IKEA Abu Dhabi

Ikea uae sucks. Their call center specifically is the worst and most useless call center I’ve ever called in my life. Just a replacement for 1 drawer is a hassle not worth buying. Their products are flimsie and easily broken. Wish I never purchased from there

It’s my second or third time ordering online and it is ridiculous! This is absolutely based on my experience, it might be good for you but for me, it's very traumatizing.

1. The application is so hard to navigate. When you checked out there’s no way to check your order like every app has. No order history, no editing of address, no telephone numbers, nothing.
2. You have to wait for their email for the confirmation which is a problem for some of us customers that don’t really check it.
3. I choose the delivery between 10 am to 3 pm which is fine for that day and time. I called them before 3pm and asked where’s my order and only to find out that I have error with my number. Nevertheless, I changed the number with the correct one and requested a time of delivery to 3pm to 10pm since they will deliver it the next day.
4. They knew that I requested the time of delivery but they were calling me at 11am which I didn’t answer because I was in a meeting and my phone was charging. I called the courier back after few hours and they told me that they can’t deliver it anymore because the schedule was supposed to be between 10am to 3pm. Called Ikea customer service not once but 5-6x. Keep insisting to deliver it the following day (which is already the 3rd day) but I already refuse and instead wanted a full refund.
5. So up to this day, no emails, no refund from Ikea.

It was the worst online delivery I had here in the UAE.

It’s a great place to get furniture for your house. They can decorate your house from A to Z.
You can find things with good prices and other things expensive.you can find very good deals and offers.they also have a restaurant and Swedish products.

The staff don’t know everything.
I asked one of them about a mirror if it sticks to the wall he said yes, then after I went home I found out that it doesn’t stick to the wall

I wish they open the loading parking which are closed for some reason, specially if you have big and heavy items and you park far from the exit which normally happens in weekends when the nearest parking are occupied.

As usual, it’s a bit confusing to shop in IKEA, I believe it’s a strategical marketing, nevertheless, the quality of items were good, except for a children’s table that we couldn’t assemble due to screws malfunction and we’re stuck with it now: (

Quick stop over for lunch at IKEA. Kids like the concept of conveyor belt, so to speak. Good variety of foods z reasonably priced. We were also entertained by kids singing and dancing downstairs at the play area!

Ikea products are good, as long as you're not moving the furniture or shifting houses.

Ideal place for home starters to fulfill the requirements for the dream house within the budget. Modern designs, a to z variety from bedroom to garden at reasonable price. Huge warehouse Equipped with decent restaurant facilities, good place even for family day outing

Nice place to get an ideas to refurnish your home and buy.don't forget to have your male from the restaurant there.

Bought a mattress online for around 700 aed and found out the very next day that they discounted that same item by 50%. When I asked for price adjustment, a very unhelpful woman called that they can do nothing to help or compensate and that’s just life. Worst and most useless online customer service. Super disappointed and angry about this.

Ver bad service I’ve buy a kitchen and I have to work with them till they complete it. No coordination between sale team and home delivery team

Went there to scout for furniture arrangement ideas, matching items, and of course, to have a meal. Always a pleasurable experience.

For the shopping festival promotion, I selected items for delivery online. It was only at checkout that I was informed all of the items were out of stock. It would be better if the pages were updated so you would know what was out of stock.

Same as ever. If you've been to one before you'll know what to expect. Wide range of everything to do with the home at good prices. Restaurant is good, reasonably priced food, and the food shop had a nice selection of products.

Very huge showroom for furniture, household and all other instruments. The items available in various ranges of quality, price and models.

Really worth each penny you are spending. Restaurant with delicious food items are available on the top of the showroom.

Loved the visit. A well organised shop which makes shopping a good experience. Sanitizing was applied all times.

One of my favorite place to buy a furniture and decoration for my home. Its prices are affordable. What I like more about my shopping experience that at the end you can treat yourself with a tasty Shawarma or creamy milky ice cream, or other sweet cakes and pastries which are very cheap. Also, there is a resturant in the second floor that lets you fuel you battery after having shopping for long hours.

Recently, enjoyed an IKEA breakfast for only Dhs 5 excluding coffee, and meat balls half price for IKEA Family card holders. The new mini baguette for Dhs 1.50 is amazing and freshly made everyday.

Visited ikea yas island store as the team who assembled the 2 beds and the 6 partitions custom closet forgot or neglected to put the white round stickers to cover the screws.in all previous orders the products would come with these stickers inside so that black screws do not show on white furnitures.i went and explained this to staff at yas.they told me such stickers come in the package and to go get spare stickers from customer service.i met Munir the supervisor standing at customer service.i explained and told him i needed these stickers.in stead of being friendly and apologize for the team messing up, he kept me waiting over 20 minutes with zero benefit and such an unkind, cold and almost arrogant attitude.he had the absurd courage to open the product catalog to show me that stickers are not part of the inventory or parts that come with the product.what logic is that? Given his attitude i asked him to open the micke desk catalogue which i assured came with stickers and of course stickers were not listed in the inventory for the desk package.really nonsense.having proven him wrong was not enough.he kept me waiting for more time for him to go and  find the staff who had told me that the stickers come in the package. 20 minutes after, he comes back empty handed and says i should go and buy the stickers separately.and this is supposed to be a supervisor trained in how to deal with people? Worst experience ever.outrageous!

You can eat and take coffee while shopping in a very affordable price.
I get my ground bran coffee from there and it's so good and it's price is very affordable

Food used to be reasonably priced & tasty at IKEA. It seems to have changed. We had roast chicken, which was dry & been sitting out clearly for a while. Potatoes were cold, green beans undercooked & cold. Gravy, tasteless & luckily warm.
Our daughter had the meatballs which were cold & hard, like rocks. The wooden cutlery couldn't cut through them. Pretty awful experience. Won't bother eating there again. Prices also seem to have gone up.

One of the best places in Abu Dhabi to buy everything you need for your home and for yourself. Top products with confidence. It has restaurants, a coffee shop, and a section for general food, sweets and juices. Try them and you will not regret them. They are confident.

I visited both IKEA branches in Abu Dhabi.the smaller one located within Al Wahda Mall in the city And the Super big one located on Yas Island. Both were good and your visit there really depends on what you are lookimg for!

Famous IKEA quality products and professional staff. Comfortable temperature for kids and those who are sensitive to extreme temperatures.

You can find home items for reasonable price. They have good customer service and the best part is the hotdogs and ice cream.

My favourit place in yas island to have a good meal and also to buy house hold very large building thats gonna make you roam around to get out which good if you see something you wanna buy you just grabe it and pay at the cashier at the exit.

I like the location, and all items from ikea.
You can find great stuff and with the ikea family members you get a great offer too. It’s close to Yas mall so you can continue shopping for their thing after you get what you want from Ikea.

What can I say, this place is well known worldwide and goes without saying, everybody loves this place but definitely if you like getting hands on with your furniture installation this is definitely the place to go, but also they do provide the service of installation with efficiency in prices and quality, and probably one of the best things at this place is that you can customize your home the way you want to the last details

Now the Christmas season is upon us there are a lot of red coloured products in IKEA. Also there are fresh Christmas trees which cost around 350 dhs. The food is also tasty and economical. Surprised to see Indian dishes also this time. Since we visited during the weekend there was a good amount of people in the store. Ample parking is available in front of the store. Another attraction is the Yas mall which is only a walkable distance from the Ikea store.

Good home collection. Must visit shopping place. 1 Dhiraham ice cream and French fries with mayo are must eats here.

A fascinating shopping venue catering to all the house hold needs. A great service oriented organization with a global market serving universal habitants.
