The people there is so helpful and patient and can explain the options and the differences between them
I really had bought almost all my needs from furniture to decor, etc from there

Prices is ok but quality is horrible and after sales customer service is even worse. I bought a expensive king size bed that started delaminating and then the main support frame collapsed after 13 months.
After contacting Homes R Us and showing them photos, they advised the warranty was 6 months only and weren’t interested in helping further.
Who buys a bed to only last 6 months?
Worst 7000 AED we’ve ever spent.
They want your money, but zero after sales support or service.
Stay away!

اغراضهم حلوه بس تتكسر بسرعه والصيانه وايد تتاخر ولازم كل شهر تذكرهم واخر شي محد يسوي شي و المواقف لا تكفي

The furniture looks good, but the quality is very bad. Been a month and sofa got broke, the bed which is guaranteed started to bend. The quality of foam is very bad. If at all you want to return and pick other items there will not be too many to choose too.
If anyone looking to buy be very picky. Most of them are just fancy and not built well. Maybe you get the show pieces than furnitures.

Best place for shopping from A to Z, Cheap to expensive range of items are available there for shopping

The collection of furniture is good. But take care when you buy furniture during sales. Not satisfied with the delivered product once.

The worst customer service ever, this is my third time they deliver for me an item and it’s ether broken or missing an item. However, they will deliver the item after a month because it out of stock. You can’t complain to anyone and they won’t return back your money and will ask you to by something else with the amount. I really don’t like dealing with them.

لي رجاء للمتسوقين الانتباه من العروض حيث قبل العرض نفس المبلغ في بعض اللوازم وعند العروض تجدهم يبالغون بالسعر واضافة السعر القديم وتحسب انهم خفضو السلع

Loved the selection and quality but customer service is extremely poor. Terribly understaffed and those in charge have no idea what their selling
