I really want to thank Dr. Samhar Salam for his professionalism and approach to each client. He does everything very efficiently, quickly and painlessly, and he gets along with the children and my nephews, as afraid as they are of dental treatment, wanted to go to him without any problems. Plus he can speak Russian. Thank him so much for healthy teeth

I very rarely write reviews. But since I myself have been looking for a doctor for a long time who I can trust with my teeth, I understand that I must share my opinion and leave a review. It will be useful for those living in Abu Dhabi. I advise you to have your teeth treated and cleaned by Dr. Samhar Salama. The doctor did an excellent job, it was easy to communicate (he speaks and understands Russian perfectly). During the appointment, he gives recommendations and discusses the course of further actions, what we will do next. In general, I recommend)

سيء للغايه موعدي ١١ ونص وصلت قبل الموعد و قعدت انتظر ساعه! مافي اي التزام في المواعيد unacceptable,
I waited more than hour to see the doctor while I have an appointment!

One of the worst among the capital when it comes to respect patients time and conditions, no matter you booked previous appointment or not, you will never see the doctor before waiting at least 2 hours.

I am delighted with the way Dr. Samhar works. If he moves to the moon, we will still only go to him for treatment. I had poorly done root canals about ten years ago. Recently I started having huge health problems. After a hundred doctors and studies, they suggested that the cause was in the teeth (it turns out that this often happens). One of the best clinics in Amsterdam said that these teeth need to be removed. Dr. Samhar opened and cleaned the canals. He uses a special furnace to melt root canal fillings so that there are no voids in the canal. X-rays of the tooth were taken five times during this procedure. The doctor does everything using binocular glasses. He has a dental microscope in his office. He is a top-level professional. My terrible headaches are gone forever. Many thanks to the doctor!

Dr Jomana Ahmed (consultant Gynecologist) is the most welcoming, respectful and most professional physician I have ever dealt with, always caring for her patients and advising them in the best way she can, I appreciate her efforts and support to me during my therapy with her

Big Thanks to your Physio Therapist Cher Ami Arellano and for your Ortho Dr. Ala who referred me your PT. I did 6 sessions for my knee theraphy. When I came I have knee pain and limping but NOW, I can run and jump just like before.

I love the ambiance of the clinic and its super clean. But sometimes when I call them, no one is answering just like today (3-4-22). Since 9am until now I'm calling but no one is answering.

Physiotherapists take their time to provide treatment using a variety of machines, not like other centers that use only hot packs and TENS. Also special gym and they help with exercises.

Highly recommended medical center. Staff and nurses are very accommodating and doctors are well experienced. While the facilities are clean and organised.

خدمه سيئة جدا عدم مصداقيه بس مع انو الدكتور كتير شاطر دكتور هشام العظام اتصلت اليوم في البداله وحده مغربيه في الريسبشن قالت لي هو لغى كل المواعيد وما اجى وقبلها بساعه اتصلت عليهو النيرس تقولي موجود لين الساعه ١ونص اما الرجال المغربي الريسبشن قالي اياها واضحه هو موجودة

I had an allergy on my skin and the doctor asked me to do a blood test to milk the insurance company

EDIT: It's clear from their replies that they lack basic customer service. And let me elaborate on my review. Skin allergy does not require undergoing a blood test, my main concern is why I was asked to do blood test in the first place.

I had the Hydrafacial done here and it was horrible, it didn’t do anything for my face, in fact I got white heads on my face the next day. If you’re planning a facial, go to a better place!

Disappointed! 1st Dr Ruth (GP) sent me to 4th floor to a Doctor who is on vacation without even informing me that she is referring me to another Dr.i went there and the Nurse was confused and told me to go back and ask the Dr to change the Dr name i thought that will solve the problem and i will get the treatment, unfortunately after they corrected and printed another referral sheet again they said the Dr will be available after 5: 30 pm Only.why in the first place the Dr didn't check who is available or not? Why unnecessarily i went through all this steeps just to be told to come after 1 Hr. Thank you i will never visit your hospital again.

Its was vary bad experience I visited Dr sobhoia after waiting 2 hours then dr told me your insurance not accepted however i asked the Moroccan lady in the reception if incase my insurance not cover let me know bad staff they don’t know how to work no customer service even sorry didn’t said i will never come back to this medical

This is my first time I came to this center and I knew it was nice by the managers greeting and she took me by herself to the physiterapy and she was professional and helpful and I want to thank the physiotherapist Modasser. He is also professional. I recommend everyone to go to this center.

للاسف اتصلت من رقمين 4 مرات واضغط الرقم واحد للتحدث باللغه العربيه وتطلعلي وحده تتكلم انجليزي اكلمها ماترد علي!

A couple days ago, I was looking for an experienced dr.for my son’s circumcision then I was recommended by some friends to contact your Med. Center. Everything went good and the surgeon sounds to be professional even though he’s speechless but he’s an excellent dr. One more thing I would like to add, that I was really impressed by the bilingual guy in front desk who’s dealing with more than one person meantime, answering everybody’s inquiries (with a smile), there were an elegant nice lady ~looks like a supervisor~ She’s greeting ppl herself the thing that we can’t get elsewhere. I got to know that it’s a complete Medical Center w/ all specialties. I think, am gonna consult an endocrinologist if u've got one. Thx

تجربتي كانت سيئة في الانتظار علما بأني أتيت قبل الوقت بعشر دقايق وانتظرت دوري ساعه ونصف والأشخاص المتواجدين كانوا مستائين

Ibn Al nafees staff is very helpfull, patient, specially Mr shareef in the reception, dr Omar hamdy and Dr Tareq Gandor. Very happy with them

انا تابعت حمل٣ مرات داخل ابوظبى مع دكاتره مختلفين وكنت محظوظه انى تابعت اخر مره مع دكتوره جومانا بمركز ابن النفيس بصراحه تجربه الحمل معاها مختلفه صبوره جدا وبتسمع كويس للمريض وتوضح كل شىء بطريقه مبسطه وشاطره جدا وزوق وبتخاف على المرضى بتوعها وتنصح بادوية ممتازه

Our experience here was superb. It only took us less than 45 minutes unlike in the first hospital I've been where we waited for more than 2 hours. Dra. Zarah, her nurse and receptionist were all very professional but still gave light approach and positive vibes. What made it more worthwhile was the very low rate they charged to their patients.

The facility is very clean and the staff are very approachable, It is the best medical center to go when you seek medical attention. Specially podiatry department. ادارة سيئة ، تجربة فاشلة ، العروض ليست صحيحة ، عملت بوتكس على الخصم دفعت اكتر من اي مركز اخر و نفس جودة المنتج ، طبعا مديرة المركز كلامها كان unprofessional تهدد بالقول عند الرتوش لا تتكلمي مع الدكتورة بحدية لانها من الممكن ان تمتنع عن عمل رتوش او تعمل لك من غير نفس (تخرب وجهك) ، عند ذهابي للدكتورة صبحية تعاملت معي كاني جاي اعمل ببلاش ، طريقة الكلام كانت باسلوب غير جيد ، رفضت تعمل رتوش ببادىء الامر بحجة لست بحاجة ، مع العلم ليست اول مرة اعمل بوتكس ، وبعد اصراري وضعت نقطة فقط لتنتهي من زيارتي بحسب قولها (مش فاضية عندها زبائن).

Very good and qualified doctors, im impressed with the pediatric doctor mr. Sayed who knows what he is doing and the Pakistani GP doctor mr. Qureshi.very experienced. Nurses are also very good and professional.
BUT on the other hand pathetic time management, no appointment system for majority of the doctors specially in dermatology and orthopedic department. Me and my wife waited more than 1 hour to see the doctors, my wife got a 10 minutes unsatisfactory diagnosis but no diagnosis at all when my wife has a swear eczema and for me after waiting for more than 1 hour, the doctor left and didnt even see me. Bravo
This was a really bad experience and it is pushing me to look for a different medical center.

Season 1 (23/01/2020) : I have raised a complaint about my unpleasant experience with Ibn Nafees Medical Center.
I have a received an entertainer “birthday offer” for a “complimentary carbon peeling”. I have called them, mentioned that I wanted to avail myself of my entertainer voucher and I was (eventually) given an appointment (after three calls and promises to call me back that were not fulfilled).
I arrived there. The reception redeems my voucher, but then realise that I am not already one their patient so they ask me to pay for the full price, mentioning that the complimentary carbon peeling was reserved only for their existing patients.
We then have a nice conversation on what “complimentary” means, and they have an original idea of the word that you will not find in the dictionary.
I ask to speak to the manager. Eventually they call Ms. Fadwa who is not very nice, as she might have been driving and busy, and she concludes: “This is a mistake from Marketing. There is nothing I can do. You can stay and pay or else you can go, you have the choice”.
So in a nutshell, the advertising is not only misleading (it states nowhere that the carbon peeling is complimentary only for existing clients/patients), or slightly DECEPTIVE but it is just a FLAT OUT LIE.
The management said they would investigate and revert with a solution and call me back first thing in the morning: the fact is that they have not. Nor did the entertainer.
JUST RUN AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!

Season 2 (23/01/2020) : Following my complaint earlier this morning, Ms. XXXXX called me back and we talked for ten minutes. I expected a constructive dialogue and a resolution to my problem. I certainly did not get that. This person raises her voice on me, insists that I did not read properly the conditions of the entertainer voucher, and that the marketing department is responsible and will call me back with the explanation that she cannot provide.
I have mentioned that until now, nobody showed me in writing the conditions you claim are announced (complimentary offer limited to existing clients). Nobody told me on the phone when I booked my appointment of those conditions. And nobody was able to point them out to me when i was at reception yesterday,
I mentioned to her that I did not understand then the reason of her call: if she is not calling to make peace, to explain and demonstrate that i made a mistake in reading the offer, that why was she calling at all?

She said (4 or 5 times that her job was to call me, that is why she did it). I told her, look, may be it would be good if you called to say you were sorry about my experience with Ibn Nafees, sorry that you felt that you were not treated fairly and that you wasted your time.

She got infuriated and hung up on me: I have been responsible for client relationships for more than 30 years and nobody tells me how to do my job! Bye!

Seriously? Please! I don't need calls like this! Wish you good luck.really!

من أفضل المراكز الطبية في الدولة. طاقم عمل متكامل من الاستقبال الى فريق التمريض و الأطباء أصحاب الخبرة الواسعة. الاستاذ شريف من الاستقبال دائما سباق لجعل الزيارة واجراءات التسجيل سريعة و عملية. والدكتور علاء الدين ابراهيم ولله الحمد كتب الله الشفاء على يده بعد معاناة ٦ أشهر من الم المعدة. شكرا لكم على جهودكم في الارتقاء بالقطاع الصحي في الدولة وعلى انسانيتكم وطيب تعاملكم

تقولي من اول وانا اقرر هو الواحد عنده كام نصف ساعه فاليوم فاضيه عشان يضيعها ويروح مكان تاني

الاثنين الموافق ل١٨ نوفمبر ٢٠١٩ وانا في قاعة الانتظار في قسم العظام بالطابق الرابع استنى الدكتور طارق. المهم في الريسبشن مفيش حد نهائيًا ولا اَي حد في الاستقبال لمدة تفوق ٣٠ دقيقة! الان فقط قام موظف اسمه أفران من قسم ثاني بمساعدتي و قام بإجراء مكالمات واستفسر عن سبب عدم وجود اَي موظف بالاستقبال

Their laser hair removal machine is the best hands down! Only a handful of sessions and they haven't came back!

I was waiting outside and the patient who came before me has long gone. It took a while before they called me inside the clinic and then once they called me in, the GP doctor spent most of her time on phone calls. It was a horrible experience and then when she finally ended the call; the person she was speaking with on the line was not satisfied and just came into the clinic - they talked and discussed about some event they are sponsoring etc. Then when she got to me, she just asked some questions and then transferred me to another doctor. I wanted to have lab examinations but she told me to to those next time when I come back. I never came back having endured such dreadful treatment.

I have seen one of the doctors in Ortho.they are extremely slow and does not care much about the patients.asked me to do CT from a hospital where machine is not working properly and I found it so hard to shift my case. They were extremely ignorant for the patient.that he might have to recover fast so work can be resumed.they work with their own snail pace.not recommended.

It is one of the best medical center in Abu Dhabi where the best quality of Healthcare services are offered to everybody. Their doctors and staffs are highly qualified to deliver their utmost patient care. They don't just treat your illnesses but they care for your wellbeing and value your satisfaction. I'm proud to be a part of this medical center since 2008. I highly recommend to everybody especially to my kabayans! ️

The Location was accessible and they have complete speciality doctors like derma, cosmetic, ortho and soon, aside from that they have also lab ang physiotheraphy dept.all in one roof, plus friendly and accomodating staffhighly recommended this facility to everyone! Keep it up
