Had an appointment at around 5: 30 with pediatrician Dr Mohammed and we were there by 5: 25.by 5: 45 the receptionist is informing that doctor cancelled your appointment for no valid reason. Now I understand why this clinic is empty always.respect people’s time

لا يوجد أي اهتمام من موظفة الاستقبال إذا المركز يغلق الساعة 10مساء وانا دخلت المركز الساعة 9.25 مساء ولا يوجد أحد في المركز غير موظفة الاستقبال وشخص جالس وسمعت الرد منها لا يوجد وقت وسيغلق المركز.
واكتشفت إنها تفكر بالخروج وليس بالعمل كموظفه بالاستقبال.
كان هذا بتاريخ 15/5/2023
اللى نعرفه بالقانون حتى لو باقي من الوقت 5دقايق واي احد يدخل المركز يأخذ له كأجراء طبي وليس هدف مالي وشكرا

The Indian girl in reception she doesn't know how to speak over the phone. 2.3's a time telling her (Salam Alikum) she's answering (Yes, tell me) (Salamalikum), (yes, tell me).
If someone is sick, he will be more sicker

Dr. Mazen, the dermatologist, is really patient and professional. I had been visiting him for the acne treatment and he explained everything clearly in each session I had with him.

Poor quality service. I took my little son with severe painful in his ear.they rejected him under the context of, the Dr.fully booked and can not him.

GP facility is very good doctors are very good and concern. There must be an internal medicine facility here.

My daughter was sick and urgently we need a bathroom, we where in al reef downtwon.
The lady in the reception told me that the bathroom is out of order she was very mean and unprofessional she even didn’t look at me. Then i went to the pharmacy near asking for bathroom, there was a Super polite and gentle Lady (Sudani) i told her what happened. She took me with my daughter again to the center and she gave them a lesson in Humanity. Then she let me in, and my daughter used the bathroom (it wasn’t out of order).
I hope you find a gentle and professional receptionist beautiful the one there are rude.

Your doctor that was with my 8 year old today was so unprofessional and the room was dirty she has zero bedside manners and spoke over me the full time ly daughter wasn’t feeling great and she had zero tolerance towards her I wouldn’t recommend this doc for kids at all!

People on reception not willing to help at all, even with appointments you have to wait for a long hours to get your turn

It was a major inconvenience because the clinic's system didn't accept the insurance. Whereas the insurance company themselves verified it to them that the insurance is covered at Ibn Sina. Some of the staff at the front desk are tough to communicate with. Having to explain the same thing over and over is pretty annoying. However, one the philipina staff tried to help out as much as she could. She understood what we were asking for. It was easier to communicate with her. The nurses are caring and friendly.

Very poor service, visit to Dr. Shehzeen Fazal was very disappointed, not recommend at all to anybody

Very unprofessional doctors and very mean with zero respect to patients. I came with severe pain during the day, I took an appointment at 4 she examines me at 4: 10 and I asked for a sick leave she refused to give me one cause her duty finishes at 5 pm and she doesn't have time to do it as she is in a hurry. This is our community clinic what respect of such doctors to patients. Because of her precious time she refers me to drive 25min to another hospital to take a sick leave as she is in a hurry. What a great service and seriously I am speechless. But I will make sure to fill a complaint with Seha authority for such an incident.

The premium PCR service is a SCAM! They advertise that you will get the result within 4 hours. I got my result after 18 hours. After multiple complaints, and talking to some unprofessional receptions I am still waiting for my money back.
They talk about consumer rights, but its just a piece of paper that means nothing to them. At the entrance they have a number for complaints which is not even updated. If you call the number, you will speak to a former manager that has felt the clinic 3 years ago! They don't even deserve the 1 star.

Small center but they have all the necessary services for the Alreef community. They have good offer for remove hear liser and recently after demand they have PCR test Premium which you can get your results within 4 hours.

Absolutely HORRIBLE, I have done some tests cause I was feeling fatigue, I called back 5 times to check why the doctor didn't call me back, every time it's some variation of "he will call you soon" in a very vague manner, he never did, a week or so later I call and they tell me they need to redo the tests because the duration of the call back is over, I am exhausted and they don't care, highly advise everyone to stay away from there to save time and well being

Unprofessional and Inaccurate Information.

The website says they open at 8am, then once you enter the webpage and you read closely you will see that they start at 9am. Spoke to the receptionist who said doctors will only arrive at 10: 30.

Special thanks to Dr Sanaa, I went there with several problems because of bad treatment from another doctor but Dr Sanaa solved these problems as if they weren't

We live in Reef and we are really happy to have a great dentist like Dr. Sana. She is amazing. She always does a great job, explains well and treat everyone nicely. We feel relieved to have her.

The reception staff is extremely bad at their job. Every single time I have arrived for a PCR test they give me an estimated waiting period of 15 minutes, which is fine. The 15 minutes then turns to 20 then 30 and finally an hour and every time I go to ask when my turn will come I watch as people who arrived after me enter within the span of 2 seconds. They don't know how to manage simple things like arranging ID's in order of arrival. When I question them and ask what's taking so long they reply with "it's crowded please wait". Today's experience is the reason I give this place a one star. After asking 15 times over the span of an hour when my turn was coming, the whole waiting area had emptied and I was left and the receptionists excuse was "she called out my name and I didn't reply". As I was sitting someone next to me uttered that not only was this the worst clinic in Abu Dhabi but also the whole country. I'll be sure to donate 50 DHS to the hiring fund as its clear you need new staff. Your customers are not happy.

Dr. Eman is very professional and kind. I like her way of approaching the kids, make them feel comfortable and having a fun during check up. She is very detailed in explanations and has an open communication with the parents. Highly recommend!

Reception staff took over 1h to input my data for a pcr test. The place was chaos this morning.

Very slow service, the staff is unhelpful and very slow to fix the problem that they make, go somewhere else

Very clean Good doctors good everything except reception need to speed up the process. Am sure they are working hard but the process takes long time.maybe add more staff at reception.as a patient’s we don’t want to stand in Queues

Great facility, I have been seeing Dr Sana the dentist since the clinic opened 3-4 years ago. Very professional and experienced, just as good if not better than any dentist I have visited in the UK. Highly recommend

I must share great expirience with peadtrician Dr. Eman Askar in Ibn Sina Medical Center. She helps my baby a lot and solve big problem. She is clever, with patience and understanding for lot my questions. She worry about patients call me and check is everything ok, always in details explained everything. When I visit her I left clinc with smiley and confidence.
She is great doctor, great person and I must tell God bless her.
Ibn Sina sholud be proud because they have this doctor.

Sana Sellami is the greatest dentist I have met being over 7 years in this country. She is absolutely professional and experienced as both me and my husband were coming back to her for teeth extractions, fillings and cleaning. All the time she did great job. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sana for everybody.

It was my first time actually getting dental work done and the Dr made it an experience I wouldn't forget. All the staff were friendly and easy to work with and I would go again hands down every time

The place is and staff is very helpful and friendly the doctors there care about your health and the clinic is located in a good place for those in reef and the surrounding areas. They have good gp doctors I go there when my ids acts up and Dr. Sindhoo always knows how to fix me up. She’s always friendly and such a knowledgeable doctor I always follow up with her when something is wrong

I had a very good experience with Dr. Sindu. She is a really excellent doctor. What I like most is her way of dealing patients with attention and care.

One of the worst Medical Center in UAE in terms of behavior and attitude, starting from the bad behavior of receptionist not being able to organize an appointment, after several calls and cancel my appointment, impolitely she said I will tell one day before only!
Doctor didn't complete the first part of RC procedure and receptionist insist to pay for that first part fully, and when I told her I will meet the doctor to tell you that it's not finish, she said doctor already busy with other patient and then chatting me impolitely; "I am the acting manager of Ibn Sina Medical Center", really disappointed.
I requested the Medical report and planning to raise the complain to HAAD Authority

One of the worst medical centers I visited ever since I opened my eyes in Abu Dhabi. Starting from the receptionist who seemed to hit the panic button just by attending to 3 patients! Moreover, she was so rude talking on the phone in her native language about more patients coming in (us) thinking she could complain in disguise when we understood what she was saying. Next, we were told to wait until the doctor is available after attennding to the 3 patients who “apparently” had appointments. Then, after about 20 minutes of waiting, we were informed to come back tomorrow because the doctor is too busy and is expecting more “imaginery” appointment patients. It is pathetic calling yourself a medical center when you do not know how to treat your patients professionally! Finally, just as positive word of mouth and feedback ensures more customers to a buniness, I am certain that negative feedback and 1 star will ensure sick patients needing care avoid visiting a “so called” medical center where the staff in “white coat” have no time to see additional patients and are in a rush to close the medical - perhaps to reach home on time and not miss their favorite soap opera!
