Be careful they sell defected items - this guy rejected to change it or make refund it or even fixed it. The issue is very simple! Home center sells really bad quality products.

Not recommended to buy dinning set from home center.
I bought bellamy 8 seaters dinning set and 2 chairs were broken. I have requested to buy 2 chairs but they don't have stocks

To start with the review, home centre products used to be our favourite but the recent purchases I've made have disappointed me enough to raise a complaint. This Jena Armchair was bought 10 months ago, but it started to get worn out within the first 4 months of purchase. Although I've made the complaint, the only response I received was to get it repaired rather than to replace it. I mean, how do I trust that it wouldn't get damaged again after the repair? !

We bought an expensive set of sofa online which upon arrival we requested for an exchange and the call center guys just dont respond. I have the right to get my money back because you did not issue an invoice stating no exchange policy.

But im asking for an exchange and it is being royaly ignored. Just want to share my expeirence.

Loved this place! They have everything I was looking for, or even better. The quality is excellent.

I bought a living room from home center and when I opened it the glass in the lower part of the sofa had some cracks and the leg of the other sofa also was broken. O was trying to reach home center but there is no response.
Last time and I am really regretting the time I bout the sofas from there.

Staff and the call centre are absolutely useless. Customer was informed that the items purchased were going to be delivered and delivery date was mentioned on the receipt. After several attempts to call their appalling and awfully designed call center, they communicated that the items were due for pick up. Definitely won't be buying again unless drastic measures taken to educate and provide staff to communicate in both Arabic and English.

Home Center is a bog name and big company.
However, they should have a better respect for their warranties.it's funny when you buy a coffee table and after one year the paints looks like the table is been used for years, and when i called them they said that the problem can't be covered.

One of the best places to purchase household items. The collection is very good in bed sets, dinning tables, sofas and other decorations items. The prices are on a bit higher side but worth for the quality of products available

I had ordered a cupboard from the dalma mall branch. They had promised to make a delivery between 10am to 2pm today. I had made the purchase on Nov. 14,2019. I'm still awaiting the delivery and the customer service is the worst I've ever faced. Nobody gives a proper response and I'd waited for a long time on hold just to get a unsatisfactory response. Pathetic service by home center customer service! I will never recommend anybody to purchase anything from them any further.

It's a good place. Very popular stores for household items and home decor. They have items in all price ranges but you sure will get decent stuff. Known to give promotion offers frequently, check for their ever changing offers and pick your stuff. Located all over the country, they have plenty of interesting stuff. Home delivery is available if you are within the city. Delivery for remote locations are chargeable, heavily.

Worst customer service, they do not answer the calls, I've called a lot in different timing but no answer. And I am still waiting for my orders that supposed to be delivered today
