What an attitude of the people sitting over there if these type of people is sitting to take care of the coustmers then thank god we dont need the service.pathetic and very bad attitude of the staff. How rudely they talk to coustmers i am going to make a complaint

The worse phone ever that I took samsung z 3 fold and I bought with it samsung care + when I opened the phone the screen broke in to half they let me pay a service fee for changing the screen on to of the phone value 7000 AED

They should be rated as an Authorized Samsung Services. They have a staff to lookup the matter, proper process in place, you will not find delay due to their resources. Excellent.

Called in to check the price for battery for A8+ spoke with Mr. Omar he does not knows the price so he gave two number to contact

Worst experience ever.should give zero star.
I was there before 7pm but they were already closed and employees infront of store, one of them told me I should've came in no later than 6: 30pm with unpleasant attitude!
I told him we tried to reach them several times earlier today for location and timing but they didn't answer he answered: yes we dont answer the phone because you should call the 800 number, but if this is true why Samsung shared their number with us and asked us to take photo of it (photo attached)
If they answered the phone the whole situation could've been avoided.

We used to drop our phones at Samsung Khalidiya mall branch but now they closed it and we have to deal with small shops hidden in city center with unprofessional guys. Will think a lot before buying our next phones as after sale service is very bad.

Well I called your number and no body knows how much the price is. Im asking for a screen replacement not a repair. I just want to know how much the screen will cost. What they told me that I need to go there and Im 40 min away from your location.

Worst service center. It made me to change my mind about Samsung and from now on I'll not only refrain from buying Samsung products but also I'll not recommend it to anyone else. The service technician didn't not attend to my problem and dealt with me in complete negligence. He even formatted my mobile without my permission. I resorted to complain against him to the online customer care and ironically I didn't get any better attention. They even canceled the repair request without my knowledge.
Note 20 suffers a general malfunction issue which leads to overheating. It's widely known over the media but Samsung is managing by denial and undermining their customers.
I advise anyone who passes through a similar bad experience with Samsung to report to the Customer Protection Division.

I was not happy with Samsung Service centre response.

My new Samsung S20 Ultra had charging issue within 1 week of the phone.

After submitting my phone at this samsung service store.
Front office guy refused to give me a receipt, I was suprised.but somehow I managed to get it from a other frontline officer.

I been told I would get a call in 1 or 2 days, but never got anycall next 5 days.

I went to the service center to collect the phone but.overall experience was much below expectations,

Hope Samsung woulf improve service level update and information transparency to its customer.

They just don't answer any calls. Very professional. I wonder how you guys got the "authorized" tag from Samsung in the first place. Mediocre service center. And no my feedback is not valuable to you so don't bother replying with that. If it was valuable then you guys would've changed for the better, ages ago.

Samsung phones very bad. I don't recommend at all.

I had 2 samsung phones were suddenly died without any warning or signs. The same exact scenario for the both phones. I went to Samsung customer service center. They told me we can't do anything. We are out of solutions. I even didn't wanted my phone to be repaired, I just wanted some of the data stored on my phone. They failed me.

Any one who appreciate the information/data stored on his phone or store important things. Don't trust samsung. Because they also are not responsible as they told me by customer service.

Currently I switched to iPhone, with nokia back up.
As iPhone never had such an issue up to my knowledge. Also suggested by friends and family.iPhone by far more reliable.

Not recommended, never buy Samsung care and get your phone repaired by icell. It's a third party service centre using substandard parts.

Took my phone there to replace a broken screen and since the prices quoted was reasonable, I allowed them to go ahead and replace.

However, when I received the phone I returned it back to them within 5 minutes because the new screen started to come apart. The phone was eventually returned fixed but with so many scuffs to the side.

Very unprofessional job and would never recommend their service.

Taking several days to give initial feed back. They are charging AED 75 for preliminary inspection which is for nothing.

The below reply is just for formalities. I called that number and they said it's technical support call center. Please call me back.

I had contacted the service center three separate times on the exact same issue with my phones moisture sensor tripping for no reason and a cracked screen which voided my warranty. I was hoping to be met with helpful employees which will be able to find a good solution to my issue.

The first time I went there I was told that the price for repair would be 1150 AED in total 950 for the screen and 200 for the charger repair.
Then I called a second time as I was unsure of whether to leave my phone with them or not.

The second time I inquired about the price I was told that it is 1300 AED 1000 for the screen and 300 for the charger. I immediately called them out on it and asked to make sure of the price and told them it that it was 1150,950 for the screen and 200 for the charger.

The third time, the day I came to drop off my phone, I was met with a different price 1200.
I left my phone there for the original repair price of 1150.tl;dr: If you go there to repair your phone out of warranty be aware that the employees will attempt to inflate the price to pocket some of the money.

Authorized Service center for samsung. Avoid the filipinos inside. Go directly to the other staffs. They all are super helpfull and will solve your issue.

Service is really slow, staff doesn’t care if you’re waiting as long as they’re able to finish the conversation and laughs between them.

Always short staff members and slow with dealing.

The help desk support is pathetic n the location has too many Samsung hoarding shop so have max chances of missing the outlet for first timers

The worst customer experience ever. I'm a samsung customer for 10 years and only after dealing with these people have I thought of switching. Samsung should do something about providing the customer experience along with their products.
