Ms Ruchi in customer care is very rude and commiting service timeline without honoring the same.i want home center higher management to get involved else i will be lost client for them.and i will not recommend to my friends and family as well
Worst customer service ever. Dealt with a sales person name Patricia who had no manners. She changed her story multiple times within an hour of me shopping there. Feels like they don’t want to retain their customers nor do they care about money. Will not be returning back. I regret purchasing previous items from here.
Purchased a cot from Home Center about an year ago, and I'm quite disappointed with my experience. The quality of the cot was subpar, and it ended up breaking far sooner than expected. The build quality just didn't meet my expectations, and it was frustrating to have it break after just a year of use.
Moreover, when I contacted Home Center regarding the issue, their customer service left much to be desired. It was a hassle to get any assistance, and the resolution process was far from smooth.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend purchasing furniture from Home Center if you're looking for durability and good customer service. My experience with the broken cort was quite frustrating, and I hope they can improve their product quality and service in the future.
I recently bought many items from homecenter, since I moved to a new apartment (carpet, kitchen sets, bed covers, tv unit, tables,).
Last week, I bought a table and I was forced to personally carry it to my apartment due to delivery delays. After I reached home, there were quality issues in the production of the table, and I couldn't assemble it. I called homecenter and they requested to bring it back. I had to carry it back to my car then to the store.
Once I arrived, mister Dinesh, supervisor of homecenter yas mall, assisted me and promised that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours and I will be receiving a call from Yas Mall. Unfortunately, I've been waiting for 5 days and doing calls back and forth, to reach someone to update me on the table. Customer service keeps on throwing me from one person to the other and I still didn't get an answer.
Conclusion: I paid for a damaged product, I returned it back to the store, no one till date reached back to me with an update.
A great store Home Centre Yass Mall really caused great discomfort with such a level of lacking professional approach that is frustrating. Having ordered some furniture for the new accomodation, based on great previous experience of of quality products and services, we were greatly surprised by absolute non professional approach by multiple teams @ Home Centre. Following are a brief facts: - Delivery of defective parts, - despite numerous calls and a personal visit for replacement and completing installation, nothing happened, - at least 5 times committments were made by staff at different levels to rectify and finish delivery and installation, never honoured, including last one by a manager at Head office, - last commitment was for yesterday, also same, - it's been nearly 2 weeks and there is not even a call back anytime for an update on revised delivery, - we had even paid extra charges for some item for early delivery for the gathering, - we even requested to remove the incomplete items lying around in the home to atleast have room empty and tidy at the family gathering at new place, instead of the mess, nothing done, - it's really unimaginable for a store like Home Centre really attracting bad repute for such a small topic showing lack of sustainable SCM, CRM, QCR processes. Wish the store all the best with such approach!
Didn't think I will write this about home centre. But they pushed me to it. I ordered beds, sofas, dining table etc. To be delivered to my new place. All day I am calling and the say its coming. Now its evening and I call to tell me its not coming. I have to find a place to sleep in with my children. And it's almost night. And we have no place to stay
Horrible customer service and policies. Contact center agent says my item is ready for collection, I make the trip to the store only to be informed that it still needs more than 2 hours, asking me to come back in the evening. They deceive customers by putting false or very restricted discount schemes, delivery is never free unless the purchase value is crazy high, if we collect the item instead of having it delivered we lose the warranty, home center is the biggest scam in the world of furniture stores. Better utilize your money elsewhere, at least you’d be getting decent treatment and the attention you deserve as a customer.
It’s the worst experience I ever have, I bought furnitures worth 25,000 dhs and I didn’t get what I order plus they installed the furnitures in a very bad way, now am following almost for more than 10 days for the missing items and to fix the faulty furnitures installed, and nothing happened yet, they don’t even respond to me, and promised to call back and nothing, even I requested the manager and no one call or follow up or give me a solution, it’s Yas mall home center
Bought two wardrobes for delivery, they came and didn’t have right materials. They left and said they would be back next morning, came later on still not correct materials left and never notified me that was not completed. Had to call them several times to find out what’s happening. They left the open boxes and half built wardrobe all over the place. Complete mess! Never even a courtesy call that there is issue.support team put on hold many times to hung up on. Will never buy furniture again and will having them taken back for refund!
Horrible customer service, extremely rigid system. Rude manager. Do not recommend visiting this horrible place and putting money in anything. Manager was not even capable of suggesting a solution to my problem in fact i suggested one and he was to lazy to take action from his side he made me call customer service over the phone and take action by myself. If you want your order canceled they will not cancel it right away with no msg or proof of cancellation request they’ll just ask you to wait. And when i told them i want proof they said “this is home center not a small shop”? Not going there again. Total failure.

After a frustrating and horrible experience with a man working at the Yas Mall location, a woman named Doaa answered our questions and helped us make an order. (5 stars for Doaa, she was amazing).
TERRIBLE customer service. I was about to buy a beanbag for my room, when I came across a gray beanbag with no price tag on it. I called a Home center staff, which was unwelcoming and looked anmoyed. He softly kicked the beanbag in front of me to check the barcode underneath. He annoyingly said that he wasn't incharge of the section and will call someone to assist me. 15 mins has passed, as I waiting for someone to assist me, no one came. If their staff doesn't even have an inch of "customer service" they do NOT deserve to work in such place. Disappointed and annoyed. Will NEVER come back again.

تم شراء بضاعة من فرع ياس مول و تبين وجود عيب مصنعي في البضاعة المستلمه وتم التواصل ٤ مرات مع خدمة العملاء وكان ردهم ان فرع ياس مول سيتواصل معاك ولم يتم التواصل، و اخر مكالمه معهم، الموظف قال لي بكل برود، لا يوجد مسؤول هنا و مشكلتك لن يتم حلها. يجب زيارة الفرع شخصيا علما ان ياس مول بعيد جدا وليس بالسهولة التي يتكلم بها الموظف.
من خلال تجربتي الشخصية لا انصح احد بالتعامل معهم ابدا.
Very bad experience,
I bought chairs from Yas Mall branch and I discovered a flew in it. I called the customer service 4 times and each time they told me " the branch will call you " and no one called me. I asked to speak with a manager in my last call and the guy who answered my call said, No manager here, and your issue will not be solved and you have to visit the branch by yourself and my issue can be solved by phone.
Poor customer service. 3 cash desks for a store that size is not enough. Only 2 desks open. Had to wait over 20 minutes to pay. Managers un interested in helping & happy to let customers queue for unacceptable lengths of time. Won't be shopping there again.
Home center is a well known place for all your home needs. You can buy high quality items at affordable prices. Best time to go for shopping at this place Is a SALE time. They noticeably drop the prices of the items like 25% to 70%.

1- تحصل على موعد لاستلام اغراضك من المحل ، تأتي لاحقا فيخبرونك انها غير جاهزة وعليك العودة مرة أخرى وعندما تسألهم متى ؟ يقولون سنتصل بك - ولن تجد اي اتصال عليك العودة مرارا وتكرارا حتى تحصل على غرضك
2- خدمة توصيل الاثاث. تحصل على موعد لتوصيل أثاثك لا يصلك الا 20-30% من الاثاث والباقي لا يعرفون اين هو. وعليك البحث مع خدمة العملاء الذين يضعونك بالانتظار لمدة لا تقل عن 30-40 دقيقة ليجيبونك - ان الاغراض ستأتيك لاحقا
استلام الاثاث تجربة سيئة جدا. والى الآن لم استلم جزء كبير من الاثاث بعد حجز الموعد لأكثر عن موعد. وسأقوم برفع شكوى في حماية المستهلك
الشي الجميل صالة العرض مميزة وفيها الكثير من الخيارات لكن بعد الشراء خدمة سيئة على الاطلاق

Disgusting shameful behaviors. They haven't delivered my order in 2 months. They have over charged me. They have stopped taking calls in their call center. They do not reply on email. They pretend and do fake responses on social media to appear as if they are dealing with customers. Absolutely unethical. Horrible.
I was impressed with the teapot and came to the store. Here this teapot is for 129 dirham instead of 90. I feel like you trying to fool me. Now I got this pot online and I'm in the shop. And your team rejected to give me the teapot. Telling me that I should come again. Why you make it all so inconveniently for your customers? Do not even try to call them - they will keep you online with ads and then drop the line.
Used to love that they sell hard rugged wood furniture that can last forever even when you move it around.alas.not the case anymore that being said they still offer very good furniture in comparison to other outlet
If there is less than 1 star I would give them zero.they’re not responsible for what they sold. They’re not honest about the quality of their products. Be careful! I paid more than 3000 Dhs for mattress from home center and after 3 months I throw it away because there is no responsibility and no answer from home center.
Very bad experience with customer service, I called many times for a feedback on my delivery which I paid 250 extra, and they hang up the line with and no one return my call back.
