I had visited @Home Box at Al Wahda Mall and it was amazing experience. Engagement with Dilmi was good, she helped finding me what I required. Customer Service was at peak and was happy choosing this place

I had ordered an item via online and paid the full amount and they informed it will be delivered within a week. After a week they scheduled 18th Jan 2024 10am -2pm. I haven’t received the product by 2 pm and then the customer care gave silly excuses and said will let inform shortly. I kept on following up with them 3 times and they said they won’t be delivering and now it’s 20-01-2024 I haven’t received the product yet and still I haven’t received any call from the customer care and I keep on calling them. I will never ever recommend anyone to Homebox.

One of the worst experience and very bad customer service.
At the billing counter waited for 20 minutes with my 7 month pregnant wife and the lady on the billing counter was not even bothered. When I ask for the billing she replied as "NOT YET". If she can't, then why she waited me for 20 minutes?
I left the shop and drop all the items i have selected for purchase.
There is other counter are available but not working.
Please appoint staff with good attitude. We are coming to your shop for purchase not for BEGGING.

I’m so so so happy really to choose home box of Al wahda mall Abu Dhabi it was amazing customer service from all the team and specially Mr Mahendar he make everything for as from A to Z it was so nice and helpful I wanted to tell him thank you for your efforts and your professionalism it was pleasure to meet you and I will come back for you for sure

It was my second experience with home box Al Wahda Mall, and i am very pleased with them especially mr. MAHENDER who helped me alot, he even goes out of his way by advising and answering my text messages even after working hours.
He is serving customers from heart showing all available options when you want something trying to helps by all means.
Mahender is very polite, friendly, honest and working with passionate.

We purchased the bed set and coffee table along with mattress; but the store after delivering the bed refused to deliver mattress and coffee table with a statement "they don't have in stocks; we apologise" why sold to us when no stock?

They have now 50% cash back on many items

Convenient place for furniture shopping. The staff were nice and friendly especially Rinku who assisted me attentively.

We received good customer service by Mahender who’ve been helpful to us from choosing a the right sofa for our home to checking out. He is very well versed and well trained in his profession.

Worst customer service, worst quality, I bought bed room and many things with total more than 5000 AED and the bed got damaged in 1 month, when I raised complaint they mentioned they said it was misused which is really so funny, to a bed to be damaged in less than 1 month, worst quality I don't advise anyone to buy anything
