Very worse customer service, even they don't respond properly on the reception, if you ask something instead of helping they will behave like you are in animal hospital even animal hospital will be more good tgen here,
Poor staff all over the clinic, just they want to take fee.

I suggested Home health medical centre to all Visting / tourist visa holders (and residence also) without insurance as its affordable, you should bring your original documents for admin purposes

Worst experience ever. Won't recommend to anybody. Not professional at all. Made us wait for hours for nothing.

Main doctors and staffs are good, but xray department is very bad. For taking xray they told me to wait i am waiting morethan 15 mn. Then also no one is taking any action i just checked again and asked them can I come inside they told again 30 mn more needed. I don't know what is going on inside. Doctor and one nurse only inside there is no patient. Then also they whe simply wasting patients time.

Very Poor Experience, support Staffs are careless. They misplaced my emirates id and then blamed me, Manager was cooperative and polite. Overall very bad as a medical staff you cant be that careless.they were always busy in their own discussions. One star only for doctors

I took appointment in person for next day at 12 pm where doctor has given appointments for other patients same time
No value for patients time and no synergy between the staffs very irresponsible being a medical clinic

Affordable heath care facility at Mussafah shabiya area, attentive staffs, hard to find parking during evening hours

Godsend for people without insurance, like people on tourist visa. I visited for my nephew who was on tourist visa, pediatrician was helpful and prescribed medicine.

I went to see a doctor at 7: 55 pm, but doctor didn't accept us, although I called in the morning to check the timing bad service.

Yes it's really a good clinic I use to consult Dr senthil Vadivu she really take good care.when I go to see her I feel like I am going to see one of my family member.
