Ikea swedish food market at the Al Wahda Mall has the worst service provider. Inefficient people at the counter and delivery

The food in the small cafeteria is terribile. Tables offered to dine in are dirty. Lack of supervision

Items are good but the food is terrible even the Ice Cream. The 2 dirhams Ice cream at Mc Donald’s is way better but I don’t buy at Mc Donald’s now so I tried to find an alternative.

Its fantastic and I like to go always there good restaurant and good team of customer service is really helpful

A very nice and fairly large store where you can find everything you need. A wonderful dining room inside with very reasonable prices, where you can try a very tasty Swedish dish - meatballs with potatoes and cranberry sauce. The staff is very polite and always ready to help.

During my visit on 07/10/2023, I encountered a situation that left me somewhat disappointed. I believe in constructive feedback, so I wanted to bring this matter to IKEA attention.

While the majority of my experience was positive, there was an instance where I noticed what appeared to be negligence. I went to planning desk for my specific requirement for my room, the leady who was at planning desk was in phone. I waited for her attention but she was continously talking. After waiting long time I left from the place.

I understand that we all have off days, and I'm confident that this was an isolated incident. Nevertheless, it's important to maintain the high service standards IKEA is known for.

I'm sharing this feedback not to complain but to help improve the overall experience for IKEA customers. I have always appreciated the quality and value of your products, as well as the commitment to customer satisfaction.

I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration and used to further enhance the excellent service that IKEA is known for.

It’s the only downtown branch of IKEA. Looks small from outside but it’s big enough for all your Quick Purchases. Yes, no ikea shopping is complete without grabbing a snack or something to eat. They do have it here too. It opens from 9am - 11pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9am to 12am from Friday to Sunday.

Wow, it is not just a store it's a full town full of houses. If you trying to get furnitures to you home or trying to decorate it your can find everything here

First time visiting Wahda mall branch and the last time ofcourse. The staff are so rude that made me wait for 30 minutes to allow me to ask for the prices as they were busy chatting with each other.
Once my turn finally arrived (even though there was no customers with them) they were talking to me as if I am someone who wont be buying that I had to actually look at the guy and ask him what do I look like to you?

I feel bad for your staff. They need a lot of education. Good Luck.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with 2 amazing customer service agents at IKEA Al Wahda Mall in AbuDhabi, Idris & Manisha. I must say I was throughly impressed with their exceptional service. They were efficient, effective and went above & beyond to ensure my needs were met. They demonstrated a deep understanding of the products and services they were supporting and Idris was able to think outside of the box to provide solutions that made things easier for me.
Their efforts have left a lasting impression on me and I would like to acknowledge and appreciate their excellent work.

One of the best stores in Al Wahda Mall. Highly good quality products and most of the items are affordable. Ikea is always offering a lot of deals for the customers so better to be their member to get all the notifications. I also like their 5 Dirham Cappuccino which is Surprisingly very good and better than from lot of other expensive Cappuccinos in other cafés. You must try it.

THE SMALLEST IKEA IN UAE, BUT U CAN FIND GOOD STUFF, THEY ALSO HAVE SMALL CAFE. THE SHAWARMA IS GOOD AND CHEAP PRICE. I JUST WISH THEY WILL HAVE WIDE AREA.

Very nicely located. Great products. Service is non existent. Staff are not helpful and can't find the product you need even though it's available in the store. Sorry for the poor review.

Not huge, but good enough outlet within the city instead of driving out far to the bigger outlet.

I had ordered chocolates and it’s still with not delivered. If food delivery is delayed, then how can we place ordered further with frozen or fresh food from IKEA Food Online?

The exchange policy is horrible! You have to think one million times before purchasing any thing, because if you just open the package to see it you’ll be unable to exchange even in the same day! Nowadays you can return clothes within 30 days why can’t I return a fabric or a furniture easily! Just change your packaging to a non sealed one! It’s not a medicine! Really disappointed!

Totally waste of my time. Very small and everything is just random and hard to focus on what you are looking for. Too small. I would prefer to drive to the one in Yas Island its the real IKEA.

Great little Ikea, they have all the basics, and can order what they don't have, I recently found out they have meatballs there! So I don't have to drive all the way to Yas to get them haha!

I really like this place.always they have promotions for furniture and home appliance. Small compered with other IKEA branches but you don't feel that because it's very well organized. The food corner for snacks is the best.you will find good quality food and cheap.

Amazing place to shop, but worst place in terms of customer service experience. People are behaving as if they are doing a favour by standing there. Rude and arrogant behavior by Mr Ahmed and mr Ali made us feel like we did mistake by asking for clarification about a product's specifications. Deeply saddened how such a nice brand hires incompetent staff marring the customer experience.

Employees are very rude, they don't have any manners how to answer the queries, they are more irritated.

Worst experience in the service of (click and collect), first i called customer service to prepare my order to be picked, they told me the line is busy call again. Then when i reached to the area to receive the order, i had to pull my car and go to the office! What a waste of time, we choose (click and collect) to make out life’s easier not worser!

The worst Ikea I ever had service from. I ordered curtains with installation, The delivery team came super late and they didn’t bring the stitched curtains and the fixed only rods and the curtains never arrived!

Less goods compared to other major outlets. But obviously it serves the purpose for an outlet within a mall.

This is a smaller IKEA shop than the one in Yas, but this has a good scope of products. They also have a frozen food section and cafeteria. My family and I will always stop here if we go to the mall.

It's crowded with things in a relatively small area, so it is difficult to see how the products are organized. It's OK if you can't or don't want to go out to Yas Island. But you need to go to Yas Island if you want to get the proper IKEA experience.

Good for getting the smaller items, some bigger stuff are available but you have to check with their co-workers. Layout is cramped and it can be crowded during the night, weekends, or holidays - quite difficult to get someone to assist you.

A must visit shop if you are in this mall. You will get good product for your home needs and with DYI fun, quality is also good.

Limited range of things to choose from. It's basically a mini Ikea store. Place.is too small.

As usual nothing is there to comment about IKEA. The innovative ideas shop with fair policies

For quick shoppers. Unlike the one in Yass Island, this is small one which will cater limited number of customer at a time as the premises are not so spacious. However, you may find almost all items which are under IKEA’s monopoly. Eg.the daily usage cheap and best households. As usual, if you have planned for a casual visit and look around, definitely will end up with a purchase valued up to 300 to 500 dhs. This is IKEA’s value all around the world.
