IKEA Al Ain COCP

A very well organized IKEA, has everything you need or possibly think of.but one issue is that a number of items will only be available the next day instead of same day. But overall, very good and awesome crew working there. Highly recommended

If you are used to big and specious IKEA locations with endless rows and columns of products, then this place may disappoint you. Most items are not available off the shelves and can only be bought after placing an order and collecting it later or ordering for a delivery. If you plan to buy something from IKEA Al Ain, I would recommend looking for the products online and placing an order and then collecting your order to save you an extra trip. For availability of the items, please check online before visiting the store.

And when you are there, end your shopping by trying their delicious vanilla or chocolate vanilla ice cream.

Dont have most of things as they say order online and it will come in 2-3 days and then collect it or get it delivered by charges
most of the offer items are not available
staff just ok as they are also tired because items not completely available

It is a relatively small Ikea and lacks in overall quantity and variety of items. But always a nice place to visit and get great tasty food.

Great show shop by IKEA. But most of big items need to shipped from Abu Dhabi. Delivery took around 2 days. Most other Ikea shops have store where you can pick your items immediately.

I went there to find a specific items & it was good place to purchase since they have all sort of accessories, items & hardware for our new home. Employees there are friendly to suggest some popular picks which is best thing since we both can access the in-store PC

متجر عالمي غني عن التعريف هذا الفرع صغير جدا لطلبات فقط ويوجد صاله عرض صغيره اسعاره اصبحت اكثر الحبن بالمقارنه بالسابق العاملين متعاونين يوجد مواقف مجانيه اكلهم لذيذ ورخيص القهوه فيها اعاده تعبئه يوجد معاهم خصم إسعاد

I call it IKEA express:) a lovely small place for all your needs. No warehouse or stock shelves available. The best way to order or purchase online and within 24 hours you can visit them and collect it

They are awful. They sell the worst products. Nothing ever lasts enough time. It's all lies and false hope. 10 year guarantees is a lie. Their maintenance workers come and leave a mess anyways without any positive impact. They ripped us off our sofas with their silly claims. I hope no one has to buy from their 0 lasting products ever.

Not as big as the one in yas but it's good has some essentials for your home and a small grocery food place at the end also there's a mosque and welcome caca (w.c) for both genders.

No customer support in the show room.
I went their to check sofa bed, the ground staff was not willing to demonstrate how it works.
Then I ask another guy, he directed me to another!
It was a mess! Bad experience and ignorance from such a well known brand!
I will never visit this branch again.

I have paid extra charges for my curtains to be assembled but they delivered them, left them in the house and left telling me it’s not their responsibility? ! That’s terrible since I was planning to finish the room in a very tight timeline and totally wasted my time and effort.
I just can’t describe how you messed my whole plan

المكان رائع فيه كل مايحتاجه البيت من مفروشات وأدوات مطابخ وأشياء كثيرة ولكن للأسف غير موجودة الا بالطلب للإحضار من أبوظبي وهذا شيء سيء للمتسوق
لان الزبون يريد أن يرى البضاعة أمامه أتمنى ان يوسع وتباع جميع الاحتياجات من نفس المكان لا بالطلب مباشرة وشكرا

Limited options. Either they invest in full scale or shut it down.
I have wasted my time searching among limited options.
Location is too far

Ikea in AlAin is small and limited, because it is only for orders collection or get some stuff for home.
Most of items are out of stock and you need to order online.

I'm very sad. I lost 4 Orchids that I bought on ikea because it's come with fungus on the roots ‍️

Very bad aftersale service, they gave wrong item on date of 15th and I complained on 16th, 19th of April and today it is 20th and no response until now.

Standard IKEA, very small and you can't see everything they have just display some.
If you have to order from there go to bigger branch to make up your mind.
Majdi, one of there customers service there is really great guy, very helpful and friendly.

ستور يعرض بعض البضايع وليس كل البضايع التي تتوفر بكثره في بعض الأماكن من محلات ايكيا في دبي أو ابوظبي العاملين ليس لديهم المهاره الكافيه بالاشياء المتوفره في المحل والبعض غير مبال بالزباين

You can find all that make a house a beautiful home. I love the items for children too. The ambience is very relaxing. There were nice areas for groceries and for a cup of coffee and snacks too.

ايكيا للأثاث، المكان صغير يوجد به بعض الأدوات والأغراض الأساسية للبيت، الأثاث يجب أن يتم عن طريق الطلب، والإستلام إما بتوصيلة عن طريقهم أو الفرد يستلم الغرض من المكان نفسه

IKEA Al Ain differs greatly from other branches in other Emirates.
You can't find all the products there, you have to order them and pick up later.
Also it is always under staffed, that's why you will find the staff multi tasked, very stressed trying to serve everyone, but of course it's impossible

Al Ain branch is not that big like other IKEA, but good enough to make orders for your favorite things.

Great Place. IKEA range from Kitchens, bedrooms and storage is amazing. This is a big store, great layout and found the staff super helpful. No queues at checkout either was a great bonus and was able to use the new “Blue Rewards” loyalty App which can be used in several other stores including M&S with some great offers. Will visit regularly
one of my favorite place for house hold items.

I love the place really.when you get hungry shopping for household stuffs, you can buy yourself some snacks at a very affordable price?

المكان ضيق جدا ولا يتسع لعرض جميع البضاعة التي لديهم، لايوجد تنظيم بخصوص عمليه الاطلاع على السلع التي لديهم وطلبها، عملية طلب السلع ووصولها يستغرق اسبوع، وحين وصول الطلب بمساعدتك في حمله إلى المركبة، ولا أنصحكم بالطلب عبر الانترنت، فهم الأسوأ على الإطلاق ، تأخير في التوصيل، والبضاعة التي تصلك عبر النت غير مكتملة، وتوصيل الطلب يتم عبر شركة أخرى غير ايكيا.

Sorry to say that but ikea has really the worse delivery time they give you time and date but never arrive and they don't call you to tell you if ur delivery will be delayed

This my first time ordering from IKEA.ae and it's the worst experience of online shopping ever, this order WEBO0348117 should have been delivered yesterday, but still, until today the delivery team didn't contact me and I didn't receive a 'Delivery Confirmation Mail' yet. + no one is answering my phone calls, or emails, i have wasted a lot of my time trying to contact Ikea by phone and mail, anyway, i will never order from IKEA again there are many alternatives here in UAE.
Also i noticed on Twitter that everyone is complaining about your customer service.

This store is very small compared to the one in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and it doesn’t have a lot of stuff, and when I want to buy some stuff they say that I should order online. When I ordered online it didn’t come from 3 months from now! I had the worst experience on IKEA online shopping. I hate it, they don’t deliver your order I don’t want to be rude but that’s the truth it’s the worst online shopping I have ever had, I didn’t have any options but to cancel the order cause I’m tired of waiting. The online shopping is another story.now this store is good but small they must make it bigger it’s crowded and not very organized because it’s small that’s the problem.

Great place for shopping for home appliances and have a reasonably priced home furniture, still it's a bit smaller than the other IKEA branches

Really Lovely cheerful place, you can enjoy agood time there, you can order from their place and take the order with delivery.

Ikea is always a store to visit for any need. Al ain ikea is similar as compare to other ikea stores.

المتجر صغير ولكن الخدمة جيدة، زحمة في نهاية الأسبوع، لا يوجد الكثير من الأشياء المعروضة
لكن يمكنك طلب اي شي واستلامه في اليوم اللاحق.
يجب تكبير المتجر ليستوعب الزيادة السكانية في مدينة العين والمناطق المجاورة.

I love IKEA, especially I like to go for lunch in IKEA,
but unfortunately this one doesn't have its restaurant.

Good products.but mostly u need to order and wait.hopefully they will have their stocks of small items in store

A good store where u can buy home furnishing with the lastest style just the way u want to decor your house.

Just like any IKEA anywhere else.you got helpful employees here. However most stuff you like you gonna wait at least 2-3 days to get it.

Regardless of the furniture the ice cream being served at the restaurant there is my all time favourite, and it's only for one Dirham!

Standing here for almost half an hour, system are down and I just wanna pay and leave. I was also creating a besta and the employee just left me at 9 sharp saying his shift is over and someone will replace him. That took almost 20 minutes.

محلات ايكيا من أفضل المحلات لي دائما وابدا اشتري منها.
لكن يعيب هذا الفرع انه لايوجد فيه مثل الطاولات الصغيره الا بطلب.
