and set this branch as your collection point. That way you ensure the item is there and you don't have to go all the way to Marina mall
