Grill doesn't have the authentic taste, only the steamed momos & dumplings are nice.

Amazing and delicious food.cost effecting also.staff is very polite, prompt and helping.you can organise small parties also there.

Average food, Too Expensive. The way they charge for Food is not Reasonable and not acceptable. Very sad to say

This is one of the branches of Hot Plate restaurant. The food was great and no complaints about that however the dine experience was not so great. The air conditioning of the place wasn’t great at all. It was extremely hot and we were sweating. That is an area that certainly needs work around.

Super yum food at great prices. When the place is packed, it does take time to be served but I guess the food is completely worth trying.

Past many years and yet the taste and price ain’t big much difference compare to other restaurants. A very nice and good place and food quality is just yummy yummy

OK, hear me out, I ordered spicy chicken lollipops and fish, I swear to god it WAS HEAVENLY I genuenly have N. E. V. E. R eaten something soooo good, I highly recommend. Wow I am still shocked at how good it was

Hot plate is one of the best restaurants I found so far for Indo-Chinese food. It is very economical too.
Momos, Fried rice and manchurians were delicious. On my last visit, I tried haka noodles which was also good. I found a Crispy chicken not up to the mark, but all else I tried so far in my two visits so far were scrumptious.

Very tasty momos, specially the dragon chicken momos. Will definitely order again. Only comment about the noodles, ordered the 2 schwezaun noodles but the noodles looked more like hakka noodle.

We ordered chaat which was very terrible. The curd was like its was spoiled or bought the outdated one from bakala. Do not serve such items even to your enemies Mr. Hot plate

We have been ardent fans of Hot Plate food. Our favorite dishes are Tawa fish, Chicken Patiala, Rumali Roti, Butter Naan, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Noodles and Chicken lollipop.

This dishes are extremely delicious. If you haven't been here yet, head straight away!

Great place with excellent food, tidy and clean, Staff is very friendly and helpful. All recommendations.

Poor service. Because of you discussed something with them they will penalize for discussing with them.

No communication among them for party orders. No one will inform others and finally you will end up throwing hell lot of food for nothing.

I will never recommend them for any party orders.

Dine in is another nightmare. For soup and starters they will make you to wait for 45 mins. Then they will fill your table with main course in no time which will become cold and became stale before you come to it.

Once upon a time they were so good. Now their service and food sucks.

Ordered Veg and Non veg Fried rice Schezwan combos along with drums of heaven. Not that tasty and authentic feel.

To me, For sure when I want to reward my self, I treat myself a lovely bovly super duper ultra baltra HOT PLATE meals, I start with chicken corn soup or hot&sower soup, then my main favorites are mixed noddles with butter chicken,
The hospitality there is unforgettable, the staff and the manager make sure that everything is in order and to customers satisfaction.

Good for chinese items however some delicacies might not be as per expectations. Parking issue if u go at evenings. Congested and cramped space

Still the age old furniture n culinary sets feels out dated but menu n taste is classic. Exceptional Indochinese flavor

I love to have different type of menu hence choose to have Chinese food there, it's noodles, fried rice and munchurian is so yummy and delicious, Loved it

Food is typically Indian influenced Chinese food. ALL with thick, dark colored gravy, which is a rarity. We ordered prawns sizzler.heavily coated n fried prawns.with overcooked greens. We also ordered beef with brocoli.same as above. Heavily coated n fried beef and overcooked brocoli floating in very heavy sauce.

Chinese cuisine startled us always. Drums of heaven and the soup.wow. Yummy.yummy. Cabin like arrangement was comfortable inspite of the very small sitting area.

Best Indian Chinese food, if that's even a thing.then this should be the go-to place and there's a very little chance that you'll find the 'real' schezwan fried done better elsewhere.

Great food, delightful service and their Plates are actually Hot when brought of the table *wink*

They even let me customise my beloved 'Chicken fried rice' dish to my linking when dining-in. If only they would let me do it while ordering via zomato i would have been happy to give away the ultimate fifth star.

P.s. The restaurant is quite busy on weekends if getting a takeout best bet is to order an hour earlier.

Worst place.smelly food and very inhospitable staff.all food has colors in it and chicken items smell

The food is really tasty specially Chinese which tastes likes perfect Indo-Chinese and also staff is very good in customer service.

Really good food its tasty and affordable price.with so many dishes. Even small dinner party also we can do sort of 20 person max in same side.

Chinese food yummy specially manchurian, sizzler and noodles. The staff they had earlier was very good and always courteous to the customers. They are maintaining the taste of the food from very long time. They are also serving dishes other than Chinese and they are also tasty

We just like their Indo Chinese dishes. Placed in residential areas and parking is a challenge. We always opt to order for home delivery. However they have decent seating area of u choose to visit.

The food taste very good here. The staff are very helpful and kind. The rates are very reasonable.

We had by far the WORST experience ever in a restaurant at Hot plate.

This restaurant was highly recommended by my relatives who have been living in the Neighbour hood for the past 20-30 years and We were really looking forward to a good Thursday night dinner at the restaurant. But it turned out to be a disaster.

To begin with the Food was of very mediocre quality.
- Very dry Fried rice (was definitely not freshly cooked)
- Tomato soup was loaded with Vinegar and sugar and there was absolutely no taste of tomato!
- American chopsuey was too saucy and had a weird vinegary taste (definitely not eatable)
- Sweet corn soup was barely passable and loaded with corn flour.
- Chicken schezwan noodles was not upto the mark but edible.

This food, taste and quality was absolutely worthless.

But the worst part about it was the manager Mr. Rajpal who didn’t care about the feedback from us and justified himself by saying this is how it tastes and maybe our tastes were different (he didn’t even bother to taste the food). To top it up, he ended up being very rude and abusive in his language.

From what I know this restaurant has had a good reputation for many years but now it looks like they’re just trying to live off their reputation rather than making an effort to serve decent food.

I hope they go back to their original standard but I would never ever want to set my foot again in the restaurant due to the horrendous treatment by the restaurant manager.

A big “NO” to this hotel. Food is average and most importantly the staff is extremely ill mannered. The manager Mr. Rajpal is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never suggest this restaurant even for individual visit.
Please opt for other good hotels in the same vicinity.
