Frustrated and disappointed.
Was in the store for a couple of hours. Received nice customer service from two of the salespeople (one person who helped with lamps and paintings. Another person who helped with bathroom items).
But the absolute worst who Sergio, the guy in the bedding pillow section. When I got to that section, he was already assisting one customer and was providing great customer service. While I patiently waited until he was done giving one guy great service, I tested pillows on my own in the section. After Sergio (spelling may be different) finished with one guy, he walked near me, NEVER offered any type of assist to me, nor did he even greet me. I cannot understand why Sergio would provide great customer service to one person then ignore the very next person. This was horrible of him and shameful.

Not recommended to buy dinning set from home center.
I bought bellamy 8 seaters dinning set and 2 chairs were broken. I have requested to buy 2 chairs but they don't have stocks

This the worst experience I had with a supplier don’t respect it’s clients.the money and the time of their client has no value with them.

Good location within Marina mall. Well staffed and stocked. Friendly staff and most items easy to find at great prices. Can do with more signage to find items

Horrible horrible experience at shopping online at Home Center! Costumer service was so disrespectful, not even want to help and see what is the problem, just rejected request, so rude and not professional. I ordered sofa online, I wanted to return but they didn’t even want to help and negotiate.no return policy explaining no invoice given to me, you can’t find solutions for your money given already, literally they fraud you! So unprofessional and bad service for expensive price

The picture is outdated, CenterPoint moved inside the Marina mall building. Splash has view varients compare with Dalma mall branch.

Home centre is temporarily moved inside marina mall main building. The older place was far bigger and well organized. It didn't like the current relocation.

I visited the showroom today in marina mall, we saw this lovely corner couch on sale and a customer service guy called sayed came to us and said this is the last peace with price of 1999. We booked it and 10 seconds later all customer service people gathered around sayed and hide the appear that mentioned 1999 and put a new one of 6999. The guy name Moustafa was arguing that this is a mistake and it’s not for this couch. When we asked him about the original paper he said it’s disappeared.

Now seriously home center because of someone like these sayed and moustafa you have lost 20k as this is our budget for refurnished our home and all from home center. This is fraud and I think you need to investigate your employees attitudes and behaviors as this is totally unacceptable and seriously I will never visit an homecenter again as we received different treat in other competitors locations.

Very bad Deleievry service. I came more than twice to the shop to collect my item. Although i have paid weeks back for the item.
Team are not organize at all!

The delivery workers ignored my request to wash their hands while handling my new white mattress; as a result i have black stains on the sides of the mattress. Very unprofessional behavior.

I don't recommend their delivery service. It was late for 2 hours. I got 2 calls, one said you will receive it from 5-6, then 8 minutes later they said I will receive it from 6-7. Their customer service didnt seem to care that I had other engagements to attend to instead of waiting for their delivery.

Very rude staff especially person called Islam in Marina mall no customer service at all, and very late delivery

This is the largest show room for home centre. It has the latest models arrived, before other branches.

Visited home center in Marina Mall. Terrible poor service and attittude of staff, particularly the gentleman handling wardrobes.

Complained about him to the manager, mr Deepak, he seemed utterly clueless and helpless!
Shocking!

Mr. Mazhar &Mr. Hani they went extra miles and exceeded our expectations.

Some really good options for your home requirements, could find somethings to my taste, which is a little quirky, homely and warm.

All the furniture and soft furnishings and home related stuff you can think of. Decent blend of price and quality. Mid market place which appeals to the aspiring middle classes and cost concious folks. Not the latest in design but relies on appeal of the traditional.

Worst experience ever staff disappears when you ask them abiut something all of them are sleepy and doesn’t want to work

Ideal place, if you're looking to furnish your home.but make sure you go there when they have a sale which happens very frequently.
